What has this building been? >> This building is going to be something an extension, an expansion of what we did the past 10 years. We had a place that was a little further out by Lake Carasaljo border. We had a place the past 10 years that helped people 24 hours a day. Anyone going through a crisis, illness, other situations, they're able to come anytime of the day, whenever they wanted to. It didn't matter. We got a phone call 1:30 a.m. that a 19-year-old boy needs to come. He's going through a difficult situation. We told him, "No problem. Just come right over." He was there from 1:45 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. >> No way. So, you have volunteers coming down? >> Yeah, people are going to be remotely give them access to it. We have a whole remote access system where we could allow people in. It's amazing. And we've been blessed the past 10 years. The township gave us this property almost for free. It's a 1.6-acre property >> Wow. >> that is >> [clears throat] >> they gave it to us for pennies. >> Wow. But it cost a lot of money to build this building. >> Yeah, then it cost millions of millions here, yeah. So, if you come in here, I want to show you So, again, this is the lobby when you come in. >> The lobby. >> This is a tea room, cafeteria, which we're getting the cabinets soon right here, and the sinks and everything. You see over here, we're still getting a little more mill work here coming in next week. But this room right here is an event room. So, this room can be as follows. It can be an overflow of room when we don't have space there to eat and drink and all that. And in addition to that, it's also going to be where we have events. Say I'm for someone's birthday party, different events, whatever it should be. It took over a year to source like all custom jungle gym which will fit the forest theme. >> A jungle gym? Across here, 20 ft high. >> Jungle gym. >> Three-story jungle gym. It's going to look It's a stunning piece. And we're having a virtual climbing wall there. You set it for 5 minutes, you swim for 5 minutes. It's a very nice thing. And we have a shower there, of course. And we have some more showers across the whole wall. >> So, the kids can go swimming laps here for an hour. >> Adults, kids, for everyone, yes. Yeah, yeah. Now, we're going to go in here. This is a fitness room. So now this room here is if you see over here this room is there's a mirror coming up there on that wall and this room is going to be exercise machines on that whole wall over there with screens going on top and we're going to have yoga everything here. It will have to fitness related stuff. >> Is this for adults also just kids? >> Yes, yes, yes. This is probably more adults than kids in this room. Yeah, yeah. We cater to all ages. It's also we try to cater to all ages not just kids. I want to clarify that. It's for all ages really. Now this room is a private room somebody wants to meet with someone or anything so they have a nice little room to meet in the corner quiet corner here. And now we're going to go here to the next room where we're going to walk into a library. It's a kids library. You can do homework there. You can read books. You can relax. Whatever it should be. We can learn with parents. We can learn here. There's a lot of different things we want to do here. So over here you have this beautiful room right here. Again we're going to have bookshelves right there across so next one is going to be a certain gamach but I don't know if it's going to be right over here. >> Gamach? >> Yeah and we're going to go further to the left over there. Costume room is you know we go to hospitals to houses of um the kids patients right so we have costume wardrobes. >> So the volunteers dress up? >> Yeah they can come here choose something from here. They can wear the costumes >> out kids you have boys and girls out there? >> Both separate yeah two separate divisions yeah yeah absolutely. So over here you go in here. This is a prize room. >> Prize room. >> Over here, um what's it called? Um we give out Yes, gifts, toys. We have as an example, now before we started we gave out 350 packages full of Magna-Tiles, all types of different toys, prizes, and games. >> Magna-Tiles, wow. >> Everything. Whatever you can think of. And so this is all going to be lined here. >> Lined up here. >> So it looks like a carnival, so >> Yeah, yeah, it's like an exciting room where kids can come in and choose something too. It's like a Feel it, you know? >> So you got a basketball court here? >> We're going to have basketballs at the two ends, we're going to have pickleballs, and we're also going to have We're trying to keep it at a like a medium stage where it could also be used for events too. That is Remember I told you we were doing a village in the other room? Right, but we couldn't set it up yet. We wanted to get it out. So you know now and then we're going to set that up. So that's the air conditioning. >> It's meant for yet, like a soft for things, so even if balls land on it, it's not going to do anything to it. So it's going to be freezing. I see that, wow. What's the reason it's not in front? >> was intentionally like this that we did the storm sewer in the front. Even if aesthetically maybe it doesn't make so much sense, but we wanted to give people privacy and dignity so where they don't feel the parking right on the avenue. People should they should think that people are going to see them and all that. So that's why we did the parking lot here rather towards the and we give people privacy.
