this week, did a breath work in the Five Towns? Unbelievable. So many positive experiences with with uh after breath work I I I mean I remind myself like, "Wow, this is why I love this." Cuz I love watching people have transformation. And breath work is low risk, high rewards, and it's in 2 hours people are like, "Wow." And they come back and say, "It was so different than the first time, but wow." So, breath work if you haven't if those listening haven't yet got the point, is an underutilized power that you have to tap into greatness within yourself. Unbelievable.
