like you want to talk to someone on the phone. People who start it's like a whole like wait a second I usually get stuck on my name a lot of times the simple things are hardest. Um but when it comes to let's say making phone calls so you could you know you're waiting to get on the line with us busy company and you're waiting and waiting waiting you can wait five 10 minutes. Now this is annoying for a lot of people. People can relate to that. But what happens when they finally pick up and they say, "Yes, hello. Who's this?" And wait a second. No, no, no. That's the not the time to stutter, right? But >> but that sometimes is when a person will stutter because it's on the person. I have to say, "Wait, I don't want the person to hang up." >> And then you know what happens? The second and a half rule. If you don't say anything, they start yelling at you. And then you have another half a second and if it doesn't go, they just hang up. Does anybody know about this challenge? >> Wow. >> Nobody knows. Only people who said her know
