Israel Uncensored: Iran, Gaza, Ben, and Jerry

Middle East as well as news affecting the Jewish people around the world now today is November 5th a big day to put it mildly reported by The Jerusalem Post the Trump administration will reimpose harsh sanctions against Iran targeting its energy shipping and financial industries reverting to a policy of maximum pressure on the Islamic Republic that was suspended under the 2015 international nuclear agreement this reported by The Jerusalem Post today's the day folks today we go back to a policy which will cause deterrence which will harm the mullahs in Tehran as they posed opposed to the policies of the Obama administration which lifted sanctions and set Iran on a course for nuclear weapons so today's a big day Prime Minister Netanyahu praising President Trump for renewing the sanctions he said for years I've called for fully renewing sanctions against Iran's murderous terrorist dangers the entire world this is what he said over the weekend the effect of the initial sanctions is already being felt the local currency is at a low Iran's economy is at a low and we're already seeing results on the ground Thank You president Trump for this historic action sanctions are indeed coming so that is the story with sanctions on Iran undoing the damage perhaps done by the Obama administration and their policies that's why pencils have erasers people and we'll see how this plays out with the Iranians the Europeans of course not happy about this at all but the u.s. able to pressure other nations due to this policy because if you do business with Iran the u.s. won't do business business with you pressure these nations to stop buying Iranian oil under a 2012 law that allows the president to cut off foreign banks including central banks from the US financial system unless they significantly reduce purchases stop buying oil from Iran that's the message the president United States is sending the administration ultimately hopes to eliminate Iran's oil exports at an effort to compel Tehran to change its behavior again this could be a major major story for days weeks and months to come putting the choke hold on the mullahs there in Tehran of course I fully support and back the president's decision and this is this is the way it should always have been handled unfortunately damage was done and the Iranian nuclear agreement was approved but but - thank God thank God we have somebody who sees the light and this is good for Israel this is good for the United States this is good for the whole free world who opposes the long arm of terror which is being used by the Iranians and their proxies all over the world to carry out these atrocious attacks in the name of radical Islam so we'll have to see how that all plays out speaking of terror here in this country there was supposed to be a vote yesterday proposed by a Jewish home party head Minister Naphtali Bennett in the Ministerial Committee for legislation there was supposed to be a vote calling on Israel to expel the family members of terrorists those evil individuals carrying out a murderous attacks against residents of the State of Israel so enough tally Bennett Minister Bennett was hoping to pass this legislation yesterday unfortunately didn't happen the Prime Minister said that he wanted to speak to the heads of the coalition's before moving further so it's on the agenda the policy of expelling the families of terrorists and out of Israel whether it's to Gaza or other places I'm not exactly sure what they have in mind but I think this is an important policy we need to create a stronger deterrence we have a policy of home demolitions it takes months and months and months sometimes in order to pass or gain approval from the courts in order to demolish the house of a murderous terrorist sometimes as I've explained on the show sometimes they just take down his room they destroy his room they don't even destroy the whole house we have to create a strong policy we need to send a strong message so that these families know so that they can warn their sons and daughters and whomever else may have in mind to carry out a murderous attack against Israelis or an attempted attack that there will be a significant price to pay which will affect the whole family now those out there will probably say well that's collective punishment if you punish a family because someone in the family went and carried out an attack I'll tell you what real collective punishment is real collective punishment is when you have to look over your shoulder when you're walking down the street because you're afraid that somebody's gonna stab you with a knife a terrorist is gonna attack you when you that's that's what terrorism is terrorism is collective punishment of the mind trying to cause fear and panic amongst an entire population that is real collective punishment and Israel needs to crack down on those who are trying to murder our citizens on the roads at our shopping malls wherever it is we have to create a serious deterrence unfortunately we have not done that until now and the attacks continue whether it's rock-throwing created deterrence for that whether it's stabbings god forbid or shootings or whatever it is on the roads we need to create a serious deterrence folks enough is enough so thank you to Minister Bennett hopefully this policy will be approved by our government let the terrorists know there will be a significant price to pay you will not just be going to a in Israeli prison will you'll get your second degree and living in a country club but your entire family will have to pay the price for your actions if you try to murder a Jew you try to murder in Israeli there will be a significant price so hopefully this legislation will pass I'm moving on here reported by the Jewish press this week we remember a prime minister yitzhak Rabine who was murdered back in 1995 at the atrocious attack which took the life of the prime minister however Saturday night a the annual rally in Tel Aviv turned into a huge political show basically by the I don't know if you want to call him left-wing but you can if you want I hate using that at Nega be he was booed at the Rabine memorial which was supposed to be a memorial on Saturday night and a bunch of other nasty accusations accusing people of you know causing the murder being a part of it having their hands and in all different types of still today after 23 years accusing the right so to speak of being complicit in his murder so Knesset speaker Yuli Edelstein on Sunday yesterday in response to the rally he actually was I believe either invited to attend but decided not to do it because he saw what the writing on the wall that this was just gonna be a political rally not truly a respectful memorial to the slain prime minister Edelstein told army radio that the assassination of the late Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin quote had no historical effect Edelstein said that if the murder achieved any goals then those goals were the opposite of what the despicable murder had aim to achieve in other words people are saying that ugalla Mir when he murdered prime minister a being he killed the peace that was the theme that was the message that it was because of him if he hadn't done so then the Oslo Accords would have been a success and we were been living we'd be living in a time period now of kumbaya but let's remember something the buses started blowing up the terrorists the Hamas the PLO the terrorists started blowing up buses before Rabine was murdered let's remember the rally that Robyn's murder was quote the best political assassination in history according to her the goal has been achieved peace is shattered we can't ignore the fact that what was in 1995 was fringe extremism today constitutes the central organized and well-funded work plan of the government again blaming the government our government now saying we're just like you gamma mere the government now is just like those who incite to violence and it is it is the the fault of the right essentially is what she's saying for the murder of Robyn so Edelstein clarifying his statement saying that as opposed to what MK Samberg was saying that ugalla mere the murder of Rabine actually had prolonged the life of the özil agreements which he says were doomed to fail from the start in other words bottom line is this the murder of its lack are being did not kill peace as Sandberg and others would lead you to believe of course we condemn it of course we say it was atrocious it's a better I guess in recent days less people showed up less Hamas and their supporters showed up on Friday for the weekly rallies to try to infiltrate into Israel try to murder Jews nevertheless the situation remains extremely tense you never know when that next kite incendiary kite is going to come on over or a Sindhi airy balloon or the rocket or another tunnel will be found who knows what tomorrow will bring when it comes to the situation down in Gaza I was very proud to see on Sunday morning that residents of the Gaza area Israelis living near the Gaza border we're blocking the trucks they held a protest and blocked the trucks for an hour those trucks that are providing humanitarian aid and building materials and everything else that is going into that Israel sends into Gaza what that does those trucks we're actually doing very sadly is we are enabling Hamas because Hamas hijacks takes over those trucks takes the construction material doesn't use them to build hospitals and schools instead uses them to build their terror tunnels and and uses the fuel to propel their rockets so that is the I think that should be done every single day blocking the trucks going in to Gaza I mean it's a whole racket by the way what's going on down there and we can do a whole show just on that on the whole on the racket of people are making money over the fact that they are supplying the gazans with humanity so-called humanitarian aid and whatnot but actually it's all just a big Hamas racket and we're enabling Hamas it's very sad so I'm glad that the residents of the South have said enough is enough they're gonna block the trucks even if symbolically just to get that message out so people understand what we're talking about down there I say stop sending in clothes off the border once and for all stop sending in the truck stop enabling Hamas that's all we're doing if they need supplies let them go to Egypt or whatnot we should not be complicit in the the weapons which Hamas then manufactures from Israeli goods that is unacceptable so we need we need to get tough down there we need to change that policy ynette reports over 100 students left the Shara Negev Regional Council High School on Sunday this is a high school near the border with Gaza to make the way to Jerusalem as part of a march to raise awareness for the ongoing high tensions along the Gaza border these students sophomores juniors and seniors in high school are walking to Jerusalem 90 kilometers away over the course of five days expected to get to the Knesset on Thursday in Jerusalem and they want to raise awareness that they've been living now for an entire generation under rocket fire under attack under three different Israeli merely military operations against Hamas and they've had enough and these kids deserve a normal childhood like kids all over the world unfortunately the concept or the phenomenon of PTSD doesn't exist down there why because they're always in a state of trauma each and every day you always have to know where a bomb shelter is down there it is very hard to lead a normal life so I feel for these children down there they should know that the rest of the country is with them but unfortunately our policies are not strong enough and it has to start with what I said before stop enabling Hamas stop sending in the trucks into Gaza providing them with these supplies with this phony humanitarian crisis crisis which doesn't exist and and once and for all I mean eventually rebuild Gush Katif I mean that's that should be part of the plan but for now shut off the border shut off the electricity and let the people overthrow the evil which is Hamas so great job to those kids high schoolers who are walking to Jerusalem to get the message out switching to ice cream that's right we're gonna talk ice cream now Ben and Jerry's if you have not heard by now Ben and Jerry's I'm talking about the u.s. headquarters where Ben and Jerry's is in Vermont they launched a new flavor called pecan resist okay according to Ben and Jerry's this flavor supports groups creating a more just and equitable nation for us all and who are fighting president Trump's regressive agenda so of course one of those organizations which they are supporting is the so called women's March headed by Linda Sarsour the anti-semite the Farrakhan loving terrorists hugging evil evil person lives there in the u.s. anti-semite through and through so she was her organization is being bolstered by Ben and Jerry's ice cream that's right that's who they've decided to back to support and I brought it up on social me and and I just can't I'm shocked that people Jews are disagreeing with me that it isn't it isn't important to get the message out on who Linda Sarsour is people are willing to give her a Hall Pass because according to them she does great things for women and other realms I'm not sure about that just go to her Twitter feed or those tweets that she deleted the things that she says about other women who don't support her views who don't support her love of Sharia law and what not listen to those go check out her go check out her tweets go check out what she has said go see how she's buddy buddies with terrorists and Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood and all these other tear elements which she supports and she's in bed with you know it's like this Hitler I'm sure may his name be blotted out Hitler I'm sure was nice to his children I bet he was I don't know this for a fact I'm sure he was nice to his children just the way I'm sure Linda Sarsour is nice to her parents and you know you can create this a this illusion that she's a wonderful person doing great work for women even though she's a notorious anti-semite so I don't understand Margie's are overlooking it overlooking the fact that this is who she really is and the fact that Ben and Jerry's decided to support her organization is sick and it's great to know that Benny Ben Jerry's here in Israel said has nothing to do with this campaign it's not bringing in this pecan resists flavor to Israel you know there are three Ben and Jerry's factories in the world from what I know one in Vermont one in Amsterdam and the Netherlands and the third one here in Israel the one in Israel in Barre Tuvia which by the way has been under fire over the last 15 or so years because they're near the Gaza border near curiata Malacca down there I've actually gotten a factory tour they're independent they have nothing to do with this this flavour or this campaign and I just can't believe how many people are giving Ben and Jerry's a pass over this maybe people like ice cream so much that they're not willing to call out the u.s. branch the home office of Ben and Jerry's for creating this flavor with Linda Sarsour being the face or one of the faces behind this flavor I can't believe it I mean again a pure anti-semite radical extremist shahira Sharia law rather supporting woman who claims to be a woman's rights activist go look at who she really is you'll see she's not a true activist for women's rights she's a true anti-semite Farrakhan loving tear supporter that's who Linda Sarsour is so shame on Ben & Jerry's and I say just support the Ben & Jerry's here in Israel and thank them for not having anything to do with this campaign this political campaign over ice cream yes ice cream switching gears here of course we are still reeling from the murder of eleven Jews in a synagogue in Pittsburgh just over a week ago by this neo-nazi white supremacist but let's remember something let's remember that anti-semites come in all shapes and sizes whether you were talking about white supremacists or extremists on the left Islamists the problem is that the the second two I mentioned the Islamists the extremist leftist they're usually ignored by the media and the focus is on the white supremacist not trying to downplay god forbid what happened in Pittsburgh but since then we've seen many other hate crimes against Jews in the US you know Europe you know that's just like a regular occasion it happens all the time unfortunately again of course Pittsburgh was a neo-nazi scum but so many of these other hate crimes against the Jews are carried out by this other form of the same evil an example the Jewish press reports that the NYPD on Friday night arrested 26 year-old James polite not very polite who spent his childhood living in 13 foster homes struggled with mental illness drug addiction volunteered on Barack Obama's first presidential campaign he was arrested for vandalizing Union temple on Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn with anti-semitic graffiti stay stating die Jew rats we are here Jews better be ready and it now Hitler all this other kind of stuff there were other several other anti-semitic attacks I think one on a house in Las Vegas actually the person wasn't even Jewish who lived in the house with swastikas and then another one I think in California all these hate attacks I actually just saw video of kids in Brooklyn throwing something shattering windows at a synagogue also I think in Brooklyn or Williamsburg somewhere in New York not white supremacists but members of other of other groups carrying out these attacks so the bottom line is those other people should not be given a Hall Pass the Linda's our sewers and the others out there the extremists or the radical Islamists who carry out anti-semitic attacks whether it's in Europe the US or in Israel wherever it is they should not be given a Hall Pass well of course we have to recognize the evil of the white supremacist as well but let's not ignore this horrible reality which is anti-semitism again anti-semitism has been alive and well for over 3,000 years it's not something new of course people bringing politics in into it these days blaming of course president Trump blaming the Republicans blaming everyone Under the Sun but minimizing the responsibility of those who actually carry out these attacks and as I said just a minute ago ignoring the attacks when it comes from either extreme leftists or radical Islam so that has to change but anti-semitism folks isn't going anywhere as I say every week on this show it's all about staying vigilant it's all about being prepared and that's what we have to do that is our small part to protect ourselves no more Jewish victims my friend the surface in the US but now that it's at the forefront after Pittsburgh and whatnot people are realizing well at least they should be realizing that this this is a phenomenon that's been going on for a very long time it's not going away anytime soon so Jews after they're Jews everywhere rather have to be prepared at all times anyway just to end with something positive I'm just looking here at my weather app for Jerusalem it's supposed to rain on Tuesday and then again on Friday and on Shabbat on Saturday here in Israel so that is a positive development which I'd like to end the show with please God it will rain it will rain in buckets and buckets and buckets it will pour that is my hope we need all the rains we can get it is in the forecast I hope it actually happens we need as much depressed by the news everything going on all this craziness on reporting here from what's going on down in Gaza - anti-semitism and everything else in between but it is still a beautiful fall day
