we have three Mitzvahs number one uncle nephew relations forbidden and like we mentioned yesterday a person who commits this is committing two sins number two adultery relations with a married woman adultery has nothing to do with the word adult that's a misconception it is forbidden and Mitzvah number three relations with a woman while she is in a Neda State Nida is a halach state and the details they're in are very very very detailed and the highly recommended to learn and study all those to know the details and to know them well because it's very very important and that's the safer amidst phase four today
