[Music] we need guidance for our menahalim we need guidance for our rebies we need programs for our teachers we need help in all facets of what we do every single day and that's what Torah is doing for all of us you are the you are the doers you are the workers you make it happen [Music] tasar was founded in 1944 to establish schools across the country it's today tasar Services over 850 schools encompassing 350,000 students tas's job is to ensure the pipeline of teachers rabim and morus to expand their capabilities not only is it in the classroom but it's also in the structure and growth of the leadership of every school I'm lucky to come to work every today right in the heart of the Syrian Community where it makes it easy for us to work with all the spartic schools helping them guiding them tas's partnership with the Syrian Community is strong and growing stronger every year the teachers want to grow and want to be better and Tor masur is here to provide those resources to them to make them the best that they can be watching R in go to.org or the teacher Center in the Foster Avenue building of Tora and watch them lean from the tremendous resources is unbelievable in the beginning of my career of teaching in mag and David I really didn't know where to begin I went to T Mur they guided me every step of the way it's just such a Wellspring of guidance for teachers a math teacher a history teacher an English language arts teacher has a multitude of resources available it's not so for Lun de c teacher it's much more limited and to serves as the hub for that teacher I'm very grateful to the staff at toan Miss commitment to community and commitment to education of your children is something very unique and very powerful and something we feel and reminded of every year when we come for our Shabbat and deal it's so unique and so incredible to see the respect and the energy that the community provides around the gim that we bring for Shabbat it's overwhelming to see how the boys the men the girls the women come and they just want to spend some time together with theim to get a the sense of communal Pride from Long Branch to deal and everything in between is so palpable every time we [Music] come it's so beautiful to see it's Unique you don't see that in other [Music] communities there is a m for every single thing we do there's one thing that there's no M for and that's for and the reason reason is because what worked 100 years ago certainly won't work today even what worked 2 years ago won't work today because without H there is no future with the H with this Torah M we have a very bright future I want to thank each and every one of our partners over the last few years and I look forward to expanding our partnership as we expand our involvement in the community and in each one of your schools
