the way to visit us from New York um he teaches a lot of Torah um he goes around the world teaching Torah online he has a he he has about I don't know 9,000 shim or so on Torah any time um people from all around the world Listen he's published books in English he's published books in French now um so he's been all around the world actually looked up yesterday he flew from New York to Sydney and I looked up what is the furthest place in the world from New York anyone know [Music] close close I think actually the furthest flat the furthest place from New York is Perth so it's pretty close to First is Perth then Adelaide then Melbourne um so pretty much Australia is the furthest place in the world from New York so Rabbi came all the way um and he's going to address you give you um some words of K and some inspiration for for El and to to learn Torah and it's a real privilege to have somebody who's grown up in the in the Torah World in New York um and learned from his great his grandfather was a was a holocaust Survivor um he lived to 106 106 years old um he taught him Torah and his father now he's teaching his children and so I welcome Rabbi glastine to come in and talk to you okay good morning boys it's an honor to be here thank you Gary who's uh my host who brought me here for the weekend and Ben right Ben's thank you for allowing me to come uh with the permission of your teachers there is a great Rabbi one of the greatest rabbis of the 20th century RAB yesah caret do you know what who what he was called Kaz is the Kish it's one of the greatest luminaries of the 20th century he lived in Israel in a city called benra and he once came into a classroom to test the boys in their learning in Yiddish when you test the boys in learning they call a far that's just the word for it so they would have uh the Reby would come in and he would be asking questions and there was one kid in the back he's like ooh ooh ooh and the the Reby of the classroom told the boy hey parents didn't really know their grandparents my father never knew his grandparents you know why my father never knew his grandparents because they didn't survive the Holocaust my grandparents survived the Holocaust but my father's grandparents didn't survive the Holocaust you know in the generation before me it was very rare for someone to have grandparents most kids today have not only parents most kids have grandparents many even have great grandparents anyone here have great great grandparents that's already pretty rare but many uh people have grandparents and many even have great grand grandparents not only that RAB Aron leyman observed for the first time in history you could have people who themselves are grandparents taking care of their parents do you know anybody like that do you do you have grandparents that maybe are caring for elderly parents you know my parents who are grandparents they care cared for their elderly parents for many years it's the first time in the history of the Jewish people that we ever had this phenomenon that we have so many grandparents we have have great-grandparents and we have grandparents caring for their parents why is Hashem giving us this Mitzvah what Mitzvah is that when you could care for your parents it's why is Hashem giving us this special Mitzvah more than ever before so said You Know The Enemy of the Jewish people is represented by which figure in tanak amalik good asav andik as asav is the prototypical is the representative of the enemy of the Jewish people who what Mitzvah does ASV have in his Arsenal in other back yosef's job is to destroy as and as's power is which Mitzvah so Ys would have to be able to you know match him you know they both you know when you look at the the stats of how many total yards they both got ysep is going to have to keep up with total yards time of possession right otherwise how's yose going to be able to destroy asov so if asov is such a specialist in does y have the MIT completely obliterates asov how watch this our sages tell us that when bah came before ASA first bah came and then her children then Zila and then her children then Leia and then her children so you
