Osama bin Laden Creates al Qaeda Terrorist Group

As Al-Qaeda was in its infancy, bin Laden published statements and speeches and grew his ideological standing while forging alliances with other insurgent groups across the Muslim world. And Al-Qaeda came around in the late 1980s as really a way for like-minded people, people who believed that Islam was being repressed by the Western world and this was a way for them to fight back.
