This is something that every child in Israel that speak Hebrew understand in a second. But if you read your Bible in English, you can't understand it. Genesis 2 verse number 10. And she called his name Moses. And she said, "Because I drew him out of the water." What? Let me explain. In Hebrew, the name Moses is Moshe. to draw someone out from the water in Hebrew is that's why in Hebrew this verse look like this.
