longer. When I drove home this week with
that that famous calm, relentless voice
filling my car, there was a moment that
I felt like, you know, just that an
ambush, one of those ambush moments,
where I just felt like I
just small on some level. Like this very
well-funded voice reaching millions upon
millions, training the world to look at
us with suspicion. How are we going to
speak up against that? You know, for a
moment I felt the way Israel must have
felt in the wilderness, surrounded and
condemned and wondering if the whole
world had turned against us. But then I
remembered the parsha and I remembered
that we have a 4,000-year-old guarantee
sealed in the words of Moshe himself
that the curse won't be concretized,
that it will become
a blessing. Why?
>> Yeah.
>> Because Hashem loves us.
So, my friends, when you hear these
voices,
just know that it's it's exactly the
that that we don't feel worthy for this
love that makes the love so beautiful.
And these voices, you're going to hear
them cuz they're getting louder. I don't
want you to be afraid or disheartened
when you hear them. I want you to smile
the way that you smile when you already
know the ending of the story.
Because we do know the ending.
We read it this week.
They open their mouths and tear us out
of Abraham's covenant.
And God uses their very words to prove
how unbreakable that covenant is.
When you hear those voices, I want you
to know that those curses will be
transformed into blessings.
Because you know, I I'm just looking at
your faces right now and I realize that
this fellowship, this is the answer to
Balaam.
He was a man from the nations who took
the gift and aimed it at Israel in order
to curse us, and every single one of
you, the righteous of the nations, and
you know who you are and you know that
you're that, have taken your hearts and
aimed them at Israel in order to bless.
You're the anti-Balaam.
And if these curses only inspire you to
bless Israel even more fiercely,
to stand with Israel more boldly,
when there's a real price to be paid,
and that's coming.
If these if these curses inspire you to
attach yourselves to us with greater
love and greater zeal, then you're not
just witnessing the transformation of
the curse into the blessing, but you're
a part of it.
Pastor Larry Huch,
he was a he's an anti-Balaam. From the
very beginning, he came to this land not
to take or to criticize or to curse, but
to plant and to bless. And and and look
at the olive trees right now. You got to
come here to see them yourselves.
They're bearing such beautiful fruit.
You are the proof that there's another
path a soul from the nations can choose.
Balaam stood on those hills. You can see
the hills from my window right now. He
stood on those hills of Moab to tear
Israel down.
But you've crossed oceans. Some of you
with your feet, and some of you with
your hearts, and some of you quite
literally on a sailboat carrying me home
to Israel.
And yes, I'm talking about you, Captain
Jack and Skipper Debbie. We love you and
we're praying for you. Some of you have
crossed the earth physically, some of
you have crossed it spiritually, but all
of you have crossed a line that so many
in the world refuse to cross, from
accusation to to blessing.
Right? From distancing to attachment. I
just heard J.D. Vance when he said, "The
only leader in the world that has any
sort of affection was the word he used
or support or
um whatever it was
to to Israel." And I just was hearing
it's so much easier for all of these
international leaders now to say, "Okay,
Israel, you're on your own now.
You're not strong. You're weaker than
ever."
Right? And that there's so many people
that see that.
And and but but then there are those
that say, "I'm I'm done watching Israel
from the outside.
I want to be I want to be connecting
with them on the inside like family.
Like the prophet Zechariah said, and
that's the other path. Not the path of
Balaam who sought Israel and search for
a curse, but the path of Abraham who
heard the voice of God and chose
blessing.
The path of those who look at Israel and
and were wounded and complicated
complicated were very complicated people
chosen
rising up and say I will bless, I will
stand, I will attach myself to the God
of Israel and to the people of Israel.
And that's how the curse becomes a
blessing. And you're standing on the
right side of the oldest promise in the
entire Torah, the promise God made to
Abraham when he said
"Avarechecha umekalelcha aor."
And I will bless those who bless you
and the one who curses you I will curse.
My friends, the Balaams of this
generation are lining up to curse and
they're walking straight into that
ancient promise whether they know it or
not. And you who have chosen to bless
us, to stand with us
the that is being written and noted and
the the merging is happening.
You're not spectators to this story,
you're inside of it. On the on the side
of the one who turns every curse into
blessing. And so here's the call as we
step towards the three weeks and back
into our ordinary
and back into our ordinary days. Be a
blesser.
In a generation of Balak and Balaam, in
a world that is made a profession out of
cursing our nation
you're the ones who bless. Refuse the
cynicism and refuse the curse and refuse
the despair, refuse the evil eye, refuse
the lie that that the lights on these
hills are going out because I'm telling
you from where I stand that they're only
growing more beautiful and multiplying.
>> My name is Ari and I live here on the
edge of the Judean frontier. And just as
the prophets foretold, the mountains of
Judah are coming to life. The
in-gathering of the exile is taking
place right before our eyes.
And the final prophecy is manifesting as
the righteous of the nations are coming
together with humble hearts here in the
land of Israel fellowship. And now I'm
inviting you to join us along with
hundreds of Jewish and Christian
families from all around the world to
experience the beauty and the holiness
and the magnificence of our fellowship.
So, click below so you can taste the
beauty and the holiness that is
happening on this mountain.
