this is what happens if you were abused Consistently...😔

one is like if somebody was abused every single Sunday so they know that it's coming they can stop it and there's no one there but if you know that it's coming their brain will likely dissociate or be more anxious on Sunday but the rest of the week they calm down for the rest of their life so they're going to have to proc they're going to have trauma but I'm just explaining versus someone who never knows when they're about to be abused the the inter or the not knowing is a lot more wobbly than someone who like once a week knows this is when I'm being abused
