not even one ounce of favor in here if you're giving to a c of organization that's real you're doing yourself a favor if you don't think it's a favor don't do it don't do keep your money enjoy it go buy Bubblegum with it I don't care makes no difference to me simple another way that's the thing that people don't understand I ha hate to talk about money cuz I remember that the people that used to come to me all they cared was money they never care about me doing Chua but the problem is that because we never talk about money there's more and more expenses and less and less uh more and more issues with with it so you have to sometimes mention it to people to remind them listen you watch three shim a week but the last time you donated was three months ago you donated $100 what you only make $100 every three months no you probably make 5,000 a month right so how come you only gave $100 and the best part is like oh well you never asked I never knew why I have to ask you you didn't watch I have one guy tells me listen you help me do chva you changed my life since since uh since I've been watching yesu already for a year and a half I've been giving my local kabad $600 a month I'm so happy about it so blessed another guy tells me one day this is maybe four years ago tells me I was like ah yeah I told him you need you don't havein no I said okay I'll get youin I got him a $1,000 pair of somebody sponsored a, $1,200 pair of fine because the guy says he didn't have any money so Jew needs it I said at the time I if I have somebody I'll give it to you I don't have a sponsor right now a couple people asked me I don't have it but if I have it I'll give it to you I don't care so uh but now we ask more questions because we've made a couple of mistakes and like this one I'm mentioning to you right now I sent the guy a ,000 pair of for free books this that the other thing he says he has no money wants do CH he's already 60 years old maybe one day he'll have it maybe he doesn't two months later three months later he sends me oh yeah thank you wow changed my life bem great you know I just uh I just gave $400 to uh to breast live and another $400 to kabad they really uh they've really been uh so helpful and thank you very I said to myself is this guy stupid with a degree or without a degree you're still working on it first of all you lied you have money second of all I don't understand I sent you a $1,000 parot fle for free you never thought to give the money back no so sometimes people have to tell people people every single day every single day people ask me if they should donate to somebody else listen is this organization kosher can I donate there is this K kosher is this kosher can you help publicize this campaign I got one today helps say can you do me a favor they're doing a matching can you help publicize this uh betet campaign on your page so other people could donate there and I'm thinking to myself why people think I live on man or or or like I don't understand so sometimes you have to mention it I hate it I hate to talk about it you have to understand how much of a this for me you know so the point is is that sometimes you have to mention this stuff because people don't get the point people don't get the point but like I said if you make a priority in your life meaning that you're going to help other people do cha you will help yourself in this world and the next if you don't and you think that you could do without it by all means you technically you can but will it happen I don't know it's all depends on you all depends on you I just think that most people from my experience have too much of a difficulty doing Chua for big sins by themselves they need to help of others of others others doing Chua so that's it this is uh unless you guys have any other critical questions uh the of um relatively simple uh R is like Shabbat so you're not all to drive on R you're not to use your phones on R not even for kiru purposes uh you're allowed to cook fire to fire but in in Florida there's no gas here so fire at the fire is pretty much in you know completely nonrelevant here uh so you have to pretty much cook everything before the hug and uh put it on the hot plate during the hug uh um if you live somewhere else like in New York in other places that have Gest then you can use fire to fire to light the gas but your local Rabbi I'm sure he going to go over this stuff with you um you have to go to beet if you're a guy to pray with the minan but also most important to listen to the is so even if you hate theet then suck it up and go to the besset uh but if it's a besset that everybody's talking and socializing and you can't even hear or anything then uh you don't have to go you don't have to go but if people are relatively decent and they have some respect for the Torah where they listen to amida and so on at least during that time they're quiet then go also for the people that speak uh do not speak Hebrew uh know how to read Hebrew or know how to make the Sounds in Hebrew but they don't know what it actually means because there is a special significance to the words that kazal used uh to put amida the prayer of amida together it's better if you read amida only in Hebrew the rest of the prayers you could read in English most of it is and so on but amid specifically it's better that you read it in Hebrew even if you don't know what the words mean because what you're going to do is over these next couple of days you're going to look at theid in the of in English learn what it says so when you read it in Hebrew you still have an understanding of what's going on you still haven't understand the rest of the prayer you read in English uh it's good that you understand what you're saying but that specific prayer you should try to do it in Hebrew meaning they should uh uh if you know if you don't know you don't know if you don't know Hebrew at all you don't know how to pronounce it then you're an no there no problem uh but if you do know at least to make the sounds then make the sounds but again learn the prayer uh on uh Eve of make sure to have a festive meal all of the Tam whether it's Theon the pomegranate or the different fruits that are used there's no specific obligation to use anyone over the other they're all Customs so if you don't have one don't lose your mind don't get angry don't be upset it's okay they're all just Customs they're all Customs women when you light the candle for Yom don't say the blessing ofu wait for your h usband to come home when you do the K and he'll sayu for the whole family the second day of you cannot say on the so you it's good to get a fruit that you haven't eaten in the last year a new fruit and sayu on the fruit because you're not allowed to say sh on the second day because it's not really new it's already the second day of is the only holiday that is celebrated two days everywhere including is uh that's the other thing uh the food that your wife makes or that you make if it's good or not it's not going to change your Dean in sham but if you get angry during the meal that's going to change your Dean meaning even if the food tastes like it belongs to animals don't get angry why because it's not going to change your judgment in sham but if you get angry at your wife or you insult whoever cook the food that's going to change your Dean that's going to change your Dean it's a very very bad thing to get anger in so whatever happens remember is gonna try to make you angry why because if you get angry on pretty much you ruin your whole year don't get angry at all um make sure to spend as much time as you can in theet learning uh enjoying the hug um and that's it it's a it's a fantastic it's a fantastic opportunity to to enjoy with the family our next sh is going to be next Wednesday next Wednesday is the next sh and pretty much for the next month the shoe is pretty much going to be probably once a week it's either going to be a Wednesday or a Sunday whenever there's no holidays uh for for a couple of reasons one is because we have the holidays uh but also two it's a time to for me to take a little bit of more time to re-energize uh but we're still going to try our best to to have at least one sh per week obviously if you have any crisis first call 911 when they tell you that they can't help you then you can text me all of us will have a sh hopefully will'll take each word that I said and uh remember at least part of it to do some before and uh arrive at prepared to change prepared to change we
