The Perfect Snack for #Pesach

It's a good thing for healthy, for shine, for luck, for different, she's colorful, she's perfect to impress people, and it's a perfect party collins. Last November I was in Spain picking olives, in Italy picking truffles, in a balsamic vinegar factory, and this little town in Spain, it caught my eye. Somebody panned it over a dish, and I dig into the dish and I ate it and I thought it was just a a vegetable and nothing, and it was full of flavor and taste, and I have to show you what it was. First, chop cucumbers. Of course, we leave some of the peel on for fiber and color. So, then we're going to do the carrot, the celery. And now, the secret. I used the special clear glass. They served it in like a tinted white glass, so we I didn't understand what was in the bottom of it and it was so tasty, and guess what it was. Little did I know, it was simple, delicious. Olive oil in the bottom, sea salt. You can smell it. I don't know if enough to tell you what this is, basil. Chopped up cucumbers, chopped up carrots. Thanks to Chef Mackie. He's teaching me how to cut vegetables. Just mix it up. And dip it in. [music] You can use it as an appetizer, you can use it as a dessert, you can use it as Let's say you serve a champagne glass with this. It's just so refreshing. And so tasty. And so healthy. Obviously, they made it all pretty and I would love to see you guys send me pictures how you are doing it with a nice of glass, a little flower, cutting out the carrot, but this is what it is. That's the base. It's delicious, it's yummy, it's clean. And I've never seen it before.
