What's the corner that you start out with? Southwest. Why is it that Southwest every single year is one of the most profitable airlines in America? >> Because they wear shorts. >> Oh, cuz they think outside of the box. The only airline I'm saying this little I'm serious. You got to think outside the box. You got to do things different in business and in learning and everything in life. Don't be a sheep. Don't follow the shaitim. They don't charge for baggage. You get two bags for free for every passenger. They don't give you assigned seating. When you show up, you come, you sit in any seat you want. So the planes fill up much quicker. That's how it works. >> They're changing that. >> Okay. I don't know what they're doing. I'm telling you why they're profitable today. When they change it and they lose money, they come back to me. They have humor. They don't say, "Fasting your seat belt thing." They make jokes. They rap. [music] They sing. They wear shorts. They wear this. They They look weird. They do things differently, right, boys? And and I heard that the the the CEO has ADD. That could be the big part of it. They think outside of the box.
