a new campaign is launched the campaign to build the base ham english yes all that's missing is a few million dollars and then we could start building the base hamikdash how long do you think it would take to raise the funds if indeed all i was missing was money it would take only a few hours to raise it all we had a beautiful base in english built by muhammad it was a place where the eden would go the base of english was destroyed we can learn from there how we can bring the base of english back once again and i'd like to share with you a few stories that will offer us an idea a suggestion of indeed how we can get involved in the campaign and what we can do to bring soon our first story takes us deep into russia to the town of the atlanta now in this town in this village in russia it was like most villages in russia where they have no plumbing so i know what you're thinking so how in the world do they have water well they had what most towns in russia had and that is called a vassar years old and unfortunately his mother was very very sick he was preparing himself to go spend shabbos with his mother before he went he figured he'll pay a visit to the grocery store to buy a few tests and they cannot figure out what is the source of her illness why she is so sick um um and schuldix said rabbi yashev to his gabay excuse me i would like you to please call in the doctor that was it just worked out that david should get the care that his mother needed through abilities but there's one more part of the story that i need to share with you you may be wondering how was it indeed and let's see what he did to save someone from embarrassment our last story took place several years ago in the zone boys division of ura it was towards the beginning of the summer and the teen division which was led by the legendary mechanic the legendary rebbe rabbi yasi moses was heading out to the baseball field to watch one of the first games of the summer the boys had divided themselves up into two teams and on one of the teams the captain's name was paul freed and paul looked around at the individuals that were on his team at the boys that were on his team some of them he may have known from before some of them he just met and he asked um can anyone pitch can anyone pitch for us and one boy raise his hand oh yeah i i could pitch yeah i could be the pitcher for you i i could do a good job okay fine okay everyone in the field and your pitch yeah i got it no problem i'm good and sure enough paul's team got out into the field and the boy who volunteered to be the pitcher he stepped up to the mound and he got ready and the umpire called out ball won it was way way out to the right pitcher wound up again wall two way over to the left pull three ball four take your base that happened to the first batter but not only did it happen to the first batter it happened to the second batter and it happened to the third batter this pitcher kept walking every single person every single boy that came up to back bases have loaded once again the pitcher pitched pull one hole two pull three ball four that's one scored for the other team rabbi moses said he was looking around what will be the reaction of paul the captain and what will be the reaction of the other campers the other boys on the team they all looked up paul and he said nothing and they followed his lead they didn't say anything and robbie moses said the game continued and paul's team was losing by a major margin but paul didn't say anything he didn't say anything and neither did the other teammates say anything they took the cue from paul don't sing anything after several innings the pitcher finally turns to paul and he says uh i must not be having a good day today and my arm must not be in shape uh maybe you want to get someone else to pitch oh okay we'll get something else no problem don't worry about it it's okay and sure enough someone else replaced this picture and rabbi you see moses says how amazed he was that paul did not say anything to embarrassed this boy's feelings and neither did any of the teammates now what's amazing about this story is that paul was an ordinary kid but somehow he found the strength within himself not to say anything and not to embarrass this boy who thought he could be the pitcher paul had every right to go over and ask this boy to step aside in a nice way and everyone would have understood that he wasn't trying to embarrass him but paul chose to take into account the boy's feelings over winning the game and not only that but because of paul's positive attitude the rest of the team took their cue and acted the same as paul did when you project positivity others will follow and can you imagine if what happened in chemayne when they looked down when they saw what happened to barakamsa and all the people and the time of var comes in the time of the basement and how hashem said look at my children how far apart they are going can you imagine what hashem says when he sees how close we are becoming when we stop and think before we say something before we may say something that might cause someone else to be hurt embarrassed or humiliated you cannot imagine how hashem looks at that up in shaman up in heaven now i need every single one of you to join the campaign we need you to help us out and to reach our goal of bringing process we also have another very important thought that's involved over here that we are living now in the time relatively one of the best times in jewish history for the jewish people because we're very affluent relatively speaking especially in this country and most countries jews are having it relatively very good as far as their prognosis is concerned their livelihood nobody's starving i was really going hungry and things are going very well a person to want meshiach is something out of the ordinary why would a person want everything to go so nicely even as far as a yiddish guy is concerned the judaism we have a lot of shules we have terrorists thriving in all the cities in america and all around the world would cuddle them with the shivas why would we want if we do want that shows we realize something's missing even though we're so affluent and so satisfied so to speak with our life but we realize we're missing is something that we bring close to hashem is what we're missing yeah we have a affluence and and a financially uh stability financial stability but we're missing that closeness to hashem we're missing that abba and the uh the the the real purpose of creation for eden to be close to is to be close to hashem to have that great feeling of of abu sabha and kim kirbush hashem closest when it's built it's like almost like the world to come the world to becomes the jews will be close to hashem they say jews are close to hashem and it's a different feeling it's like feeling them kipper like khalid like naila all year around who doesn't get a great feeling of of uh of of satisfaction of of of delight when it comes to the great times in our life that we feel hashem close to him well there's a great simcha or something which we enjoy as a spiritual uh uh happening in our lives that we have as a special uh warmth and that that we're feeling and that's what the basement is all about close to hashem being so happy to be near him like hashem wants us to be so if we feel that now and we say of course we are we're affluent we have everything we need more or less but we're missing this closest hashem the spiritual uplifting spiritual pleasure that we're that we're missing hashem is very very touched so to speak with us that we feel that way and uh this is something which is could go a long way during this that we'll have in our generation even though we're so uh small compared to the generations before us and one thing we have to keep in mind no matter what happens like massive jeremy says if we pray for mashiach we do what we can for mashiach whether it comes or not in hashem's eyes he has great pleasure to see his children that they're longing to be together with him it's a great if he has a great feeling of joy that we realize that we're in goals we realize we're missing something this is something that it is the most important thing of all to realize that we wanted hashem to be close and if we do that hashem has a great feeling to the jewish people and this is what we have to realize we're able to bring meshiach and whether it comes or not hashem has a great feeling of of of joy of his children and the and the and what you're trying to to do and trying to accomplish with all the prayers and all of that which is necessary let's hope that will be in our time it should be very soon this year we'll do our
