Plant medicine is not drugs. That's
number one. I'm like, look, this is not
this not marriage counseling. I'm not a
marriage counselor. This not what's
going to you're not going to be sitting
here for 10 years. This is heavy hit to
the point. Finding your rhythm, finding
your beat. We each have a beat.
Everybody has a beat. We we have a
vibration. Um the struggle in the
struggle is in gula is that we are
beating to somebody else's beat. When I
walk into to sh and somebody dabbled and
I got one of the
>> Who are you? You're not supposed to be
reading. You're supposed to put on your
film. He's very musical.
>> Put on your film. Put on your favorite
song. Say
that's it for you.
>> There was no outlet. The only outlet was
food.
>> Yeah.
>> You know, so there was food. There was a
lot of food.
>> Yeah.
>> So that's how I got to know my my
journey in nutrition. When I was 17, I
was 300 lb.
>> Can someone think for a second that you
can get off the medication by healing
with plant medicine?
Okay, today uh we have a unique guest,
the courageous and the soulful Mosha
Weiss.
>> Um Mosha doesn't fit into a box.
>> Uh and honestly, I don't think he wants
to fit into a box. Moshe has uh
knowledge in breath work um and in plant
medicine
and in nutrition in music and he's also
deeply spiritually connected to kabadat
consciousness. He explores healing
through connection and through
experience.
Welcome to the struggle.
>> Wow.
>> This is a struggle.
>> This is the struggle. I see the
struggle.
>> The struggle is real.
>> Okay. The struggle is real.
Wow. Mosha was actually now you said it,
Mosha was actually put into the box.
>> Okay.
>> Only to be taken out from the box and
and you know just um
struggle,
>> right?
>> You know, before we're going to get into
the deep stuff, um I want to know uh a
little bit of your background. Where did
you grow up?
>> I grew up uh in Williamsburg.
>> Williamsburg.
>> Uh Williamsburg. I went to Satar. Okay.
Uh, Troopa Avenue.
>> Yeah.
>> Um, you know, it's um,
>> till what age were you in South?
>> I went to I started off in Kash.
>> Yeah. In Williamsburg.
>> Williamsburg.
>> Yeah.
>> Um, your uncle Peter Olam.
>> Yeah, I remember.
>> He was a sweetheart and really was like
a mama to to the kids and you know
>> um that was that and then from there I
went to the age of Kahai about 8 years
old I went to Smare. Mhm.
>> Um they kind of told me that it's time
to go.
>> Ser.
>> No, Crler.
>> Oh, Crler. At one point.
>> At one point. Um so I went to Satner and
um yeah, I mean I I I got to say like
I'm only now realizing what what hit me,
you know.
>> At what age uh did you uh Yeshiva, you
also went to Satma?
>> So at I went I made it till age of 13.
Mhm.
>> Um I was there a half a year and then
from there I went to my
>> Mhm.
>> Um I was in my for about a year you know
kind of struggled uh in the system. Um
and then after that it was uh it was
lights out for me. I mean from there my
journey started um
>> yeah the journey started. I dove deep
into my journey.
>> So when did you realize that you're a
mvakage that that that these things are
not working for you when you're looking
for something more for something deeper?
Um I I you know it's it's I I do I work
with you know with with inner child
stuff and um healing and all that. Yeah.
>> And when I ask somebody how old were
you? They remember like I remember when
I was 2 years old and sometimes I'm
skeptical but but it's it's possible
especially with the new generation
they're more aware and there's less
trauma. So they're there's less of that
disconnect and there's more of that they
can remember. At the age of nine I felt
um a deep there was a deep sadness.
there was a deep uh space of that I
don't belong here.
>> Um this is not this is not it.
>> Um I remember uh I remember
I always felt like there is there's
somewhere else there's somewhere else
there's somewhere else that that is
happening. I remember it was matzah
matzipes who we came home from blighten
the reb with the faklin and I was
sitting at the edge of my bed and my
father passed by it was he never it
wasn't really you know that wasn't
really the language he's like why are
you sitting there all you know was and
it was interesting that he that he
picked up on it because it wasn't it
wasn't we didn't know what sadness is or
depression wasn't it didn't exist back
then especially in that
>> in that uh circle
>> it was boots on the ground there was no
time for nothing move on like
you know it's grunt time
>> so at that age I felt I felt that I
don't belong uh you know in school and
kaider the jokes weren't funny to me the
uh
>> and even the the the yiddeshkite is it
was not presented to you direct to your
heart
>> let's go to the yishkite the yishkite
was a very very yeah that tore me tore
me apart because um I had a deep
innocence a deep uh timas in in the way
I looked at things the way I I saw
things
>> and in sar you were not gonna find
appreciation to that. It's like when you
see when the it's a famous joke we laugh
about it in between in the circle when
somebody's doing was doing and and he
was really into it as we're passing by
you know right
>> like that was the so to me that was
>> it was a big shock to the system like am
I to say this is a joke
>> funny yeah
>> and then also how money was the main
thing money was a big big deal you know
is
special but captain
you know,
you know, that
>> that messed with my whole system like
deeply. It just wounded me in a way
where I became um I became very um
angry, you know, angry, receptive. Did
>> you ever become rebellious?
>> Yes. Very rebellious. Yeah. Very very uh
very um aggressive. Uh there was no
outlet. The only outlet was food.
>> Yeah.
>> You know, so there was food. There was a
lot of food.
>> Yeah. So that's how I got to know my my
journey in nutrition. When I was 17, I
was 300 pounds, you know, that was my
that was my thing.
>> A lot of passion, a lot of love that I
had to fill the void for that I didn't
find or receive.
>> Um and then I um yeah, that's what I
went to Israel and I dropped it in one
year. I lost like over 100 pounds and I
kept it off since I got into nutrition.
I really, you know, went into, you know,
dug into it to what it means, what and
back then it wasn't, there was no spell,
there was no sour, there was none of
that. But I made it my almost like my
life mission that I'm going to help, you
know, um, heavy people. It's a struggle
because I noticed that um it's not and
as I got in deeper to it I was like it's
not that they eat more than the average
person because I found myself after that
I'm eating the same that I would eat but
it's the type of food and the reason
you're eating for
>> right there's a stress
>> there's a stress and there's also it can
be one one ingredient that you don't
agree with. Um I had for for many years
I was uh went through I started my when
I was 12 migraines for about for years
like one long it was it was intense. Um
also it was all from food. Um you know
the the the food that we eat the
processed food and the sugars and all
that stuff that definitely u that was
the cause and once I started eliminating
that
>> you saw a tremendous change.
>> Yes. I mean
>> now in
you found
no when did you find kabat?
Um so I went to the I went to a small
yeshiva there was you know shashiva he
was was it's important because um um his
name was Mosha
>> the same name his name is Mosha
Kachinsky
>> um he had a small place there the mixed
all that about 20 30 of us um and it was
the first time I experienced um
experienced compassion you know like uh
even when we went out to smoke a
cigarette and and he was like, "Okay,
it's time to come back." And if you
would put it out, he's like, "Finish
it." You know, it's like it was like,
"Wow, he's it's it's you know, it was
the little thing. It was like you're a
human being. You're somebody." Um,
>> it was just special, you know, and then
he wasn't well and we said goodbye. So,
it was it was a sad story that was that
didn't last long, but I was there for
about a year and a half. I did a year,
year and a half. I did some healing
there. Um and then there is um yeah
we'll see if we circle back to how deep
we want to get into the drama about what
if it's important if it's
Indian
>> if it's important to uh to talk about it
otherwise we'll keep it uh
>> yeah now
>> yeah so how did you get to kabad
>> um so Kabad is I I was introduced to my
wife
>> um and from there I um I got in you know
we got married to remember the First
time I went on my first date. I came to
pick her up as she lived in Crown Heads
>> and I remember just driving there and I
was in an Ola Matoyo at that time
completely. But I just remember rolling
down the windows and just breathing and
>> like there's something here. There's
something here. Something something
different here. There is there's you
know and um and I never left. And I
remember coming back to to the is like
I'm going out with this girl and they're
like you're crazy. These guys are Msiah.
like as as far removed as we were from
reality. But we had an issue with and
that
>> you know and I I parked myself there. I
never left.
>> Wow.
>> You know, and
>> it was a different energy. You felt
>> it's it's um you know it's you can just
I can just be me. I can walk into sh I
don't have to go now put on my mud. I
can just meet my creator and whichever
way I feel I want to be expressed right
now and he sees me from whatever place I
want to be. I want to be seen
>> without any judgment.
>> With zero judgment. Not only is no
judgment, you're you're embraced. You
made feel you're comfortable. Uh the SP
you can go into 770, you know, you can
be whatever you want and you just you're
here. There's a funny story actually
that I had um not too long ago. I'm I'm
coming. I was in 770 for this guy walks
in dressed in a hat and and jacket
boy. And um he doesn't speak a word of
English and he speaks a Spanish that
nobody understands. Like he's they try
to communicate zero communication. He
doesn't nobody understands like I
couldn't make out uh what he's trying to
say. Bottom line is he wants to down for
the so he downs for the he starts and
then he says he's
and within rhythm sync everybody
responds and then the
and I'm I'm listening to it and I'm
understanding that we have there's
something that we have a a a a bond a
common denominator a connection that is
chemic no matter who you are where you
are he's called out and we all responded
in rhythm sing that the best symphony
and he has to pra practice with this for
for for months to get into that rhythm
that we have that rhythm. You come into
sh I don't care who you are, where you
are, you know when to say what.
>> Um so that was that was what what I kind
of like one of the things that I found
in Kabad.
>> Yeah, it's amazing stuff. Now was the
change a hard change like you were uh
judged or misunderstood by the people
who know you from before?
Um I don't know. I I I depends from what
where I mean I was I was come I wasn't
coming like I say that you know you can
come to to Crown Heights from from
Rogers from Norstrand you know or you
can come I went around the world to find
myself there. So by the time I ended up
there
>> I didn't join the uh the uh the movement
right away. It took me 10 years to
really understand to even open up to
understand what it was. Um but once I uh
once I got into it um from there is I
started seeing a different a different
God a different a different the
questions that I wasn't allowed to ask
were actually uh encouraged to ask like
what was before the world was created
who is God what is he like what what's
going on these are questions that
>> when I asked the question where I was I
was told to it's ais you have to be
quiet and when you have a a yearning
thirsty soul like this that just is
wants to you know and you shut it down
it's uh you create uh the opposite of of
flow you know
>> right now you made a whole new circle of
friends new people new community is
>> so I I came to I came to Kronach and
immediately yes I I met um I met new new
and um very um it's like the the
Reb's message is so deep that everybody
is on the move everybody's part of the
movement Everybody's in the even the
guys that I met that were out from the
from this from the from the thing they
were also in and just giving me I I had
very low confidence. I didn't really
speak my English was broken. Um the
dress I you know it was I was torn and
you know
and um and I was embraced and I was made
to feel comfortable and uh given the you
know I was speaking the different accent
and I was very conscious about that I
was made you know I was made to feel
comfortable. It was a k. It was
>> like deep deep k like really taking me
in and uh you know showing me uh you
know focusing on the positive focusing
on the positive
>> and and that's what kabad is all about.
The har is that they showed you you're
an example of uh a statistic.
>> Correct. Um it was you know when I came
to um I remember when my son went
started going to school when he was
about uh two or three years old when he
went to go to Kaider and um I was sad
for a couple of days. I was really sad.
I was depressed like here goes his
journey. Um and my wife tells me um it
doesn't work like this. This is
different over here. It's a different
spiel. Um I remember going to um to
camp. I'm I'm mesmerized by it. I
dropped off my son in camp and I'm
looking at the kids 8year-old nine year
olds the way they walk you know with the
couple and with the tit and bouncing a
ball and dressed in a in a you know just
in in a different color and I'm I
started crying you were not used to it
>> I was like look at these kids they just
they're free they have confidence they
have an expression he has an identity
each kid has an his name is whatever his
name is and he has an identity
>> but you were sad for yourself because
you it it brought you back in a place
what you remember when I was no sad part
at that point it wasn't sadness at that
point it was it was just happiness it
was just it was like wow
>> but when you sent to the
>> when I sent I was I was I was sad
>> because you felt that was was such a
burden for you and you're giving this
>> I'm putting him I'm putting him into a
place that is not that is not good
putting him into a place that is going
to be uh
>> I mean it's it's a maximum facility um
>> facil it's it's a maximum security
facility Yeah.
>> Um, yeah, it's it's it's was it's a deep
deep um look, after the years, you know,
going through my process, I I appreciate
it. We're going to get back to that, but
but for now, let's let's build up to
that before.
>> But, um, did you ever regret the
decision you made?
>> The decisions I made to end up in
Williamsburg to begin with.
I mean, you know, a person goes through
his ups and downs and, you know, there's
every day you're in a different mood and
a different vibe, a different uh uh, you
know, energy. Did you ever think,
what did I do?
Um, I never looked back. No, but let me
answer that question a little more in
detail. Um, I have a joke that goes with
that. You know, I always say that, um,
>> you know, there's there's a soul and and
they didn't know what to do with it. you
know, he's a struggling soul. I came
knock and they don't know what to do
with him. And um
you know, he I'm not afraid. I wasn't
afraid wasn't afraid of anything, you
know, just like nothing nothing
impresses me, nothing surprises me. And
the Drio said, you know, send them to
me. Let me let's So So what I'm saying
is that um I'm not afraid. I've been
through a lot on my journey. And you
know, I'm not afraid of I'm not really
afraid of anything. I am but I'm not I'm
just afraid of one thing to end up there
again to start off the journey there
again. And what I'm saying is I'm not
saying it in any way um to say that they
are less you know I'm I'm I love I'm
part of the community. I do my most of
my work is is there in the community.
It's my my brea my my lanceman. It's
where I come from and we'll get into
that too. We'll talk about the energy
and the vibration.
>> Um but it's a it's um
>> it's a process. It's it's um what's it
called? It's it's a it's a dang, you
know, it's it's it's an evolution, you
know. That's what I'm saying.
>> It's a very rough of the edges, but it's
definitely not the place where you're
those that's not where you're not going
into gula from that from that place of
of uh of closeness. You can't it's not
it's not where it's happening.
>> Yeah. What message do you have for a ber
or a man who's going through a hard time
right now sitting in a place in a in a
company and he doesn't feel it? He's in
your place where you were when that age.
What would you tell him right now that
he he's a makish and he still does know
where but what is your message for this?
>> The first message is come and find me.
Um the second message what message can I
tell a ber?
Um look it I don't think that this level
of of uh extremism of what I've been
through at that time I I don't think it
exists right now. I think it's it's in
other words
that group H was we we opened up the
door we're at the cusp of open up
opening up where a satir boy can marry
lab marry into kabad um now you hear a
lot about it there's a lot of it's
happening a lot and and and and I see a
lot of the uh the mix is amazing how
they appreciate the satar they
appreciate the Hungarian the warmth I
see it
>> you're saying that everything evolved
>> everything satar evolved
>> satar evolved big time satar evolved in
a way that um you know the business
people they're traveling and they go to
the kabat houses and they're the ones
donating the mikvah they're the ones
that are writing the $100,000 checks you
know to make it happen they and and and
I see the bond between them there's a
deep appreciation between
>> and also I think in the world of
the the malam them and everybody's
looking is they they you know they still
have an ideology they still have what
they believe in and but they but but
it's way more open-minded they they they
want to do something more for the kids
that has been done.
>> That's enough for them to that when they
leave it doesn't come with out of that
place where there's anger and and and
ready to you know take the burn the
world down.
>> Yeah. What would you say if you wouldn't
make this choice that you made? Where
would you be today?
>> Where are we today?
>> I would be Yeah, good question. Let's
play this out. I would be I would be
married. I would have a family.
Um I would have probably either either
have a lot of money or not. Yeah,
>> most probably I would um I would be
probably crazy. I would be written off
as being crazy because I wouldn't be
satisfied. I would
>> You wouldn't be satisfied. And you also
believe that the surroundings would
think of you the crazy. Um well maybe I
don't know if they would think of me as
the crazy because I see now there's the
the find themselves like I see how they
show up to me that you know they come in
groups they understand each other
there's an understanding
>> but I think I would be I would probably
think that I'm crazy I would think
because because what are you looking for
and I would still be searching for
something else is clutch
>> you're saying the content and the
fulfillment that you have now the
mission that you have and you feel that
you're doing you connected you have a
whatever that whatever is working for
you
>> is
>> the color it's about being colorful
>> correct that you wouldn't have you would
be uh o galashian
>> I would be I would be o galosian and I
would be convinced that that it's me
that this at the end of the day I'm I'm
crazy you know it's there's not what
what are you looking for with the doves
I mean what else if you live in
>> why you unhappy
>> why you have everything you need we have
a solid community there's there's you
know
>> there's
There's everything.
>> 100%. Yeah, there's everything. There is
success. People are here. They're
helping. You need something, they're
there for you. They, you know, if you're
uh they're waiting for somebody to be
down so they can finally show up.
Now um from all these years and the hard
work that you put in the inner work and
finding yourself and finding and
connecting and uh
what is one thing that
you can never let go from your childhood
from from the years that's still with
you that never changed.
>> Um when I walk into to Shoul and
somebody dabbled and I got one of the
That's how you get nervous.
>> That's one thing you still have.
>> So I I um
Yeah, because you know it's it's I find
myself being in um
you know that. So let's go like this. I'
on my journey I've realized that um as
long as there is and tell me if I'm
jumping ahead, we can go back. But um
as long as you're not at peace with
where you come from, you can't you're
not you can't be mashia yet. You can't
you can't give.
>> You can only give from you know you can
you have to pull pull and if how far
back can you go and if if you want to
take as we spoke about we opened up with
>> what is this? It's about it's it's uh
lighting putting the light you know
turning on the light a light influencer.
It's not a spir it's before
spirituality. It's giving you the
freedom to first just beat to first have
a breath. When the child the the child
the baby is born he or she is just a
breath. It's just it's a pulse.
>> Yeah.
>> That's all it is.
>> So So what you're saying is your way of
being mashria.
You had to make peace with where you
come from.
>> Not only make peace but also find the
the find the strength in it. Find the
power in it. find the what what was I
um yeah what what did it teach me and
you see I sit with with you know
different people coming from different
places um the way uh sits discipline
that is hard to find you know and even
in the uh they have it now in in in the
army in Israel where they're saying that
the job that these are doing it it's you
can't you can't find it you can't find
somebody that can sit for 12 hours
focused
>> they find
>> which is this is our train sitting
>> this comes from the gimm
>> this comes from this comes from sitting
forget about gal
>> yeah but you were sitting on that bench
>> that that that was that's what I'm
saying it's not about so much the
content but it was the deep discipline
um you have the the average is busy with
has college he has girls he has movies
he has movie there's so much going on
>> yeah sometimes I go into a and I see
these 13 year olds 12 year olds
sharklands of mandav covenant. I'm like,
you bring in a over here in this
place, you see thousands of burim
disciplined sitting on the spot next to
the father. Correct. And not moving at
>> Where do you see that?
>> Yeah. Look, I just brought up Shashuna
was the deepest uh the deepest uh
training for me. It's like a mala was 45
minutes when the dict
>> that was intense. I mean it was really
intense. I mean where this it's you know
it was a big
>> you could hear from the women's section
crying when it came to a mak.
>> Yeah. I mean I'm not going to I'm not
going to be cynical about it. I'm just
going to but yes. Yeah it was it was
very intense. It was very it was very
intense especially if you had no clue
what you're doing here. Like what what
it wasn't um
>> that that was that was a big uh that was
a big turn off you know from from what
from where it's at. um a very very that
rigid gut but but but nud is that um
>> the discipline the discipline
>> that's what I took I took the discipline
so I've learned to to take so this is
what I took and I also
um what else I mean there's a lot
there's a lot that I that I in the
process of of of of opening and going
further going going further forward and
going further backward uh backwards is
that I found a level of you know not
just uh not just putting it into words
but a flow a certain flow that I aligned
with a certain strength there's a
certain a certain um yeah there's a
certain
uh especially after co is when I really
I really dove in deep into my to where I
come from to my tribe uh when I saw what
was happening out there in the world we
the riots and and you know 47th street
and and all these places where it's
supposed to be you know safe and and
it's upper class and there was zero uh
there was nothing nobody was nobody was
responding to it and and nobody there's
no shame around it and I looked at man
and there was the crime they committed
they went to went to sh
this is what we do
>> um I that's when I a deep uh alignment
and respect and and actually proud woke
up in me I'm like yeah this is it
>> wow
>> we do our thing um because you know
nobody here is rioting or breaking glass
or or storming anything or or killing
anybody, god forbid. There's just
there's just a a level of I don't want
to surrender to your mush to what your
agenda is over here to put the army. I'm
just not doing it.
>> And that is a certain that comes from
Williamsburg. That's a certain that's
the leading
>> wow
>> the leaders in that is uh the smeary.
>> Wow. It's amazing. So let me ask you
when people ask you what you do, what is
your answer? Who is Mosha Weiss?
>> Yeah. So uh um yeah I I I sit a lot on
that what do I do? I I think in short
I'm uh I'm an influencer.
>> I'm a I'm a light influencer. I it's you
know spiritual spiritual is also a good
word but uh more than spirituality it's
um spirituality is already uh is already
is already in a form. It's already in in
words. It's already in a box. Um but the
light the idea is to to have people to
find let me just break it down.
Um when you're going to spirituality
it's already a step further. You're
already you're already putting the
person in a in a uh on a cal and if in
order to uh to get a proper uh
activation you want to you know make
sure that all the uh the dirt is out
before you close up the wound. Um, so I
like to say it's it's an a light
influencer. Find your light. Uh, take it
back as far back as you can uh to that
person. Um, ultimately
um there is trauma. There's a place
where the trauma starts, but there is a
place before the trauma. And um the
deeper you can go before that trauma uh
the more uh success there is in in
activating that uh that light. And what
is the purpose? What's the goal?
>> Oh, so wow. You want to go right there
or
>> No, I just want to, you know, we look
for light.
>> Is it is it is it is it finding your
What is it?
>> Um, it's it's all of the above. So,
let's see. Let's see what comes. It's
>> But not for the sake of of being in a
space of just kicking back and uh, you
know, just being checked out. It's it's
finding your soul, finding your rhythm,
finding your beat. We each have a beat.
Everybody has a beat. We we have a
vibration. Um the struggle in the
struggle is in gula is that we are
beating to somebody else's beat.
>> Mhm.
>> And because because it's gulas because
we're we're in exile because we are uh
not where we want to be. And we can get
into that too. Ask me soon. So if in
case we forget because it's an important
point.
>> Yeah.
>> Um because of that then we we built a
system that it fits all and it's by
design. uh while it fits all, it's also
designed for those that it doesn't fit.
Um if I am in my victim mentality, then
it's here to crush me. But if I'm if I'm
looking if I'm searching and if I'm uh
looking to be inspired, if I'm searching
for something for something more, I'm
not just here because I'm not here in
the struggle because I'm being squashed
and I'm I'm being uh uh you know, I'm
and traumatized. But if I'm being uh
squeezed out, then maybe I need to I'm
there to explore and find something that
is
>> grow from it. Grow from it to find
something to find my beat, you know, and
and ultimately as it goes into radical
forgiveness is radical forgiveness is
not a place where um I just blindly
forgive. Okay, you know what? That's
suppression that ultimately that's not
going away. You're still going to be in
the struggle. Radical forgiveness is
where I can actually find the co find
the power in what what transpired, how I
came in to be, how I'm squeezed out of
the toothpaste bottle, how I'm coming
and the squeeze is here to to to find my
beat, to find my rhythm, to find my
voice and and ultimately
>> um going to and ultimately is what I see
is what I'm projecting.
I am Leonum. Um, whatever I'm projecting
is so if I'm projecting from a place of
trauma of of of of pain, that's the only
thing I'm going to be seeing. I can't
see. We're always we're expecting we
have this image that I am here and God
is over there and
no miracle help me. Um, the the it's
it's happen it's right here. Got is
right here. There is it's happening as
we are speaking. It's evolution is
happening as we're speaking and
especially if you're if you're a yid
then we have das which means we have
true choice I can choose.
So I can choose to step out of my movie.
I can choose to step out of my of my box
and create and as long as we are in the
gullis mentality and the struggle we
keep creating struggle and we keep
creating uh more restriction
>> and and if I if I have one moment and
talks a lot about it the he's like just
find me one point he's like I don't want
you to become a sadic tomorrow but find
one sitkus within you within that that
you can now expand because the whole
creation started with one at one point
it's it's the youth and expansion from
the youth to the H to the VV where your
MH back into the H. So this is the codes
and this is how it flows. So basically
we're looking for clarity. We're looking
for clarity. Yeah. All the issues that
people have the anxiety and and all the
problems it the nervous system is the
thing that's that that runs this whole
thing.
>> So if a person has the his nervous
system is not regulated
>> then he'll having and then it goes
straight to the mind. the mind starts
thinking crazy stuff and and and you
know so
explain a little bit what breath work
does for the nervous system. What is
breath work?
So okay so let's go like this. Um let's
let's let's see where we start with this
with breath work. So there is there is
fuel everything is fuels something.
um
a fear, anxiety, um um shame,
depression,
um it has it needs fuel. You got to fuel
it. You can't stay alive if you're not
fueling it. If somebody's depressed,
um he or she will not go out to a
wedding. It will not go out on the
street.
>> The food for that is to stay home.
>> So, it is the fuel.
>> It's the fuel. So, so what happens is
that um and and and it's a living thing.
It's a living thing. My when a person is
angry, it's a living thing. It's not
something that he or she's angry like
there's something now they're kind of
like possessed a low-level possession.
All right? Something that we're used to.
Um
so what happens so so the same thing
goes with so what happens is like this.
The child is born
and it's a beat. It's just it's a light.
It's just a light. It's an untouched
light. It's already not untouched. Let's
not get carried away because the minute
it's conceived, it starts being
programmed. But deep inside, there's a
fire. There's a there's an un uh fire
that's un untouched and it's very pure.
Um and then it takes on as we go
through, you know, uh the birth, I mean
the pregnancy, the child takes on the
positivity, the negativity, whatever is
happening in the house in the mothers,
it it it starts layering, layering,
layering. And then once the child comes
out, it kind of like takes on the
majority of the traumas as it as it's uh
comes it goes through that transition
from going in from the womb coming into
this consciousness to the world
>> and but it's still okay. So but then as
the fear uh as different traumas start
happening around the child uh
nervousness um almost dropping the kid
or screaming or this that and the other
the child starts adapting it starts
taking on a different a different shape
and everything has to be alive
everything has to be fueled I'm sorry
and the fuel the the breath is also a
fuel how so when a person is afraid if
you're here we're talking and if
somebody walks in you got scared There's
a there's a fear. You stop the breath.
You're playing hide-and-seek Bahalon and
you're in the closet and the person
looking for you passes by.
>> You're holding your breath.
>> So throughout life, we go through
different scenarios that we are changing
the rhythm of the breath.
>> Which means that my rhythm is I'm
breathing fast. I'm active. But then
different things are taking place that
it changes. It stops my the way I
breathe stops my rhythm.
>> And why does it stop my does it change
the rhythm? because it takes on the
rhythm of this new person that it just
became either fear or anxiety or a
victim. God forbid child was molested
emotionally or physically. He takes on
that breath. He's breathing down like a
victim.
>> And uh the the the professional breeders
can just read the person just by the way
he or she breathes.
>> They can just tell you your story.
Molested, abuse, all that this that and
the other. So, so what happens is that
um the same goes with with with uh
smoking. The same goes with drinking.
You know, it's it's the smoking is not
what's killing the person. It's the
reason the person is smoking. Because if
smoking kill the person, you know, if
you drink a cup of a shot of gasoline,
the person dies, it's going to create
drill a hole in the stomach. But
cigarettes, we see people that live till
they're 100 and they're fine. So, it's
it's the p the reason behind it. So,
everything is a living uh is a living
organism and everything has to be fueled
in a certain way. Now we can go through
um different processes of of you know
let's you know come out and let's you
know come with a lift and and and just
let's go talk this that. So these are
all stuff that will help the person um
get out of his of his head. But the
breath is the most powerful fuel there
is. It's it's the it's a fuel that is
activates the highest uh the highest
vibration in the person.
The breath is as an intelligence. It's
kind of like in in in kabula like it's
about it's about the intention all in
the kavuna. Uh so if you have the as you
breathe you have an intention and the
person holding the space you is there
with an intention to to get you through
into a certain space. Um that will
change that changes the rhythm. When you
change the rhythm you are now killing
that other person. That's the resistance
where people have when they breathe they
get lazy. They don't want to my throat,
my eyes, my head. Just keep breathing,
keep going. And emotions come up. Keep
going, keep going. It's like the when
the plane takes off, you're going
through the clouds and then you get
above the clouds and the sun is there.
So, as you breathe, you start clearing.
And if you're the more time you're going
into silence, as we call it, going into
silence, that's the key, going into
silence. The more time you spend in
silence, the more you're How long can
you be under underwater in the make? How
long can you stay in the pool
underwater? A minute, two minutes.
Imagine staying under the water for 5
minutes. All right? So when I'm
breathing, I'm under the water for 5 10
minutes or an hour. So there's what
happens is that literally you're going
from here and it's changing to the gauge
is changing to white because you're
eliminating the illusion of the
darkness. It's just it's just an
illusion because the illusion I'm
keeping the illusion going uh by setting
up the scene. The way I breathe and
that's the food I eat and that's the
stuff I listen to. The people that are
that are not happy, their conversations
are are conflicted. The news they watch
is they always know when the next war is
happening and when the next disease is
coming. Like these are the people that
living in that space. They're living in
the fear. It needs to be fueled. And and
that's what they you know from the news.
That's that's what that's what they do.
They feed you that you know the war only
happens if if you watch the news. If you
don't watch the news, there's no wars. I
mean there's no war here. Everything is
fine.
>> Yeah. So what you're saying is we lost
our way with breathing which means
everyone goes through whatever they're
going through and we breathe according
to the circumstances and what you're
saying is breath work will bring you
back this is a gift that the bunch of
them gave you and it will bring it will
regulate your nervous system
it will regulate your nervous system it
will uh let's say I'm trying to think
what else I mean you need to do physical
activity also but breathing remember
breathing is something that was done uh
together with yoga it works together. So
then they took just the breathing
>> right
>> and but
>> but the yoga was an exercise a physical
exercise
>> as you breathe you breathe as you move
that's way more effective and it's
coming in people are doing you know it's
it's becoming a little more uh part of
the the mal but
>> uh let's go what was it I want to there
was still something there so the
breathing will take yeah so let's go
like this the struggle is let's go back
to the struggle
>> struggle is important
>> enough
when everything has to have a point of
where where that the beacon something
has to has to pulse and we're following
the reb the spiritual leader the
mat there's somebody that I'm looking up
to something pulsing once the migdish
was taken away from us we lost the beat
it was a real like sometimes I think the
was like for the for those for that
generation and the generation following
when they saw what's happening they're
like it's a it's It's still a they saw
we don't know the but they saw the which
is that we have
>> a certain intelligence a certain color a
certain I mean there was a certain pride
and you see it now it's it's coming back
with what's happening in in in in Israel
and all that there's a certain pride a
certain way we think and that was
diminished which is now is that if you
breathe you're breathing through a mask
>> because you can't think you have to
think how am I going to pay my canison
bill when really capacity of that's not
even your issue like you can you can you
can eliminate that problem in a second
but we're so used to uh because we lost
the beat we lost the we don't know where
to go back to so even when you breathe
you have to know where you're going you
have to if you want to get to that to
that space he's saying regulating the
nervous system that's that's one
>> but really you want to get into a place
where you know where is home where am I
going back to I want to go back to tion
is is a code that we have in the heart
And that is where the bashant comes in.
That's whereas comes in. Kabula is
kabula. It's more it's more out there.
It's codes. Um not it's not for
everybody. Butus is is is like when you
you know you used to watch the back in
the day you saw the programs there was
codes.
>> Yeah.
>> So every everything is is codes and then
that code eventually turns into a
picture. Behind every picture there is
codes. So to the whole world everything
we see is fueled by oasis. These letters
are behind the letters. There's an
energy. There's a force. There's a power
that's that's moving and then the
letters are creating it. We think the
letters, we activate the letters, he
thinks the letters, he activates the
letters and that's what creates the
matz.
>> So um byidus is what gassid is what the
bashv
>> gave us back that beat the s we know
where we can go. We know
>> you know it made it possible. It made
this possible. This made this possible
that we can talk sit here and have a
conversation about about about evolution
about color you know
>> the
where people can come you know sitting
going to therapy that they did look
we're going to we're going to study
something we're going to take a topic
>> and then we're going to sit and we're
going to sit down 10 or 20 of us we're
going to take a bottle of mashk
>> and we're going to we're going to
process it
>> right
>> we're going to process how do I get to
that place and All of a sudden, I'm
realizing that I have fear. I have
trauma. I'm stuck. And in that in that
circle, they worked it out. That was
that was the power of that circle. When
when you can often I mean you see that
you walk in people you come in sometimes
and you come in and you walk out
refreshed and you come you walk out in
power.
>> Everyone is giving to each other and
>> Yeah. They throw food, they hate you.
But but it's it's it's all love. It's
work stuff out.
>> Yes. Yes. Yes. It's not it's not you
know you know some call it an umban
>> but but it's it's
>> the inhungarian it's like it's a umb but
no fine it's not for everybody it's to
look to some
>> the system of the ones born in 1948 the
the real um sadikim they're if not for
them we wouldn't be able to do this we
would be you know we'd be flying around
but they're this is like kabala soil
this is what we're doing I'm doing three
times a
But the space is created. So now we can
go out and and go take it to the next
step.
>> Wow.
>> You know,
>> now breath work. What did breath work do
to you that logic and learning and
expressing couldn't do?
So um so let's go like this. So so I I I
I started learning um I started learning
um deeply. I I met my rabbi that was
that really he's the one that cracked me
open the rabb
and um
he gave me the gift that I was able to
to start uh start learning again and and
understanding and and really going into
it because once I found I was like yeah
I can do this this I can do this I can
felt comfortable
>> I can do this all day you know real
>> like like you can ask any question I
mean it's like and and the guy with the
long white beard he can come there's no
question that's off limits Everything
everything has an answer and everything
is a journey
>> right
>> um you know and I met a couple of couple
of realid like real um these are these
are you know level of rebas you know
it's a it's the real
um but there was always there was still
something missing there was still
something that I felt I want to go
deeper I want to go deeper under the
covers I want to there's something more
there's another mystery there I want to
it's still not it's still on the surface
I'm not immersed in it I'm under the
water. I'm not feeling it. And that's
where I found um I found the breath
work. So, let's go. We we'll build to
it. It's the what the breathing did is
it took me out from the to the took me
from the physical into into the took me
into the spirit.
>> It opened up the spirit. talks about it
a lot and the Reb has a very powerful
mimer on uh um Kalao um where he takes
us through this process of um of what is
the the physical and the non-physical
and and going into the spirit of the
things and that's where that's where the
action is the action is in the spirit
and it's in which is the which is
>> it's in the breath it's all it's mash is
in the breath when he's going to smell
it he's going to smell it and what That
means is that I can explain to you the
difference between the the red apple and
the green apple. And I can explain to
you that one is sweet and one is sour
and I can go into detail and then I'm
going to say just Joe just just taste
it. Here you go. And ah like the taste
of a lemon. You think of it and
something dusty. Same thing goes with
music. I can explain to you the song but
then you listen to it and you're like
how can I explain this to me? Just
immediately the body responds to it. The
breath is takes you into the spirit
>> and it takes you out from from the box
from the four four-way thinking. Um I'm
in conflict. I'm stuck. I'm stuck with
with this person hurt me. It really hurt
me.
>> Um there's trauma. I was abused
physically, emotionally. There's real
pain there. You can't tell me to forget
about it. But then what the breath does
is what the breath opened up to me and I
was able to connect connect this to
align with that I no longer looked at my
trauma as two physical things that in
order for me to do this I got to break
something. I have to go to that person
and I have to let them know and I'm
either going to get the response get
over it which is going to break me even
more.
>> Yeah.
>> Or or oh I'm sorry I didn't know you
know okay that feels a little better but
it's still not
>> what I was able to tap into is that it's
all it's all energy. Mhm.
>> It's all a vibration.
>> It It helped you let go. It helped you
let you
>> Not only it helped me let go, it it
trans it helped me make the transition
from 10 years to 1 minute
>> because when you listen to a song and
you either get inspired by it, you
immediately change your mood in
instantly you get the goosebumps. You
feel either excited or you sad or you're
crying or not. Um, when I'm when I'm
looking at when I'm able to look at it
from going out from the going into the
going into the to the spirit of it, I'm
in a bad mood. If I drink a coffee, I'm
going to get in a better mood. If I go
for a run, I'm going to feel even
better. If I go to a schwitz, I'm going
to feel better.
That is so I'm just changing and and by
the way it works miraculously that if
you change that
>> you will get a phone call from that
person and either say I'm sorry that I
did this or
>> it's just the energy
>> it's the because you don't even have to
do anything only exist
>> something is holding this
>> these two things you know they're in
conflict over here for years
>> but they're in conflict because I'm in a
relationship with the conflict but what
happens if I decide to move myself out
of the conflict he can't
>> he can't he can't find me anymore. You
know, the same goes with trying to
change uh my I'm not changing my
parents. I have all respect for them.
But what I can do is I can change myself
and just one degree and everything
shifts. You know, everything melts away.
Everything shifts. Um especially if
you're dealing in a in a from a space
that the other person is unconscious and
you're conscious. The conscious means
not that I'm consciously taking going to
take go to negativity.
I'm using it in a positive. If I'm going
consciously like, you know what, I was
hurt. Um, and I'm finding the the
whatever process I need to go in within
me, that dissolves the whole spiel. That
dissolves everything.
>> Yeah. So, tell me if I'm hearing
correctly. What you're saying is that if
someone um has a lot of baggage and
decides, you know what, I want to prove
myself. I want to do something about it.
I don't want to carry this baggage with
me uh anymore.
If he would do the breath work, he would
do the right uh breath work that's
that's uh needed. That means he's going
to bring back his breath to where it's
supposed to be like like like from when
he was it was supposed to from his from
when from when he was born.
>> Yeah.
>> Um what the breath work does is that it
will is it is this correct to say that
it will send messages to the brain. It
will open up something in your heart
that like you said before that that
person I'm going to tilt myself. I'm
going to let myself go and automatically
things are going to fall into place.
>> So let's let's let's break it down how
it works. Very good. Yes. But to go just
so we can understand how this works is
everything has its fuel. Everything is
fueled by something. My car needs get
fuel. The jet needs fuel. The fighter
jet needs a more fuel. And the super
fighter jet has a fuel that's almost
like energy. It's pure energy. That's
why you can do all these maneuvers. It's
almost like moving in in in like a
pretzel. They can go and bend and all
that.
>> The sensors that are picking up my vibe,
um, they haven't received the fuel. So,
basically what happens is that now my
sensors are covered. So, I'm being I'm
being hit. Everything I see is through
this. Once I once I'm once I'm I'm
covered in plastic. Um, everything that
I receive is coming through the plastic.
So it doesn't hit the right. It's like
almost like when you go into the amamel
and you have an open wound,
>> you feel that burn. It wakes you up. You
we're not feeling the burn. So because
we're receiving it through a filter,
>> that's why we're going to plastic.
Literally, I'm swiping the car to feel
better. I'm buying I'm doing I'm
spending all that to make myself feel
better.
>> Stimulating.
>> Stimulating, but it's not really hitting
the spot. It's not hitting the spot. And
that's why they become like more
exhausted. Like now I'm really crazy.
Like no, nothing helps. My husband gives
me, my wife gives me, but it's not.
>> When I'm breathing, I'm removing
removing those layers. Why am I removing
the layers? Because that lower frequency
can't live in the higher frequency.
>> When I'm miserable, when I'm depressed,
I'm not going. Let's go to the wedding
mush. Let's go say mastop. We'll smile.
You feel good. I don't want to.
>> I'm angry now. Smile. Put a smile. It's
going to go away. I don't want to. I
want to be angry. Right.
>> I want to hold this. I don't I'm not
ready.
>> Right.
>> Um the breath penetrates. It melts it
away very very intellectually because
we're not here to talk about your
traumas. We're not here to take anything
away. We're just going to breathe. We're
just going to breathe. And you're going
into that space of of and of course the
emotions come up. It's a process. It
takes a minute or two. Some get there in
one breath. They have a deep experience.
Some it takes them, you know, they say
it takes six to eight times. But I I
believe the breathing I do is quicker
because I also put in
>> it. It it's combined with different uh
technologies that I've uh learned and I
picked up.
>> And what kind of settings is it? Is it
in a circle? Is it people laying on the
floor? What is this?
>> It's a it's done in circles. Um mainly I
mean I the one-on- ones that's
one-on-one is couples. You know, it's
done in a setting in a very cozy place
with candles and you know soft music and
uh I used to be more intense with
heavier music, but now I'm that's what
it's where I'm at. That's where that's
where I'm driving.
>> It's candle lit.
>> Yes. Quiet.
>> Quiet. peaceful and you know it's it's
about um yeah taking them to taking them
to that space you know taking them to
the promised land.
>> Wow it's it's it sounds amazing.
>> Um in what areas do you practice? Is
this uh you have you Brooklyn is
>> I work out I work out of Crown Heights.
>> You work out. So that's where the
facility is.
>> That's where facility is. Yeah.
>> So if someone wants to get in touch with
you to come to my here and there I have
a space but really like I feel
comfortable in my my home that's where
I'm you know. Now let me ask you about
people who are frozen
and
those people you know how do you get
it's you see the question is you know
what they say the wrong people are in
therapy the people who are living with
people who don't want to go to therapy
are in therapy
>> right
>> now if if someone who uh is a frozen
person this is this is this is this is
foreign to him because that person
doesn't even uh he's not looking for the
for the promised land. He's not looking
to to uh better themselves. So the
question is how do you penetrate to a
person who is closed shut off completely
when this thing could could be miracles.
So so so there's different methods um
how to do that. Ultimately if there's no
will there's no way.
>> Yeah
>> that's starts with that. That is
>> that's the basic that's and under right
now this it talks about the rats and
everything is the
>> everything is the ratson that then the
attached and that's
>> there's no desire there
>> there's no desire there's no drive there
has to be a drive that's number one then
there is also creating the desire
creating the putting the person into a
process of of wanting
>> now who is the one who is creating that
is that the spouse
>> or
>> so so once the spouse ends up by the
facilitator
then it's his job to to get to put the
fire. So, so yeah, there's always it
starts off with one one party shows up,
the the the the husband or the wife show
up and one of them is like, I can't
anymore,
>> right?
>> And they're ready to go. And I'm like,
fine, no problem. You're going to go,
but before we go, let's clean up the
mess. Give it a shot
>> then. Not even a shot. There's no shot.
You're going
>> But before you go, let's at least know
let's prepare you for the next step in
your life,
>> right?
>> And that's where stuff starts happening.
And um so what happens is as follows. If
you process one one side properly and as
we know that everything is in
relationship with everything. So if I'm
shifting one place there's going to be
movement on the other side. It has to be
the ice is going to break. So
>> if you do it right is that person.
>> No no no let's go like this. Even if
even let me back up.
>> Even if whatever you do there's going to
be a shift.
>> There's the issue is there's a lot of
stuff out there that that makes things
worse because it's it becomes a pro.
It's us versus them is the the finally
the the the the woman gets the voice and
now it's you know there's there is that
the the the
frustration and the the disappointment
comes up and we dealing with that. So it
has to be of course it has to be
healthy.
It has to the intention has to be right.
That's number one. And that's what I
said before. If you're not aligned with
your past, you can take the person to
town. You can't take them all the way.
You can take them on a journey. But if
you want to take him home to, you know,
to to the promised land, they have you
have to be aligned because if there's
still resentment, you know, I can't I
can't all the way unlock, you know, the
person. Um, so what's happening is that
um, if if I always tell them like this,
they come, my husband, my wife did this.
I'm like, look, this is not this not
marriage counseling. I'm not a marriage
counselor. This is not what's going to
you're not going to be sitting here for
10 years. This is this is heavy hit to
the point. Um, we're going to be working
with you. I want to talk about you. I
want to make you the best you can be.
So, it means when when the incoming is
coming from her, from from him, you're
going to know how to hold yourself. You
want to be in your confidence and most
people show up there to what happens is
that the there's there's the trauma,
there's a lack of confidence. So, we're
inviting the we're inviting the battle.
The conflict is there. They're coming
prepared. They don't know how to live
when they're not in conflict, right?
>> Um and you start building the person and
sure enough, you know, not long after
he shows up or she shows up either to,
you know, to challenge me or to or to
step into it, right? You know, and and
and that's how and that's how it starts.
>> And you see a lot of success in this
>> films. A lot of success.
>> You see that if one person does the work
and the heart is in the right place,
you're saying the other one falls into
place automatically
>> or or falls out, but
>> falls out whatever is supposed to
happen.
>> Yes. I I haven't had falling out yet. I
mean to the point where there is a you
know,
>> right?
>> But but maybe maybe one, but there was
no it's a different situation. There was
there was nobody home to begin with. It
was a different situation. But but if
there if the kaum are there, if the fire
is there, then there is there's what to
work with. Yeah, definitely.
>> I want to move over to plant medicine.
>> I want to talk about uh you know this is
very popular today.
>> Can first let's discuss what plant
medicine is. There's uh Iaska and
there's mushrooms and there's what's
what's plant medicine?
So plant medicine is not drugs. That's
number one. for those who have already
responded to the question before before
I did.
>> Um there is drugs and then there's plant
medicine. Plant medicine can also be
drugs I guess. I mean teenagers take it
in a in a in a recre in a recreational
way. Now you don't you're not a fan of
that.
>> No I'm I'm I'm a fan of I mean I tell my
experience what I what I found in uh in
the plant medicine. So the plant
medicine is for um so there's the iwaska
there is there is the the the psilocybin
the mushroom and then there's the mdma
these are the three main ones there's
others you know but these are the three
mains so so you know to just to to share
what I saw that that worked and and you
know um
it's another form somebody that is
deeply stuck um it's another way what it
happens is that it changes the uh it it
breaks down the physical similar to what
the breathing does um you can get to the
same place with the breathing.
>> Mhm.
>> You can get the same place with the
breathing.
>> Wow.
um you get some you get to the some
close even it's even at some point it's
even more in some in some way it's even
more it's more convenient safer it's you
feel because if it's
>> it's natural
>> it's natural and you know no matter how
far deep you went like all I did was
breathing you know so
>> but some people are saying that in
breathing you can get into a certain
high to uh
>> yes
>> you know
>> you say in a good in a good
>> like whatever
>> you get get into a place
>> not just breathing
>> you get into a place what happen what's
happening is that um
you have your your
you know your your higher self and the
higher self is kind of like
communicating with the with the physical
body
>> with my in other words whatever I'm
doing right here right now all the work
that I'm doing is trying to when I'm
having a good day when you're having a
good day you're in alignment you're
aligned with your higher self
>> correct
>> and and you're opening yourself up
sometimes only one energy point and
sometimes two sometimes all of it like
the sadic is an he's fully you know he's
open and he's he's he's there. Um I mean
even with different they were all you
know within that they were but then you
had the superpowers
these were you know these were full full
light
>> um so so what's happening is that um the
the
plant takes you back to it what it does
is it melts away the right so so we have
we have some of some are deeply stuck
>> um talking about the food that that we
were fed. Um the food that we're eating
is also based on the the information,
the message that was given. The
harshness of the message needs the
harshness of the food. You can't take
somebody just walked out from a peaceful
uh from the jungle. You can't give him a
bag of gushers. It's poison to him. The
fact that we can even look at that you
some you walk into the supermarket and
you see the the shopping carts. It's
like all I see is chemicals, you know?
It's it's and that's what we feed to the
kids and and that comes with a message.
It comes with a message that there's a
message that that needs that food. Um
the med the plant medicine is going to
unt untwist you, unwind you. Sometimes
the person is so deeply wounded. We have
to go back to a place of um you know
conception or deeper than that. And this
is basically what the plant is is
another form where it takes you into a
uh to to another to another space.
>> Now is it is it making you forget or is
it making you to remember what you
forgot or is it taking you to a place
you know uh you know you want to see
more.
>> So good. So, so from from bottom up,
first of all, the problem is that we
don't forget in the right in the perfect
world, we would forget like if we lived
somewhere out there in the woods and we
lived we're self uh you know uh we're
doing our own thing then we would after
a process like that or even after a
breathing or after learning the
finishing a day of learning to you would
forget. I would forget
saying every night I I go to sleep I
forgive and I forget. The problem is
that doesn't allow you to forget because
when you forget when you come back from
your 5day 10day vacation after Yamv um P
was waiting for you in the mailbox he
has all the bills lined up for you. He
takes you right back to where you were
and you remember one second.
You just finished the whole and you're
just you let go. You're on a different
diet. Um remember remember the um the
the the part of the the the PES program
is that we are changing our diets which
means that certain foods hold certain
grudges.
>> So now that I'm changing I take I go off
the whole spiel you're a new person
you're you're flushed the system with
wine.
>> Yeah.
>> And you're eating matzah. You're not
inflated. There's no inflation. Right.
>> And and I'm I'm at peace
>> or I'm meeting my my process while I
have to sit home for two weeks now deal
with my wife and kids and all that.
and Monday morning you're back in
>> you're back you're reminded you're
you're reminded the whole stack is is
right in front of you and your boss or
your employees or employer you're
reminded so so in the right we have an
opportunity to forget and start over
once you get into that pulse went into
that beat to that vibe to the the origin
of it to the to where you were initially
original where you start off as a child
you have opportunity to restart um the
problem is that we don't because we're
reminded that's number one. So saying we
forget now the process what it does is
it softens the blows. It softens it
changes it it makes you even if you make
contact uh for for one hour with your
deeper self with your senses with your
essence that already changes everything.
It already changes the mat already you
know you know some people are stuck in
in in in a bitter uh you know separation
and all that they come out of a process
like that and they have clarity that
because a part a part of the process is
that we are in the struggle I exist in
the struggle if you take the struggle
away from me who am I
>> right I I am
so that helps us
>> helps us shift now also what's happening
is that the same goes with the breathing
and the inner work in the child work not
everybody has to do it. It's not it's
called it's her immunization.
>> So so the question is uh if the goal is
to forget which means the negativity get
rid of it and make it into
do you forget or is it you know after
after a ceremony
two weeks later is the person back where
it was? was this forgetfulness
um while the ceremony was going on, how
long does it last? You want to be in a
circle with like-minded people. Okay. Um
key factor is is that if you are, you
know, if you're not in a healthy
environment, you're going to get back,
especially even worse in a sense because
you're raw and and you're being twisted
and taken on a ride. Um,
once you see, you can't unsee,
>> right?
>> Once you tap in, once you see a moment
of truth, once you pour the water on the
sugar, you can't stop it from melting.
It's going to melt.
>> Yeah.
>> It's a process. And yes, you forget. Of
course, you forget. It's it's it's it's
um we are not physical beings. Even the
bone is not the um is not physical. The
um is is something also that is that is
a it's a it's an energy. It's just a a
tougher matter, but it grows back when
it breaks.
>> Right.
>> Right. So, everything is moving. I I
used to say the um you know, why do we
cover when someone gets a cut? Why do we
cover it?
>> Why do we cover it with with with we
cover it up?
>> That we shouldn't see the miracle that's
happening, what we're really made out
of.
>> Because if you wouldn't cover it, you
would see how this thing heals by
itself.
>> Heals by Yeah. Well, you kind of have to
cover cuz it's going to get infected.
But but not But let's just say
>> you can watch it.
>> But you can watch it happening. Like if
you were to do a a camera that that
detects it, you watch this amazing thing
that this is open and then it grows
back. So our whole existence is this
way.
>> Yeah.
>> So my emotions are that way too.
>> Wow.
>> I get a deep cut and then I can change
it. It's like it's like when you make a
soup. I can and the old old self is you
make the soup and it's too much uh too
much salt, you throw a fit. But now you
know you just add water, add vegetables.
The same goes in my emotions. If I'm
having a moment of if I'm feeling anger,
if I'm feeling if I have a trauma, it's
an energy. What what can I do to sweeten
the deal over there? What do I need to
hear? What do I need to do? Do I need to
talk to the person? Do I need to not
talk to the person? Do I need to
disconnect from the person? Do I need to
go for a run? Do I need to work out? You
know, anything that's going to raise my
vibration for long enough that I can
start. And every time you do this, you
go deeper. There is there is deeper
healing and there is deeper you make
contact with the deeper self until and
and then of course you have to put
something in in that space when you take
out you take empty out the garbage can
you have to put something else in there
otherwise the same garbage comes back in
there
>> right now what about people who want to
use plant medicine for an escape because
they it takes them away from from you
know they they're having a hard time and
for this weekend
we'll take them way
and then I don't know what happens. I
was going to ask you my next question is
does this amplify what's there? Which
means if that person is a corrupt
character, if that person has an ego and
he's doing this as an escape or whatever
recreational you were saying and he
comes home with a bigger ego that he
has. Now if someone is spiritual,
he'll see Hashem. I don't know. Is that
what it does?
Give me give me more more of a what does
it mean that comes in with a bigger ego?
Give me more go more.
>> Let's if that person is is is uh
is not working on himself. He's not
working. He doesn't have is bad midas
and he is all into his ego and he goes
to escape because obviously he's running
away every day from his life but this is
an escape for him. a weekend um with
plant medicine gives him a you know it
takes him away from his pain. It's just
nothing different than than alcohol and
drugs.
>> Yeah. So so let's go like this. Um so
your question is if such a person if it
if it's beneficial to him or if it if it
it's counterproductive.
>> Yeah. Like if then it's a drug then it's
nothing different than than uh he gets
addicted to this weekend that he needs
to he'll wait all week to go to this
weekend for plant medicine. So that is
poisonous.
>> The answer is yes. The answer is yes. Um
it can
>> yes to what it amplifies.
>> It can be counterproductive.
>> It can be counterproductive. And is it
amplifying what's there or is it a
person who has an ego all of a sudden is
going to come humble?
>> So um so what's going to happen is as
follows. Um what happens is that when it
amplifies it, it also depends it it
regardless it puts the person on on a
journey.
>> So now it's like I've done this. I've
tried this. This is garbage. nothing is
working. Okay? You know, so what's next?
Now, if he's if he hops off the train,
then then he's just, you know, he's
going to check out and uh whatever. He
hides in a corner. Um if he keeps going,
eventually he's going to burst that
bubble because what's happening is if
you're not penetrating all the way to
the core, it just like you said, it's
become the bubble is becoming bigger and
it's becoming more blocked,
>> right?
>> Okay. Um, but yeah, I've I've seen some
that just go and do this again and again
and again and again and and there's no
there's no real no real movement because
you're only going to go as far as as far
as your is you want to go and as far as
the person taking you
>> now you have to do inner work also while
this is happening you have to you have
to have your control of your mind
>> integr well while integration is
everything control no I mean during look
>> and attention is is important the key
because at the end of the day you're
going to end up where you started
it's whatever you aim from that's where
you go
>> right so that's what they say before you
even start what's the intention
>> what's the intention is key now as while
you're on the process you're not going
to remember your intention you're you're
on a very fast moving uh parachute uh
flying
>> you're flying um but
>> it you ultimately
in the process or in the morning like ah
I have clarity I'm aligned I I have
peace I I released
I'm letting go. Remember, it it checks
you out. You're getting off the radar,
>> right?
>> So, if you're off the radar, all your
friends, all your noise friends are um
uh they're looking for you. And if
you're not feeding them, what happened
to when when the Agel uh Mosha said
it'll be back at a certain time and it
wasn't. And the Edrav, they they started
panicking.
>> Yeah.
>> Because they they they needed something
to hold on to. They either either would
do something this or or we're exploding.
We're like, we're going to cease to
exist. So this is similar when you're
checking out when you're getting off the
radar eventually um there is definitely
elimination of some of the of of the
garbage.
>> Now some people think that this is a
substitute for conventional medicine
that is is is it too you know what's
your opinion as far as you know they're
pushing medication
today the doctors
for the world is is is on medication. So
this is not Can someone think for a
second that you can get off the
medication by healing with plant
medicine?
>> 100%.
>> You believe in that?
>> No, I don't believe it. So that's what
that's what's happening.
>> You've seen it.
>> Yeah. People walk in cripples and uh you
know and then they they they do a
breathing and they do a journey and uh
and they're offered their medication.
However, there I mean somebody told me
he was on meds for 10 years and then he
went he did a process psychedelics and
he's off off all of his three major
addictions they were dealing with and
he's he's off of everything 100%.
>> Yeah. Breathing it breathing itself
takes
>> because I had a guy over here who has
these uh what is it called? Hbot, you
know those uh you get into these um they
they they they the machine makes you
breathe
>> oxygen oxygen chambers. Okay.
>> You know what that is?
>> I know the pro uh the the u the
prevention tank is you know the the
>> it's an oxygen chamber on the No, you're
talking about something else.
>> No, I'm talking about a facility that
has oxygen chambers and you go into this
chamber and it force it's like an
oxygen. you put on a mask and it forces
the air
>> that you should get them off and he say
>> and he says that people who are like you
know sick physically sick are coming out
>> different but you're saying that
you're not a big uh fan of the
medication that is going out. Absolutely
not. What I mean it's it's 100% let's
call what it is clipper. It's garbage.
It's
>> but it's saving people's lives.
>> It's not saving nobody's life.
>> Mental health. It's saving. Half a world
is on mental health.
>> I want to stay within my boundaries of
my of my what what I can you know what
I'm authorized to you know.
>> Yeah. to. But look, as a as a as um
a light influencer,
people that are on medication, what's
happening is that you're taking you're
taking this this robot, taking this
machine, and if he's down, you give him
a pill that brings him up to here. If
he's up, you're bringing him down. And
then he's flatlined. He's now in zombie
world. He's just moving to a to a beat
that somebody created in the lab. And
that's why it's important. The plant
medicine is a whole different plant
medicine has a spirit in it. It has has
a in it.
>> I understand. But the question is if
you're talking about healthy people who
had little slip or because a tremendous
is there are people who are living on
this uh you know you're talking about
serious uh mental health uh that they're
they're living on this. This is saving
their lives.
>> So so let's go like this. There is there
is um obviously we're talking about
people that were mishuni and then they
somehow had a slip like they were in
yeshiva and they were crushed and they
got on pills right
>> for these cover there's no question that
the the plant medicine or and the
breathing this type of work is
definitely the medicine for them and
they can get off
>> that we understand
>> now even somebody that is deeply um you
know skitso and bipolar
>> there is a point
It goes deep deep deep deep but there is
a point inside where there is normality.
>> Okay. It depends. Um you have to go to
somebody that you know qualified. It's
not a process that you can do in in a
studio. It's a you have to take them out
into the wild into the woods. But
definitely if you you have to push
through
>> um and it's probably not a onetime
process. It's it's a a few weeks but
definitely you're getting to that point
of we going deeper than the mish. Wow.
>> Started somewhere.
>> What about the genes?
>> There is there is deep inside there's
something that you can touch.
There is no such thing. We all there's
some we got twisted somewhere. Um if
you're holding if you're holding space
from that place which means like this.
If you're only in space place, there is
no fear, fearless, courage,
um um courageous, commitment,
dedication. There isn't anybody that you
can't save. Everybody can be saved. It
needs time and it needs needs it's
delicate
>> patience.
>> Patience, but there isn't I I've I've
Yeah. I've I've seen I've worked with
not even not even with with the plant
medicine, but I'm saying I've worked
with with uh people that have been, you
know, on on on medication and all that
>> in very bad shape.
>> Very bad shape. And you keep focusing
and and the the the job of of of a of a
a worker of a a light worker is to um to
see the
all the stuff that I'm taking is from is
from the sur those are my teachers. Now
what you're saying is um based on
spirituality also. So this means if that
person you were talking about the person
that has a mash
um are you introducing him to Hashem or
introducing him that the world of it's
meant to be uh
you know the the anger the frustration
the control is is that part of it
>> I'm I'm introducing him to creator not
to Hashem
>> not to an ibish there to creator.
>> What is that? That's that's Hashem is is
a little bit was the word was molested
>> was you told me but yet you're fighting
with this guy for for because he didn't
send you cuz he took your deal or he
opened up the store. So you're conflict
your imam is conflicting that was one of
the struggles I was dealing with like we
have a min we have we we have the the
hold on on Irish but yet you see a
complete there is no amina there's no
and then
>> what about his roots and is my roots and
>> what
is my roots you surrender to
>> what it is
>> that's a mad but I'm not sure if if he
wants you to be happy if you're not if
you're if you're then then you're not
that can be his roots and
>> yeah but the question is if you can get
to a place that
>> whatever is happening in your lives you
understand and know not know you know it
>> that uh it's good for you
>> so you're talking about you can get
there that's called is called
>> that I have no there's nothing he's
fully surrendered to what is and correct
went through that process the only way
he was able to go from being enslaved
and being a prisoner accused of of rape
to become the aanic a mishame is because
he wasn't phased at all. He was he was
he just went deeper within himself.
>> He was a male in the bar. He was
>> he was Yeah. But there was one time he
made one move because he thought he has
to make a move
>> asking
also he went on because for himself
>> um for himself he was okay staying
there. He was okay sitting there. He was
holding the space for whatever. But at
some point he's like but there's a job
to do over here. So he touched
but guess what?
He was okay with it.
>> Right.
>> So, but he asked the question like this.
Uh the question was about for those
people that um
>> you want to come to that like you said
the normaly you said that there's
something there very very deep
>> I I I was a contractor we're talking
you're talking about the Indian we're
talking about me but I can share from my
view I was a contractor for 18 years I
built so I I I I see it in that this is
how I see I see a structure somebody
comes in I see a I see a structure and I
try to see
the the I see the the the biggest
highest potential in the person. And and
sometimes I get they're like, I want you
to talk to this person before you see my
wife or before you see my husband.
>> I don't want to talk to nobody. I know
you have a problem with I don't want to
see that. And I see a whole different
picture. I look at the person and
sometimes there's uh there's resentment
for that. You know, it's like you're
stripping me. You're stripping me from
my ego. I had that too as a blow up. You
can't strip me from my I I I I was
abused and I have a story and you're not
seeing me like I'm not holding space for
that. I hear but uh you know you can go
to therapy for that but but
>> So what you're saying is when you see
somebody you're looking at the person I
don't want to hear your history. I don't
want to know anything. I'm looking at
you as a
>> I want to hear your history.
>> Yeah. I want to hear your history but
from you not from somebody else. You
tell me your history. I want to hear
your history. I want to hear your story.
I want to have compassion for your
story. Um but I am not um but I'm as
he's talking all I'm still the image the
person walks in I see the image somebody
comes in I go into and uh and he's on
pills medication I'm like why are you
medication blah blah fear what are you
talking about in strong confident I mean
I see the image how I how I can picture
him and sometimes it takes a minute and
those who stick to go they they you know
there life-changing experiences just
from you know from from uh introducing
them to introducing them to uh to their
spirit
introducing them to creator
>> introd taking them to creator to creator
is something that is uh the beat the
pulse the original pulse and then of
course and then of course
these are little degrees of change but
yet differences
Teliv a different a different vibe but
yet it's all if you take him back to
creator he's able now to re-enter the
space to reenter the and from a
different uh
>> wow
>> a different place of of uh finding
himself
>> it's fascinating
>> finding his voice his color his
expression so many of them most of them
that you know they lose weight they
start playing music instruments just
expression because there's there there
is um I'm limit limited in my in my
words. I'm limited to how much I can
express. At the end of the day, I'm
limited to how much I can really tell
you. And if if you're not well a good,
you know, expression um and now you're
you're you're down on yourself because
you're not really expressing well.
um music sounds um you know share
something uh fruit food you know
different different expressions u will
will um that that's that's another I had
somebody that um
he came he was we're doing a circle and
he tells me he's like look I'm I'm I'm
inspired is an old in this in his 30s
I want to connect I want to start I want
to d I'm I'm inspired I feel the fire
but um I'm dyslexic and citizen for them
and he's like I can't I can't put on the
film I just have resentment to it and I
because every time I put it on
>> so what do you do with a guy like this
you know got what are we doing so if you
go into the spiritual and if you're
going into to his levish then you're
stuck you can't help the person you have
to put them on pills because he has to
take away the pain but if I go to the to
the creator if I go to the the beat I
said, "Listen, if you were supposed to
be a machine that is expressed through
speech and reading, you would express
the speech and that's who you are. Who
are you? You're not supposed to be
reading. You're supposed to put on your
film." He's very musical.
>> Put on your film. Put on your favorite
song. Say,
"That's it for you." And sit with it for
five to six minutes. That's it.
>> This is your
>> He broke down in tears. And I haven't
heard from him. I think he's out there.
He's flourishing. I see him. He's out
there.
>> No, but you're saying something very
profound. When you look at a person,
you're looking at him, not from where
you come from, what society you live in,
who is your neighbors. You are seeing
that person and you're trying to take
his tools that he has been given and
bring out in because I'm thinking of a
of a of a boy. The father reached out to
me and this boy is just home. Doesn't
want to go out. He's in bed all day,
plays video games. And he's also he's
getting heavy because he's eating and
he's like you said before he's fueling
fueling his depression more. He's not
going out. Sits home from from morning,
noon, and night. Doesn't want to go out
and he is stuck with his son.
>> Right
>> now the problem is that the son doesn't
have the desire yet to go and and and
and look for help. So the father wants
to help him. And that is a huge problem
when it comes to these things because if
you're sending me, I'm not open to
listen. But if a person sees you like
that, if a bul gets to see you and you
see him from a lens that nobody in his
class in the school is a failure
everywhere he goes and comes into sh and
thinks everybody's looking at him. He
told me all these details really
struggling this boy and he's getting
older. He's a teenager and it's not
good. So, so what's happening is that um
you know sometimes you have a couple
shows up and and they're uh expressing
their they're there to discuss their son
that they're struggling with.
>> Yeah.
>> And uh after listening to I'm like how
old how old is your son? He's six years
old.
>> I'm like six years old? That's
fascinating. Like two grown adults are
being like coming here to talk about a
six-year-old boy. But I'm listening. I'm
listening because they're telling me
their story. It has nothing to do with a
kid. Remember, everything is in
relationship with everything. Especially
a child that has no he's not strong
enough to have his own voice, his own
expression, especially the way we were
raised and not just us. Every the whole
world shuts down that little kid.
>> Um what that kid is expressing is just
expressing the father. It's expressing
the parent. So either a child like this
uh the father is goes out looking for
the help. He's the one if he's going to
switch, he's going to shift, the child
is going to switch. I mean there's
something there probably a lack of
compassion from the mother or the
parents somewhere and the and the child
is either
more aligned with with one of the
parents and and processing the the lack
the void of one of the parents.
>> So what you're saying is something big.
You're you're saying that if a parent is
struggling with a b or whether someone
is struggling with a daughter they
should evaluate themselves if they're
aligned.
>> Sure. So
>> the vi the energy that they give off in
the house um which is going to help
>> not just not yeah that's number that's
that's yeah for sure it's it's it's like
it's definitely you know when I when I
talk to parents it's you know should I
bring in my daughter I'm like what am I
going to what do I talk to a 12-year-old
I mean or an 18-year-old it's hard for
me to talk this language you know the 18
I can already communicate with you
>> but um I want to talk to you guys
>> let's talk to you where's is the, you
know, is there is there a little, you
know, is there a little uh love between
each other? Is there a little, you know,
is there's a disconnect? You'd be
surprised that you may not notice what's
missing, but your child is picking up on
it because our children is is is an
upgraded version of it. It's a it's an
it's an evolution of the parent. So,
whatever you think you didn't need and
you were okay doing as a child, that
child, this number four, number three
child is already a deeper essence of me.
And he needs that. And not only that, it
could be sometimes a child has is
musical and it's coming from one of the
a deep uh hidden uh uh talents that the
parents have. But since it was never
developed by the by one of the parents
because they never knew they had it
because their father wasn't open, their
parents weren't open to it. So now I'm
suppressing
my essence. My pure essence of that
child is being suppressed and I give him
everything.
No, no, no, no. He has an expression
that it's not your fault. He there's an
expression there that you're suffocating
because you're not open to it.
>> And that's the avoidant to find that
that that
>> Yes. Because there's no if that kid is
he doesn't have a will. You're saying if
he's eating, he's got will. If he's
sitting on that game on on that game on
that Xbox, he's got will.
>> Then he knows what he want.
>> There's a lot of will in that thing.
>> That is that is a good point.
>> There's a lot of fire there.
>> I want to move over to nutrition.
>> Okay. Food is something that we put into
our bodies as well and we put it into
our minds as well. So nutrition is a
tremendous huge subject. So what is what
what does nutrition do to us? How does
it affect us? Our moods, the depression
or the energy that we have because we
are not educated in it enough. We don't
educate the kids and even adults. We are
busy with the business. We're busy with
our there is a big uh awakening about
mindfulness and you know breathing but
nutrition is is uh a big part because
imagine doing all kinds of
self-improvement and leaving nutrition
out
working with the therapist breathing
walking uh your mind you're learning
you're connecting to Hashem and when it
comes to the kitchen we just completely
lost
mind, body, spirit.
So, um,
the sadic doesn't have to watch what he
eats.
>> All right. Why?
>> Because my used to drink coke. If I
drink a cup of coke, I'm out. You know,
let's see.
>> Um,
why? Because he's he's on top of it.
We'll explain in a minute. He he sees it
for what it is. it doesn't have an
effect in him. Um, for us it's it's it's
um it's who we are. It's what makes us
because we are surrendered to we become
surrendered to what to what to what we
eat. Um it's you know it's a it's a big
um it's almost like a crime if I may say
one of my passions is is nutrition is
food and the first thing that I that I
did when I started doing this work a
while back is that I I teach them about
food like when I do the this sham
there's that the fabas I I talk about
food and and today it's like um all
these houses all these homes are organic
and they're there no no processed food
and there's there's you know as much
it's a little more money but there's no
processed food there is awareness
there's mindfulness
>> um
>> you go into to any kosher supermarket
over here um you can't find anything I
mean I walk through the aisles and it's
like chemicals plastic plast sugar it's
processed
>> even when I want to go okay I'm going to
settle for a dried mango even that is
sugarcoated I mean I'm okay with a piece
of cake that it's sweet but it doesn't
need seven spoons of sugar and then
another three in my coffee. If I'm going
to have a piece of cake that has sweet,
then I don't need sugar in my coffee.
Right? So, that's those are the basics.
Um the food is um is is one of the one
of the main um one of the main
pollutions that we're dealing with is
the food is the is the processed food.
It's um it's what creates, you know, the
the it blocks the sensors. It it
disconnects the the the person it it
takes you up and down. There isn't it's
not balanced. Um now thank god now we
have like the basics. We have sourdough.
Sourdough is
>> is sour dough better than the regular.
>> Yeah. Also let's let's understand it.
>> Yeah.
>> You have a um
the body keeps evolving. We keep
changing. Our faces change. We evolve.
We keep changing. We look different.
Um,
>> you mean we change from generations from
before? You say
>> we we actually No, back in the day and
generations ago,
>> people would actually change the way
they looked. Like the breeder didn't
recognize Yasf. Not only because he did
he had a beard cuz you have not have a
beard from 40 years ago. Your friend
recognizes you. He literally changed the
way he looked. They changed. The
breeders didn't change because they were
when he they left they were they stayed
with the same diet. They stayed the same
thing. But were people more, you know,
they were more built. They were bigger
built. No, that's
>> they were bigger built. They were
stronger physically. But
>> so we changed because of the foods we
eat. I mean,
>> we're weakened. Yeah. We're in
different. We're we're dealing we're
we're take we took on the body based on
the story we're being told. We're we're
breathing based on the story we're being
told. We're fragile. We're all
and you know, it's a different it's a
different culture. And then we're we're
fitting the culture. That's what it is.
And and I have to that's part of the is
that I have to submit myself. I have to
surrender to this shenanigan, right? I
have to surrender to to uh burgers.
>> It became the standard. Yeah,
>> it became the standard. So, and not only
that, in order for me to be successful
>> in this in this matz over here and to
work 19our days and struggle and hustle,
I have to take on a certain persona.
That persona is this persona,
>> right? Especially here in in in America.
>> Sure. So um so what's happening is like
this. Let's take bread.
You take um sourdough bread. Takes 36
hours for it to to rise and it keeps
growing. It keeps it keeps evolving. It
never stops moving. When you ingest it,
when you eat it, you get co from it. You
start mov it it lets you evolve. It lets
you change. When I'm taking uh bread
that's done in two hours, I put a
chemical in there that that uh goes
through the process that's supposed to
take almost two days and now the process
happens in 3 hours. What happens is once
I eat that, it's it's artificial. So, I
can't expand. I can't I can't grow from
it. That's where the stomach comes in.
That's why we all have the gut because
it's not processing. The body doesn't
know what to do with it. not only
doesn't know what to do with it, um it
um it becomes um it's stored as fat. Um
it it it's not used as energy. Um and
then it needs it becomes a certain you
become moody, you become sluggish, you
become it helps the depression or the
anxiety and all that. And we become
become that we're stuck and we're stuck
in that, you know, in that
repetitiveness. You know, after Shabas,
we have that sugar hike and we need
something sweet to feed that after you
just finish that whole the shabas. So,
you become lazy, you become uh
aggressive, frustrated. There's a lot of
frustration around that. Um, you know,
we're not going to get into that lack of
>> Yeah. I mean, but the thing is we grow
up the kids like that. You see those
aisles of Nash in the supermarkets?
>> Yeah.
>> I mean, this is we we reward the kids
with that. the candies and nash and it's
it's all uh if you grow up kids in this
like you said I mean in this where we
living and this is our culture um you're
18 years old 20 years old are you going
to start changing now um well first of
all today it's much easier
um my kids didn't grow up that way they
weren't deprived from it but I mean
there wasn't
>> you didn't bring in sweets in the house
>> there was there was sweets but but you
know not no there wasn't that type of
sweets. There was no sweet soda. There
was none of that. None of that's
garbage.
>> No candies in there.
>> No, there there's organic candies now.
Now it's easier cuz people are more, you
know,
>> yeah,
>> find, you know, you're not finding it in
these supermarkets. But if you go a
little bit outside, you know, you can
find all that everything is uh may not
have the CRC hatchet on which which
that's that in itself is a problem.
>> Yeah.
>> Why they're encouraging, you know, go
out there and and and do the right
thing. Just bring in the stuff. It's
already it's already out there.
>> Yeah.
>> You know, you just got to bring it in.
But why do we ignore it? Because of
comfort, because of stress? I mean, is
this this is like a a relief? You come
home after a hard day and you just I
don't know just attack that fridge or
the ice cream or
>> Yeah. Well, there is there there look
like this. I I didn't eat bread
15 years. I didn't touch any bread.
>> White bread.
>> White. I didn't because I couldn't eat
it. I I would eat it. I would get I
would feel the heaviness. I would feel
like I put a
>> You're crediting your weight loss. You
were saying that you were heavy when you
were younger
>> to this to this white kala white bread.
>> Yes. White kala the the grape juice is
like that's like a chemical that's like
an instant headache immediately.
>> What about what about potatoes?
>> Potatoes are good. It's it's it's a
vegetable.
>> But a kegle is very fat.
>> If I eat keigle
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. It's it's not a problem. You know,
you do you can eat if it's if it's if
it's not processed. Anything that can
sit on a shelf for more than 3 days and
you still eat it, you shouldn't be
eating it.
>> You know, I do I eat crackers, but but
it's a moderation, you know. Fine. It's
also I'm checking the ingredient. If it
has 20 ingredients in there, stay away
from it.
>> Mhm. The less the better.
>> The less the better. It's simple. Flour,
wheat, oats, and you know, next it's
it's you can you can take it.
>> And and and and also the gut. If if
people have the gut gut leaks from uh
that is also something that is related
to
>> because the body it's a vessel and if
you put in their chemicals and the the
vessel becomes weak you know everything
is everything is energy Allah is energy
>> everything is the we spoke about is the
spirit everything is part of that so if
if I'm eating food so let's go like this
I I wanted actually to start off with
that how important food is
>> yeah
Um,
so this this is
>> we were on to something.
>> No, this is this breaks it down.
>> He talks a lot about food. Yeah,
>> talks about food
says that um your dreams are based on
the food that you ate.
Not only does it based on the food that
you ate, but if I ate the bread before
the cheese and or the cheese after the
bread, it's going to be a different
dream. Why? Because each food has a has
a code. It has a it has and based on the
letters based on the how that I take in
that's what's going to be that's what is
going to be coming out. Not only that
he's saying you're talking about the
environment that you're eating it in and
how you eating it. How where the space
that you're at. So everything is
everything is codes. Everything is
letters. And based on the codes that I'm
taking in that's what I'm going to be
producing out. So now when we are g
eating feeding our kids and our our kids
our inner child my inner child um
corrupted codes you're going to get a
corrupted message. That's the message
you're going to be processing. And
that's why you see out there what's
going on out there is just it's just
>> there is so much aggression. There's so
much um
this mech like sometimes they just they
can't they can't help themselves.
Sometimes you feel you're in a jungle.
You know, it's a war out there.
>> Straight in a jungle when sometimes you
go you leave for a couple of days and
you think it looks like uh you know
these um what the crabs you know like
it's like finds them.
>> And you're saying that this is 100% a
correlation with the stuff that you put
into your mouth.
>> Yes. And if if because our life is a
dream it's a more it's a walking dream
but it's also a dream. It's not the
reality. The real we haven't hit reality
yet
>> yet. The reality is the moment you have
in your Zen moment after a breathing or
after a process. That's the reality. Um
we're in a dream. We need to wake up
from this dream. And we keep fueling the
dream. I keep inspiring my dream. If as
long as I'm out for lunch now, I'm
inspiring my community to be out for
lunch. And everybody is, you know,
that's how it works. If we if we're
going to change the food, if we're
changing the the the body, then there's
going to be a different message. There's
going to be a new dream is going to be
created. And we see that with the people
that are doing the breathing, they're uh
losing weight, they're eating healthier.
Um there's a different they talk a
different talk. They talk a different
dream. It's a different dream. You know,
it's not about it's not about uh my
existence. My value is not about how big
of a sim I make or how much money I can
I can spend on that or how how how much
I'm going to spend and how much. It
becomes a different life. It becomes a
whole different the is the letters are
different. It's a struggle because
you're being reminded that you belong
over here. So now you're kind of like in
a different uh different cal. But if
you're if you're aligned, if you have
the confidence and if you're rel
relentless and if you found your truth,
you f if you go to your beat, if you're
going into your to your light to to to
before there was before the
spirituality, now you can enter
spirituality and now you can you can you
can you know create and and be bring
light into this world and find
ultimately connect to uh connect to the
to the to migrate
out of there.
>> Yeah.
>> And it's not going to be what does that
mean? It means that while there was the
basis mikdish, we had that was the
centerpiece and we all we ate we it was
feeding us and we were feeding it.
Right? The migish had the the windows
where the light was going outward. The
smiggish was taken away. We can look at
it two ways. I can look at it from a
place of trauma. I can look from a place
of victim. We lost the bas or I can
understand that anything that is a high
vibration is there is nit is there
forever. So mdish is a higher vibration.
It's there forever. The bumlish went the
light. There was a mold and then that
mold fit a light. It created the it
created the breath. The breath in the
bumish was created based on how
downloaded the the blueprint and then
was was able to put it into actual to
create that and that created the beat
and then they did that for 800 years.
They created that beat. Once the beat
was already running that was taken out
the physical was removed.
uh but the the the spirit of it is
nitki. It's there forever. It's the
highest it's high vibration. Where's
that spirit? It's within us. So now
what's happening is that we need to
activate and now we need to project each
and every one each and every one of us
is a spark or a letter. So I'm putting
in an olive, you putting in a lit and
before you know it, if you have if you
sit in by fab and he's sitting in in a
in a circle of people that are
like-minded breathing or whatever work
they're doing eating healthy, the
conversation is different. So now it's
already it's a little now there's a tiff
from my one letter it became a 10 a 10
letters it makes sense already it you
can read you can make something out of
it I can already understand how to
implement this into my in my home into
my kids that's and that is the that is
the the the third maker it's going to be
what we are projecting it
>> and it's it's up to each and it's not
going to be like going out of mat it was
mass production this is everybody is has
to be a gilut so we can go into the gil
kuli So that's the that's that's the
we're changing the diet key. So we're
going to change the dream by changing
the dream. I'm going to change my heart
is operating differently. I'm I'm I'm
able to instead of feeling uh
resentment, instead of feeling anger, um
I'm feeling compassion because I'm
eating healthier and I'm calmer. The the
oasis are different. It's a different
serif. My brain starts thinking
differently. If my brain thinks
differently, my heart feels different.
If my heart feels different, my brain
feels different. And because I'm in
alignment, I don't get stuck in the
struggle. I don't get stuck in the
message.
>> I want to express. That kid wants to
express something. He's sitting and he's
playing. He's trying to say something,
but he can't. The the file is corrupted.
Why?
Everything has to go down the neck. The
neck is the das. The das is my presence,
my awareness.
>> If my das is if I'm disconnected from my
das, I can't I have a message. I have a
great idea here. like a lot of people
that go through that uh psychedelic
experience or the breathing.
>> He sees the image and he sees it and
he's in fantasy in La La Land. But then
when he comes back after a few times
like it's just it's just a dream like
cuz I can't implement it.
>> You can't implement what you're seeing
is real. It's it's a somebody dreamt of
the B. It's somebody's dream. It's it's
a dream.
>> The labra had a dream. It was a vision.
It was a visionary. There was a vision.
There's a vision here. Now I need to
when I come down the neck the file gets
corrupted because I'm disconnected and I
need to be more present. How do I get
more present? I got to change my diet.
If I change my diet I'm going to change
my feelings. When I change my feelings
I'm tapping into the ru I'm tapping into
the spirit. So the whole mechanism is a
different mechanism. And now her
immunization back at him this by by the
vaccines and co they said not everybody
has to get vaccinated. It's going to be
her immunization.
>> If we can dump down enough people
>> then the rest will just have to follow.
Okay.
>> Right. So the same thing is if we can
activate enough people the rest will
just follow.
>> In Yiddish food is spirit is a spiritual
thing you make on food. It's not just
opening up a potato chip bag.
>> Yes. Our is is food is how much how much
emphasis is there on food on the I mean
our whole essence is about the food.
>> It's all about the food. But in instead
of the kosher diet, the Toyota gave us a
manual for these very complex brains.
These little delicate brains that are
able to that is leading in technology,
leading in in in little kids learning
little words to and
>> they gave us a specific manual what you
need to eat. This is your diet. This is
what you diet. So what we did is now
we're taking that cashers and we're
making every chemical putting a kosher
symbol on it instead of that's not the
way it's supposed to be but uh the money
that's what it is but also let's go
deeper it's not just money it's we're
it's part of our our bidder that we need
to do
>> we need to be mad in spite of all that
we're we're shining and we're doing what
we have to do
>> but now it's time I think we're we're
we've
>> it's the awareness which is very
important
>> talking about it and uh becoming aware
>> yes it once It's it's it's it's amazing
that uh once there's awareness um I have
um I've been doing this my diet for for
many years. Um but um people that were
they can eat anything but once they get
into this they become aware.
>> It's like I'm eating like pizza and it's
heavy. I can't eat it anymore. It's like
>> that's what awareness does.
>> Beautiful. Amazing.
>> You know I'm getting older like my my
stomach can handle anymore. It could but
you just became aware.
>> You're more mindful. You're not sleeping
anymore. You're not in the lower
vibration. You're in the higher space.
>> Yeah. You're doing a lot of beautiful
things. And one of one of one of the
things which is also you're very much in
touch with you're not living on the
surface. And one of the things that
you're doing is you're doing music.
You're doing kumzits and fabangans. Is
it a is it kumzangan the same thing or
no?
>> It's not two different things.
>> Two different things.
>> Kumzit is singing and fabbrangan is
getting your mind and and understanding
um his veness.
>> It's not a kumitz. No, it's not kumitz
is
>> com is come as you are and and and uh
>> but you do get into a vibe of uh also
letting go of connecting of uh opening
up
>> if I bring in if I bring in is a place
where you got to come prepared it's a
workshop
>> um it's um you know I used to run a more
tight and there was more there was uh
used to you know had people would come
uh have ADD I can do only 15 minutes
would you be assaulted if I leave? I'm
like, no problem. You can go anytime you
want. And they would end up sitting for
5 hours.
>> 5 hours. I mean, I can see these people,
they sit for hours and hours on the
chair. Time flies. Nobody looks at the
watch.
>> Right. But but but over there in by in a
kumitz, it's it's where everybody sings
by everybody is sitting. They're sitting
and they're being, you know, um
>> they're present
>> bring Exactly. Teaching presence,
mindfulness, and um by words and also by
music. at Fabbr and you singing also
because there's
you know they don't they sing that was
into singing
>> there was big yeah
>> very much big
>> music is music is is the highest
>> because yeah so he used to sit and give
and talk but there was also singing
going on
>> there was a lot there's a lot of singing
>> there was singing yes he he talked a lot
we can get into that too what he was
doing it was talking but he was it's not
for now but it's uh
>> yeah it could be a separate podcast for
itself
>> yeah I mean he was he was he was
changing the energy in the world. He was
just dropping buckets of oius letters
that you know no matter what they threw
at him he was just talking just moving
it moving it
>> now in kumzit says do you see that
people let their armors down do you see
that when you get together
>> saying the stuff that I do
>> yeah yeah
>> yeah sure what do you mean people go
into deep process I I I mainly focus on
on the potential it's not so much in in
the struggle we want to focus on the
potential um the struggle if you talk
about what I've seen in this is um I've
seen that 99%
is talk they talk about the light they
don't pay attention on the on the dark
and and I like that and and because what
what I saw in my own journey is um
you're sitting there trying to figure
out that that embarrassing moment you're
trying to figure out that I could have
responded that way and I didn't or that
person called didn't call
>> and I'm like I'm almost there I'm almost
there and you're almost there only to go
back to where you start. It's the snake,
you know, the snake, the head and the
tail is right there and then before and
then the tail is on on the other end,
>> right?
>> Um when I focus on the light, when I
focus on the potential,
>> um then I don't need the the the other
stuff is irrelevant. But we're not
always ready to let go of the of the of
the twist spin yet because I'm right
there. I don't want to let go of it yet.
Like I want to hold on to it. So you
need to be facilitated to to allow to
get you out from the snake's grip,
right? You know, that's the clipper to
get you out of the spin. The food, if
you eat the the the low garbage food,
you're going to be spinning there
longer.
>> You're going to be when it comes to
songs, songs carried Eden for
generations, you know, in in in in the
in the hottest times. Uh they were like,
you know, pain and joy and and every
hope was was something. What does that
do to your nish? You're obviously very
connected to these uh music and singing.
>> So what happens is that the the the
nagginina
everything is energy, everything is
vibration. Like we we also live in an
ocean just like the fish live in the
water. We live in a water tour. Just a
different type of tank. It's an oxygen
tank. Uh if you if we if you leave the
atmosphere um you dissolve like we're
made out of ish offer fire uh spirit and
and and and earth and and water but it's
held together by compressed it's in
compression but with with with by
gravity. If you leave the space we just
you dissolve
um then then so now we're here we're
stuck and there's layers. So we can get
through certain things by with with
food. Uh we can that with talk. Um
exercise is very important. I'm a big
fan of exercise because it raises your
vibration.
>> You exercise every day.
>> I do something every day. You know, I
try to do something. If it's if it's uh
yoga or if it's uh you know um
>> different things that that that I do. Um
>> but yes, you got you want to move. You
want to you want to you want to raise
the uh sweat sweat lodge. You want to
try to move. Why? What you're doing is
you're raising the vibration. When I'm
raising the vibration, I'm now sending
out a higher vi a higher vibration. I
penetrate the lower vibration. I make
contact with the higher vibration. And
now I can I'm in relationship with that.
>> So what does negin do?
>> Nina takes you to the highest place.
Neggin is next to the
highest place.
>> Neggin uh it melts away. It's the
highest vibration. It takes you into
that place like right away
automatically. You don't have to. It's
the easiest way to get there at sometime
when when you're in that if that's the
if that's the medicine you need
everything is a medicine
>> right so how do you describe that
feeling the feeling of uh you're being
you belong you feel
what is what is that deep feeling when
you're really into it um into singing
beyond beyond beyond words
um it's it's higher than words it's
beyond Um,
it just you are
>> you just
>> you can be yourself.
>> You you are going depending on how deep
you go with it and and how much you
drink, how much you had or whatever
whatever it is that you do to get you
there. Um, it takes you to that place
where you're feeling you're making
contact with with oneness.
When I'm in a relationship like even in
a breathing, what I'm doing what you
want to do is you want to make contact
even for one second. Right? So this is
this is my highest potential and this is
me down here. There's something here.
There's the the female here that's
searching that's looking for that that's
yearning.
You want you do this, you do that. But
once you breathe breathe, you make
contact one. You're opening up one cav
and you make contact the beep. It's
aligned and then you're coming back to
yourself that starts now it's a seed
that's that's that's that's that goes
inside of you and it starts expanding
and it expands expands and some you have
to go back again for another one
depending on how if your diet is good
and if your mind is good and if your
support is good warm breathing can take
you uh to the next step you know
>> um and that's what nginina does nina is
another way of allowing you to um you
know they said that uh you know they
play songs some of the The sadikum don't
they don't want to go into ganed um
because because till there's goula so
they play
>> they get distracted
>> they play a song for them.
>> Yeah. So to get distracted
>> yeah this nama just get pulsed to it.
>> Which song talks to you the most like
your kumzit song? Which one which one
which song do you get lost in?
>> I I mainly play my own stuff
>> that you uh that you write yourself.
>> Yes.
>> Oh yeah. Like give me an example of uh
you write you when when you have time
like is there a certain place at time in
the house where you write?
>> Yeah. They just they just come they can
come anytime they can come uh
>> and you record it right away when
>> they can come you know usually if I
don't hold the guitar in the hand then
it's lost you know even if I even if I
put it into to recorder.
>> So you actually produce your own stuff.
>> Yes.
>> Now what kind of words is it? Yiddish.
Is it uh
>> lush kurdes? Give me one good one that
>> I have. Va is I have I have pretty much
I I try to use easy words because when I
when I I sometimes forget the words when
I'm when I'm in the process. So I use
words that I that I know.
>> This is a talent that you always had
like in the family or No,
>> my my father's a cousin.
>> Um you know, but I wasn't it wasn't
accessible to me when I grew up.
>> So you make your own songs and you sing
your own songs. That's why it's unique
is that is that how many of these kumzes
do you have on a steady basis like
>> um I used to have they used to be like I
used to have weekly for a couple years I
did them weekly there was a year every
week they went for hours yeah
>> but you coming to you're going places
also people
>> I come to a lot there are people
shabases and
>> yes um I do yeah I had the last one we
had was uh utasis we had one before so
you know I always have one of the cover
they host it
>> right
>> and uh we come we get together. And uh
>> how long does that last?
>> Um for me, I can go last time we went
from we started at 9:00 and we went till
3 4 5 a.m.
>> Wow.
>> You know, I think we shut off the
recorder at 3.
>> Wow. So, what's interesting is that you
make your own stuff. You make your own
niggin own words.
>> Yes.
>> And you do your own thing.
>> So, ultimately I I want to Yeah. I have
words but I I didn't get I didn't evolve
in yet to enough to uh
>> you sing about you sing the kabad just
the tune just the
>> I I sing with words
>> with no words but kabad has a lot of uh
you know those uh
>> without words
>> there are some without words but I like
the words they carry the song they're
called in in in it's called the horses
the susim
>> and uh it's it's car a song without
words is one thing but with words it
goes much deeper but sometimes I
sometimes a song comes it comes together
with the
you know, it's it's together. Sometimes
there's a tune and then later it gets
developed.
>> Um, so, um,
>> which which songs did you grow up on?
>> Like something from your father or
whatever you love.
>> I I was never it was never really I
wanted something it was never really
connecting uh the the the stuff out
there.
>> It was I wanted something a little more
>> something different.
>> I was into the guitar into the you know
to the the rhythm. This was
>> Are you a cousin also like a batilla
like your father?
>> Not really. I wasn't really encouraged
to do that.
>> You never developed it.
>> I never developed it and it was always
growing up there was a lot of um
awareness about the lack of um of
perfection of the other. So there's a
lot of that humor going around. So So
for me to go out there and start singing
was a big of a to overcome that.
>> Wow. Um, I never really put anything out
there professionally recorded, but I'm
working on that now. It's a whole
different level to I do live, which is I
do my own thing, but when you go into a
studio, it becomes more I'm learning a
lot. It's a whole new evolution for me
that learning about to be be in a rhythm
to stay to stay on a on one path.
>> It's interesting. Everything you do is
is in is in healing, is in feeling, is
you're not living life um just on the
surface. You see things you you when you
see when you walk out on the street in
the city, you look at things from a
different lens. You everything is is is
energy and everything is meant to be.
It's a it's a different way of living
and you're happy now. This is you're in
a happy place right now. You can say.
Yeah.
>> Excellent. Uh final question. Who is
your role model?
um
to uh I'm very I'm very selective with
uh I have a very high standard for my
role models. Um the um on my on my
journey on my quest I've bumped into
many um many many uh
mashp
and you know all that stuff. Um, so I I
then I I met my Reb, the L of Reb, which
that that light showed me what truth is,
what the EMS is. Um, and um, my first
and most my my biggest role model is my
father.
>> My father is a is a very simple,
powerful.
Um he he's a man that gets up u every
night 2:30 in the morning and he goes to
learn to um and that is ingrained in the
DNA that is a part of something that's
there that's something that is and and
ultimately what I saw the way the reason
I was able to survive my uh my journey
uh going through uh where I come from
and where I headed to because the the
truth was what's was important to him.
It was an ishmas. There was no monkey
business. There was no tanas. there is
no uh movement. There's just the truth.
Uh and that's what I took with me and
and and that was what my soul needed.
That's why I chose I guess my in chose
to be there. Um so he is he's my my
number one. Um he's that that's what's
with me. Very very powerful, very
strong. Um that's number one. We're on
two different journeys. He's
but but I I I still uh you know very
much learn with him and and take from
him whatever I can. And then I found in
in in Kabad I found a few very few um
true that was that show themselves that
I saw which is the truth. That's what's
important. It's not uh it's not the
lavush. It's not what you look like on
the outside. It's it's what's going on
on the inside. It's um as they say in in
all the madrum
there's a big sign in you're not going
to see that because we carry that in the
heart. Um, it's about when I walk on the
street, I don't throw my garbage on the
street. When I when I, you know, it's
about always being uh in that space of
carrying yourself as like a which is
striving to be aided. I'm not there yet.
I'm I'm trying. Um, that's those are my
role models. The truth, the emis is what
prevails. That's ultimately where where
it's at. Moa, I want to thank you for
bringing your color. I want to thank you
for bringing your breath, your depth and
your humanity into this space.
This wasn't a conversation. This was an
experience
>> and I really want to thank you for
coming and sharing your wisdom.
>> Thank you.
>> Thank you. Thank you very much.
>> Thank you, Joe, for uh taking me into
the struggle.
>> Yeah.
>> And it's a journey. It's everybody's
journey and we all want to get out of
it.
>> If I would to infiltrate the struggle
and bring uh bring the the the eye of
the storm in the center of it.
>> Yeah. Thank you. Thank you very much.
Stinker brother.
