By parents having conversations with the children and explaining little children that there are adults who are predators. There are adults who are sick and you are the bait. You are the victims. And when that happens, when an adult comes over to you, a stranger, and asks you to come into a park or it wants to take you in the car or any other inappropriate suggestions, then the child jumps up like a like a snake has just bitten the child.
