Till 11:30 to 7:00. 11:37 and then after hours we close, then everybody when everybody leaves, then we start setting up and we're able to change the room over into Guys, I want to show you how beautiful this is. Look at this. Look at the space over here. You can literally have How many people can fit over here? We have over here, this is right now for 40 people. We could really fit We fit We fit up to in here up to 60 people with another 15 people over here. It's about 75 people all together. And you have also people over here? No, no, no. But this is what we do. Guess how much this whole server costs for 40 people? All included. For included the gocha and for the waiters. Waiters fees, no mandatory gratuity or anything. This whole place is beautiful. Look I can just imagine how it looks during business hours with this lighting and all the you know the chairs all matching so nice so beautiful. beautifully during the day but it's even set up nicer when it comes to shiva brochos. It's uh it's an affordable after a chasuna that cost a lot of money and people want to get an affordable shiva brochos with a full menu not cutting any corners. You're able to you're able to come here and get something that you're actually going to enjoy and afford. So so it starts with the with the appetizer which I see it's a full plate of a delicious uh season nish nash salad. Nish nash salad. It's good you have a choice of which salad so the balsams tonight. This is by the way a real shiva brochos this is not just staged for five better video. This is actually a real shiva brochos that's about to start in a few minutes and uh this comes with a they chose a nish nash salad. We have a choice of different soups. We have a whole uh menu for for main dishes, pastas. You have every every uh every person here is going to get a choice if they want to have a pasta. We have different choices penne alla vodka, fettuccine alfredo, uh mac and cheese, eggplant parmesan. And they have a whole fish menu. whole fish menu that comes with side dishes, salmon. It comes with you know different types of fish but choices of different salmons. So every person that can can choose Every person chooses if they want the pasta or the or or the salmon. It's not easy. You have to make enough for everyone. >> Yeah, yeah, it's tricky but we're learning the we're learning the trade. The dessert is a big nice chunky chocolate chip cookie with ice cream all milkig not you know fake ice cream that you're going to get in uh in in in a flashy place, but you're going to get something over here authentic. Everything here is included. That's the basic menu. We also have other upgrades where you can put on personal pies. You can get the famous pizza here in personal pies. By the This is the same recipe for the for the famous pizza that they have in the mountains. recipe in the mountains that everybody here knows. Everybody already tasted at one point. And we have the exact authentic recipe of the original pizza. We also have sushi which you can put out sushi platters. You can have it as as an appetizer. Do you have in-house sushi? sushi in-house which is excellent excellent sushi. We have the sushi station right over here. It's closed now because of the but it's it's we've gotten very very high reviews for the sushi. By the way, for those who want there is right over here. No extra charge. included. The girls can sit and actually make the pizza. Each get a dough where they spread out and they put it out on with the sauce and cheese and toppings. They can all make their own.
