Emotional Honesty vs Unloading Where's the Line? #podcast #mentalhealth#marriage

So how do you differentiate between um emotional honesty if someone wants to share uh with the wife and unloading you know like emotions which which you become a drag you know you're like sharing too much and you're actually bringing the house down you know it becomes negative where's the fine line between the two but if I'm unloading it's usually going to come from either a fight place or that needy place and it's going to be emotionally, you know, vomitious. It's not going to be a productive conversation. So, but a person, if they're honest with themselves, they'll know if they're they'll know if they're where which place this is coming from. If it's coming from the the the needy state, then it's not on it's not sharing. It's It's unloading.
