David’s Code in the Wilderness of Judea - Israel Needs This Kind of Leader Now | Land of Israel

When I stand in my home and I look out on these mountains of Judea, the wilderness of Ze, the caves that King David hid from Saul, I think about his mighty men saying to him, you have Saul right here. He slaughtered all these kohanim and no, kill him. And David said, I I don't care how many people are screaming in my ear to kill him. I have my own code. And that code is that he was mashu Messiah, meaning he was anointed by Samuel of God. and I'm not going to put my hand against him no matter what. That is exactly what is demanded of Israel right now. We have our own code and it doesn't matter. The whole world could be screaming to us. We need that leader that their only code is to follow the will of God. Period. That will bring light to the world. [music]
