Atmos in the core of even though that one letter already creates infinite Bliss but it's still experiencing Bliss so it's only one letter that's extracted so to speak it's a flow it's a filtered flow of Consciousness that can only be described as one letter in the totality of the of the Soul experience what is that letter it's a letter it's there it has energy but that's the that's the idea of this is the the says with you is the source of life so literally it means with you is the source of Life The Source of Life comes from you the source of life has an identifiable address but he says Ray in the Solar core the essence there's nothing profounder that creates a it creates a longing it creates a longing that I want to have the essence I want to have the ultimate truth I want to be subsumed in in in the EM itself like it say who do I have in heaven and with you I desire nothing in Earth so literally it means who do I have in heaven besides you and with you I don't need anything else on Earth he says it mean something deeper even in heaven which is G even that I'm not going to get stuck over there anything that's with you but it's not you that's not going to become the core translates every longing as this but Al is saying I'm going to give you the secret that ultimately all longing is connected to this all longing of a person not everybody's is is when they're having a longing or desire this is exactly how they're going to describe it but he's saying if you sit for years and you'll go through everything go go through you can go through the whole process you'll take away all the layers you'll find that this is the the this is [Music] the the deepest pain of a person is that they miss God that's the deepest pain that's what he said existence even G is a form of subtle separateness sometimes subtle and sometimes much more than subtle and the the soul that is sensitive to this truth it's longing it's yearning it wants attachment it doesn't want to be separated that's the deepest longing of the person now I may not know that this is my longing I just know I have a void so I I want this I want this I want that this one is looking for attention this one is looking for validation this one is looking for a little honor this one is looking for a little money this one is looking for a little power this one is looking for a little influence this one is looking for a little quiet this one is looking that his kid should stop bugging him this one is looking at her husband or wife should stop bugging him this one is looking to get away this one is looking to come back whatever this one is looking to binge and this one is looking for alcohol this one is looking for another tatka but the longing at the core of everything the lack of contentment why are you not content why is the squirrel much more content than most people even though it has a miserable life here in M it's coming from your porch to my porch to your porch to my porch to your porch to my porch but he's not in depression the same is true with the deer they can't even get a house for themselves because they know who they are and they live what they are but the person is not sure who he is this is what R means R is the yearning to touch to touch who I am and because the soul is extremely sensitive and you'll see therefore that someone who's more sensitive the r is always much deeper right people who who are more sensitive the soul feels more the separateness the moment you feel more separateness it's like in a marriage right when people are less sensitive they don't notice the subtle disconnections but when one one one person in the relationship is sensitive usually the woman but the man is pretty sensitive if he's not in denial of uh himself and doesn't have to be become uh too detached in life the more sensitive a soul is the more we sense the pain and the anxiety of separateness the origin of all separateness happens in what we call creation creation is this process of exist as we know it it's like a letter extra ated from the core of infinity to be filtered into a letter that becomes the source of ganen or of this world now here you're talking about ganaden which infinite Bliss so what else can you have he says and even there even someone who understands what ganaden is and Al who understood what G is who felt what G is and he said even that creates a frustration why cuz I want you what he calls him is cuz that's the nature of the soul the nature of the soul is that that's what it's looking for it's looking pure pure Oneness pure pure Unity nothing diluted no compromises not second best not a little connected complete complete connection without any any disconnection even this most subtle disconnection and it's not even going to be ready to sell this fora what we [Music] call you relate to [Music] this if all the layers are peeled away you relate to this if not you don't relate to it so this is called R this is the essence of R again it trickles down on into billions and and and and trillions and endless levels wherever a person is but this is the this is the core of the heartbeat of life that a soul that is alive experiences this this is called it's an element of fire it's a discontentment but a very powerful discontentment not not a discontentment in a miserable way a discontentment because of its openness to truth and because of its openness to truth it's driven by this and and other things are a distraction what happens often in in in life is everybody's looking for contentment so we get stuck and we sell ourselves yeah you Short Circuit the the fire of the soul for less than what it's really looking for and then there's this always disappointment always because it was never this those who have been suffering from addiction know this right what is all addiction really there's a r in the soul what's the r the is the soul misses God it's like a child missing its mother missing its father I may not know that I miss but that's only because I miss it so much and then when I know that I miss you I'm already much closer when I miss you and I don't know that I miss you I'm already much further it's not like when you don't know that you miss me you don't miss me it just means that you don't even process what's happening you don't you're not aware of what's happening and therefore you're not even sensitive and respectful to the to the energy but the soul is but I can't even process it or do anything to help it cuz I'm in denial of it you know when somebody misses their mother or misses their spouse Etc and they know it so there's already a deep relationship I want you I'm looking for you I know it's bothering me and therefore I know that something else won't do that but if the sep sear ation is so deep that I don't even know that I I miss you but I do so now it's a much more tragic separation cuz now I think I'm going to satisfy my longing through other distractions when that's not what I was ever looking [Music] for of course we get lost and one of the coping mechanisms is that I want to be happy and comfortable and therefore there's an attachment that I was looking for and I can't get I will create counterfeit attachments that will at least allow me to survive but it's not what I need but they allow me to survive and those are all the different attachments that we create in the Life which could be very promising but for a very short time and then ultimately they all [Music] plot you learn that's how you pursue real attachments that's how you pursue real attachments every day you learn so you know who you are and who you're not and what you're looking for but it's not just learning as he always understands it's not just learning it's it's the living it's the breathing it's the internalizing not philosophy h [Music] he wants to know if there's one person that I know who healed addiction through [Music] L you say just psychedelics [Music] addi ad addicted you're saying those of us who are not addicted after to feel bad about ourselves it's like neb like what world you living in are you not addicted neb but yeah I don't think that's the idea it's not the idea the idea is that the addict needs to know that what he's looking for at the end of the day he'll only find in God in hasem that's true that's true that's you're right you're right people whose happiness comes from getting attention or being celebrities or money it it fails them miserably you're right you're right we use the word Addiction for a very limited form in life I'm using the word Addiction as a very broad term wherever I become attached emotionally to things that ultimately it's not the ultimate truth of what my soul wants and needs and therefore it's not constant and that's why I always need more and therefore afterwards it's never as good as before afterwards it's never as good as before cuz before you have the expectation the dream you know that's how you know when it's touching something real and touching something not real when you touching something real afterwards it's much better of course meditation of course meditation yeah he says here is B us that's how he started off the whole R always requires his b us the word his b comes the word but it's meditation but not just meditation as abstract meditation of internalization so this is the of the [Music] Soul H okay you don't have to P I appreciate your questions and comments very much they don't have to everybody can share exactly where they are it's [Music] fine there's a lot of things in life that bring a lot of awareness especially today everybody knows that one of the most powerful things that people don't understand is that without integration all awareness is not going to bring the healing that it needs to heal I could become aware of every issue I have and it's amazing it's a tremendous gift but the work of integration is a different type of work so now I have all the awareness but my template is damaged there's a lot of wounds what does actual healing look like so when I have that awareness it looks like I'm Healed because I have but that's not true because after 3 weeks I mean whoever is involved in these stuff of healing knows this after 6 months 7 months 8 months remember if my body has responded to life already for 50 years in this way so the awareness is incredible and sometimes it could change a lot a lot of things but very very often one of the greatest traps is we think awareness is the beginning and the end of redemption but there's the deep and profound aoid of integration and integration is very different integration is actually working with the boring self without escaping it that's what Integra integration means bringing it into my life bringing it into my house to my kitchen to my bedroom to my job to my routine to my habits to my regular conversations that integration sometimes creates a deeper challenge than anything else that's why you have people that have tremendous awareness they come back to regular life and then a month later boom next now I go again I don't want to take the time and the space for integration I understand why who needs integration let's just go straight to Gade and stay there awarness is a Mitzvah Airness is not a Mitzvah awareness is awareness is listen this is not awareness is the foundation of all growth without awareness I'm just stuck in a prison thinking it's it's it's it's emancipation awareness opens me up to the fact that I may have been my operating system may have been so wounded and maybe for 50 years I was living in this little bubble and peeking out and not even seeing reality I couldn't live with reality I didn't even know what reality looks like I was completely in prison couldn't even trust one emotion so that's incredible but now to integrate that into daily [Music] life yeah exactly awareness is the interface awareness is the interface to a higher real it to a true reality to more transparent reality but now what about your nervous system the nervous system has already been working in a certain way for decades the whole somatic experience how my body is reacting to life there's a whole universe there and you can't fool it huh so integration always always requires a daily work where you need a support system for Integra and we need ways of Translating that awareness right into into daily life and that's where the learning has such a powerful effect the integration of it that's number one number two even when it comes to awarness yeah somebody once told me if you you can go to Hawaii you can go to the most beautiful place in the world if you don't know what an ocean is you never heard what about an ocean so you see it but you don't have words for it so you see it it's like wow but you don't even know what you're seeing in all your Journeys to really know what you're seeing that's people come to amazing places with this Bliss they don't know what they're seeing and they when they don't know what they're seeing they don't know what to take with them tomorrow what did you just see I felt amazing what did you see what did you see you have to have a vocabulary of the Soul you have to have a vocabulary of it was incredible amazing I never felt I I got it it's amazing you know the Riviera is incredible the Moon is even more incredible not as comfortable the vocabulary of the soul is a vocabulary one needs to know this is the vocabulary of the soul and I'm just pointing out some other points but your points are well taken so this is afterward the line starts after it comes what's is return return to [Music] where comes from another meditation not another but tuning into to what we call means the Infinity of the Divine energy that encompasses it means surrounds but here doesn't mean surround as around like from the outside surrounds mean it encompasses it saturates all the world of there's no higher and lower by just like in a circle where's the beginning where's the middle where's the end where's High where's low I don't any point what do you say this is the beginning and this is the end this is close to him and this is further from him when you have not a circle you have let's say a Cava line you say this is the beginning this is the middle this is the end in a circle I don't know so the so the highest worlds and the most physical concrete Universe what we call it's identical so then the whole term running he's here just like he's there that's sh sh is the recognition that right here you have everything it's not a process it's an event it's not a process this is [Music] it the term and is our terms which is a spiritually sensitive term how could you compare the state of consciousness also has a state of w the ant doesn't have Consciousness it has a whole world it has it figured out this is what I got to do today you know ants work very very hard they don't take off on July 4th there's no July [Music] 4th but everybody says what's that State of Consciousness and how do you compare it to your State of Consciousness okay now go from an end go to a blade of grass there Consciousness in Grass too and now go from a grass go to a mineral go to a rock yeah it's called so says the state of consciousness of is like the state of consciousness of a rock relative to a human being and you see this you know when sometimes a person goes on a deeper spiritual journey and sometimes you say oh wow for 40 years I was like blind like my state of consciousness was literally like the state of consciousness of a squirrel I thought I had it figured out I was like sophisticated and ahead of my game M like a squirrel and you open yourself up but you have to realize that with all my gal Journeys my state of consciousness today is only what my brain access to you going to you going to Bri going to it's a whole different state of consciousness that's what he says G is infinite Bliss that's what creates r that creates a longing a yearning I'm looking and what am I looking for I'm looking for truth I'm looking for connection and it doesn't stop in G I want Atmos that's R what's is [Music] excellent question so the difference of higher and lower is only relative to the way the energy is filtered into the Consciousness that's experienced by the creation and then you can't compare a higher state of consciousness to a lower State of Consciousness and there's that longing and once by the way you touch a higher state of consciousness there's no going back you know it's like once you hear a certain piece of music you know you can make believe you didn't but you did and all the music you're going to get afterwards you're going to be comparing you know once you read a good piece of literature you know you [Music] from the B you know that it says what does that [Music] mean I place Hashem before me [Music] constantly they say that you know the the Jerusalem Jews are L and they know how to make a good joke they have a cynicism to them you know so they said it was once yeah they're very good at this they said it was once a they say that he knew the whole TI M the whole TI he had a photographic memory and he learned his whole life so he knew for knew everything and he would sit and learn literally all day and all night and in front of him he had this what happens huh yeah just complacent like yeah it's a form of there's a longing there's a yearning there's a lack of satisfaction and then sh is but there's something deeper and the deeper is what makes this low and this High who says this is G and this is G [Music] huh it's our definition it doesn't feel good to me based on my expectations but those expectations are all egoic expectations it's a very profound way of living my life is falling apart what you decided what it means that life doesn't fall apart and now your life is falling apart [Music] maybe your life is unraveling and allowing you to become a humble curious human being so that you can actually become a normal person maybe that's what's happening that's what I would argue maybe your life is not falling about maybe your life
