Breathwork Transformed a Teenager's Grief: Life-Changing Experience!

Three of them or four of them had life-changing experiences. One One person lost a family member few months earlier. And this breathwork session is a 15-year-old crying his heart out. Now, there's no way you can watch this and not cry yourself cuz you see someone mourning. You don't even know what's happening. He tells me later what happened.
