Don't forget we consider addiction. I'm not talking about sex addiction which there's no diagnosis for but the diagnosible addictions. We consider to be what we call primary diagnosis. In other words, it's not like it's a secondary diagnosis like I'm an addict because of this mental health problem. It becomes primary. I'm an addict because I'm an addict at this point. I may have a co-occurring disorder. I may at some point want to go back and you know work on the origins but at the point where I have kind of created that pathway in my in my brain I uh am a slave to it uh to some degree and that needs to be addressed uh initially.
