I want to try to bring some healing to the Jewish people as we see the Biba's children being taken out of Gaza in coffins arguably one of the hardest images that I've ever seen in my life it's important in these times in these deepest darkest moments right now right here to remember who we are and what we stand for we will not be defined by our enemies we will not be turned into victims we have to remember and remind ourselves and remind the world for that matter that we are the chosen people we were put in this world by God himself to bring light to a very dark world and we see today that it has not been this dark since I've Remembered in my lifetime but specifically in the deepest darkest moments is when a person has to find his greatest energy his greatest strength and remind himself who he is and we are the Jewish people the greatest nation the greatest people that has ever graced the face of the Earth the people that has brought morality to the world and today in our deepest darkest moment yes we could grieve and we should grieve but we should never feel sorry for ourselves we should remind ourselves who we are and what our mission is in this world and let the beus memory not be something that is a stain on our history but let it be a light on our history because that's what we do we turn trauma into light we turn Darkness into goodness that is who we are as a people that is how we have survived for 3,300 years and how we will continue to survive for another 3,300 years we've seen them all come and go and this is just a very small blip on our very Grand history ladies and gentlemen today is not the day to get down today is the day to stand up today is the day to be counted as a Jew today is the day to be proud to put on fill in to do Mitzvah to give charity to learn Torah to reconnect to what it is to truly be a Jew to really be great today is a test a collective test for the Jewish people to stand up and be counted as a Jew we don't just die as Jews we live as Jews and that is the greatest blessing that we could give to the bebas family today
