a lot, you build your home, you go to
the architect, it takes you months,
changes, cost of money while you're
building, the unknowns, of course, the
unlimited amounts that it could go. This
is an opportunity for people to have a

From 4,300 ft² up to 6,000, not even a
finished basement. We have a Shield on
the property. It's the first development
