I'm not going to get too much into it but in general yeah you have the power with your mouth and action to change the reality of something in this world so we can drink Pepsi and I I wouldn't even suggest to drink Pepsi I wouldn't the thing is that don't go and start you know talking to bottles don't go and talk into bottles and you know that's not going to work prayer you know thank you God for this water well don't say thank you God for this water say you know you say then you actually correct something but I don't want to get into this yet technically anything in the world has a godly power that enlivens it everything even even a rock has a nefes there's a godly power in it if not it wouldn't be existing just that the concealment of The Godly Revelation is so strong that it looks like something like an animate it doesn't move anything that is like a tree or vegetables or fruit The Godly the the tum the The Godly contraction is not so strong that there's some type of life in it and you see it growing and then you go to animals and then person The More The Godly light is concealed the more dead it looks but everything in this world has that godly power a so obviously anything that gets dirty can be cleaned our words are so powerful that you can change things with your words that's kind of the power of prayer it's because we're made up of liquid so it's very that has nothing to do with it well when the vibration of speaking or okay I'm talking more in a spiritual level right right so vibration affects the the water we're made up of water that's vibration yeah so technically that's why I don't want to get into it because there's different philosophies about it and you know but the bottom line is that your mouth is so powerful that when you say something you can change something in the universe the zor even says that your mouth if you curse you can destroy worlds and if you say blessings and the right things you actually can create worlds so our mouth is very powerful that's why the Torah teaches us in so many ways not to curse not to lie not to to to say gossip because our mouth is very very powerful so obviously your mouth can create and can destroy that's why when we say a when we say a blessing part of the part the part why we say a blessing is because blessing equals to the world ham so when I say a blessing I basically create a gap in the world and I'm able to bring down to this world Godly light a godly power and obviously if the braa is positive then the effect of the world is positive so whatever will be around me will transform to a positive way so I go ahead do you in light detector test in light detector I don't know how it works I can't give give my opinion I think I think anyway is that somebody if if somebody's has good control of himself can actually pass the light detector yeah I don't know how it really works to tell you what I think about it but but in in fact is yeah your words a powerful so you can actually you know just by even forget about the words your thoughts are powerful you can with your thoughts change the reality of things just thinking of good things that's why even for yourself a person can be ill and heal himself in his thought just thinking positive then so so much more so are your words and so much more so your actions is our physical body important to be taken care of yeah we should exercise yeah because went to Israel they said wereing on the thing is that it's a commandment from the Torah that you must when you are obligated to taking care of your body she shouldn't obsessed with that at all I obsessed with what taking care of yeah you can't devote your entire life all day long to your health of your body but you have to take care of your body and if it means you have to exercise or not smoke or eat healthy you're actually obligated we're obligated to take care of our body it's not even our body we're renting this body for free for 7 years the body doesn't belong to us you can't do anything to the body that has doesn't allow like like you're allow to tattoo your body body and on the other hand you're obligated to take care of your body you shouldn't do anything in an obsessive way if you're all day long just taking care of your body and 5 hours a day in the gym that's what Hashem wants for you hasm tells you take care of your body so I know in many different places you go to Orthodox places and they tell you you know you don't really see that they're working out you just see obese people it's wrong it's actually wrong it's it's you know if a person doesn't take care of his body at all and and as a result from that he's not healthy and all he has to do is go to doctors and he dies younger that's not hasem wants hasem wants you to be in a good healthy body eat healthy sleep enough and as yeah how can you serve AEM with a sick body you know ra says in order to serve AEM ultimately your body has to be in good shape you have to go to sleep at night you can just do whatever you want you have to be healthy
