So basically a few years ago I I believe every company there's always a turning point where you we look back and we say this was the moment that the company changed and I believe there was like a few years ago overwhelmed with a lot of billing things a lot of collections data entry and we were got we were getting backlogged and um we we needed we felt the need we needed to do something we reached out to me was right there for us and um he helped us tremendously that was our turning point he um he introduced us to the idea that you could have certain kind of work. There are certain work that we don't have to hire in Galat for heavy salaries. You could um have it done overseas. >> So like what kind of work are they doing for you? >> So the so the first thing that we needed the most at the time was uh a lot of data entry. We have a lot of bills coming in. A lot of information needs to be entered in the computer and it wasn't doable feasible to do it with with Yingalad. So financially made sense and they do a great job also in the Philippines and they over over a few weeks we trained them they listen they do they do a great job and they and it was a big success. Then we moved on and we needed um accounts payable to pay to pay our vendors. We reached out to me. He gave gave us a few accounts payables and we and we were very successful in that. And then we needed someone in collections and uh the company we you know like every company you need collections. We reached out and he gave us three employees and they're constantly making phone calls, reaching out and and it's really helping in the administrative work. Real success. It's a great company to to work with. >> How's the key the communication skills? Let's say the English pink as if you have someone sitting in the office. That's how it feels. They they have good English communicate and when you give them a task, it gets done within 24 hours. Unbelievable. >> Can I ask you a personal question? This is something that most of our clients are amazed by is that we have a really high population of uh you know uh people from Canada and the United States. And not only that, but also we have a lot of Dominican who grow up in the United States and Canada and they're they're actually living right here right here in the DR right now. >> And what do you do if they need to come into the office? If the client wants them to come into the office like do you have offices in different areas? >> Yes, actually we just uh open a new office in the capital of Dominican Republic. Right now we have three offices located in the three main uh cities of the Dominican Republic which give uh you know give us a lot of options for the employees uh depending where they are located uh to come to I to one one of the offices that we have in the area. >> Right. >> Okay.
