The Soul of Israel: A Request Which is Never Refused

where you're at where you know whatever your neshama needs at any given moment and hopefully that's what we're doing right now as well because right now we need to access places that we never we never either we never knew existed or we simply never accessed before we've been doing a beautiful Emunah series on Shabbos afternoons in our shul 5 p.m. on Shabbos afternoon Shabbos coming out later now so there's time to learn in the afternoon javis coming on out around 8:30 so about 5:00 we get together here in the stroll and brush I'm a solid 40 50 people would learn about emunah every Shabbos afternoon and I want to share some that we learned three weeks ago four weeks ago but it keeps them coming up over and over again and that is that there's one thing that man woman is allowed to ask from God at any given moment where the answer will always be yes always it's been proven that whenever anyone has asked for this they were never ever not answered positively what do you think that maybe with the preface I would say for stronger omona ah here we go you see to ask God for things that are good that you could do good use if like if you say that God listen you know if you give me a million dollars nine hundred thousand of that was gonna go they're gonna go to orphans I mean how could God say no to that well maybe that's not good fruit that's not your bag that's not good for you to have why whatever the reasons are maybe that hundred thousand that you're left with will destroy your like what what do we know right meaning when we don't get things that's also the form of no but when it comes to asking God to have more omona Hashem Canet I shall never says no because it's it's a self-contradiction friends how many times did we simply sit down and ask Hashem to just believe in him more that's what we're asking for you God if because the evil side the dark side in our minds tell us you're supposed to already believe in God much more you can't ask for something he's supposed to have this by now you're gonna ask for this it defeats the whole purpose of showing him that you're a champion real champions humble champions are the ones that understand that I need to ask God for more emunah as simple as it is simple as it is now I want to invite you and all our listeners and myself no matter to go back in time into our lives and go back to a really difficult place that we were stuck in a place that didn't seem like it had any refuge nothing the darkness was prevailing and there was no light in sight kind of like the way people from New York are when they go into the tunnel and New Jersey is the light at the end of their tunnel or it's also causing me to think about the the parsha right we're on these trails like we want meat and hash and Moshe secession even if you took all the wild stock in era where is that it's impossible we'll get there too but there wasn't going I was going to this coming pressure but we'll get there as well but let me let me just say like this go back into your own life and go back to a trial and tribulation which really seemed as if there was no way out from nothing what eventually got you out of there was it you figured out a logical way Alpi nature according to nature to get yourself crack the crack away out of your gullet or perhaps did you have to use this magic trick that we began the the set of the segment with meaning and this is true I think about almost every single thing in the world sometimes we bang our head against the wall saying I didn't I have to do more each day look I gotta try harder I gotta figure out another practical way for me to get out of my own sunnis or did you ever stop and realize my he stood looked has to be I gotta ask for more and wanna and when I asked for more omona and I believed I could conquer anything in the world well in our passion we have a very very big hero for some reason he's underrated I don't know why his name is not really that much of a common name that explanations as to how I could overcome anything I'm giving myself those logical explanations I go to the neshamah finish em another year that knows I'm simply made of something else I made of positive there's like a Joshua and Caleb inside us in the Torres guiding us listen there's these ten voices that are saying you can't do it it's too scary don't do it don't do it don't do it and there's two voices that are on the inside of the inside they're like yes we can do this I could have borrow who together with us it's like no challah it's like within plural of we we can do it on Easter el together we together with Hashem and it's like guiding us listen to the small voices on the inside of the inside don't listen to the tan loud voices and it's like our inner map as as our national map at the same time nothing's changed but much these words of the Torah it wasn't just for them it's 2019 it's right now and again if you go back to any darkness you were in what really got you through it that you cracked the code or that you simply went through it with an extra dose egde of Emunah I know I went through a pretty hard time when we moved to the farm and the hardest time about it was that it just felt like I didn't have the Emunah muscle to even flex it was holding on to the like the last leg just like a Shem just a yella Tova it'll be okay sometimes like you don't even have the co ah to even have it it's just like a muscle that gets just so weak after being exercised or even a gift that's just taken away but I guess here it's like to just davon please Hashem let me hold onto the Emunah that I can as best I can mama a whole new holla you holla holla once you alone not aware once you go up in your requests of God where maybe a high level of requesting of God is allow me to do good things that's a nice request but keep on going alone now I let go higher what's higher I want more in Munna that's the highest Bukka Shah and that that the Siddiki teaches has never been unanswered alone Allah I'm going up with what I consider to be high requests and then what VR - no Ulta and then you inherit the Emunah that you asked for here home Ohana nothing's hard for me to believe that I'm living in biblical times it's so harshly believed that what I'm about to experience will be even more exalted whenever I experience as a nation since you created us so therefore I'm not asking you to show me how to do things I'm asking simply to believe in you so much more I'm asking you to get me through any area of darkness that still exists in my life not by becoming wiser and deeper and smarter hopefully I'll get there but to simply believe in you right now much more and you know Devin I Melissa something so beautiful King David and we're sitting right
