Loigman Election Video

I'm Larry lydman I'm running for reelection to the board of fire Commissioners here in lak [Music] Woody Larry lman who does so much for Claus R whenever one is needed and when we needed attorney it could be middle of the night or what have you to uh do something that will be very helpful to a family or for the cloud there one address there one phone number we call that's Larry Lyman Larry's a wonderful person and a great asset to the people not only of Lakewood but the entire state of New Jersey I'm Larry lydman I'm running for re-election to the board of fire Commissioners here in Lakewood I'd like to take a few moments to explain to you the importance of the board of fire Commissioners and why it is essential that you votee this coming Moes chabas you can vote until 10 p.m. at Town Hall and I'd like to ask for your vote over the last 3 years we have made tremendous strides in improving the fire department we have had improvements in our response time we have upgraded our equipment and our apparatus we've added significantly to the volunteer firefighting Force which keeps our taxes low while at the same time providing excellent fire protection to the residents and businesses here in Lakewood we've been able to do this while staying within the 2% budget cap something that I insisted upon during budget negotiations over the last few months when others wanted to go beyond the 2% cap and increase your taxes I insisted that we not do that and the budget that's also on the ballot this most to shabis will keep our taxes at a very reasonable level and as I said over the last 3 years there's been steady progress made in improving morale within the fire department in improving the working conditions um for both the volunteers and our paid component we have made very important strides forward and I'd like to have another opportunity to do that over the next 3 years years as additional improvements can be phased in that will also keep our firefighting activities at a very high level while keeping the cost as minimal as possible we want to provide all of our firefighters with the best working environment that we can with the safest working environment and that's why I've fought over the last year to improve our radio system another question that's on the the ballot um completely upgrading all completely replacing all of our portable radios as well as our vehicle radios but we want to have that that element of safety while still respecting the needs of the taxpayers for a reasonable cost and with another opportunity to do that through my reelection this Moi shabis I will be able to serve this Comm community and therefore I am asking for your vote thank you good afternoon good morning good evening whenever you're watching this video I'm commissioner Glenn Bradford and today I'm coming to give you an endorsement for Larry Ling to run for commissioner and the fire Board of fire Commissioners for another 3 years the voting will will start February 21st at the time from 2: to 10: the hours have been extended because we know shavas doesn't end to a certain time so it's been exed send it so that everybody can come out and vote when I speak about commissioner Lyman I have to talk about integrity and professionalism he has been one of the most men I've ever seen filled with all the Integrity that I've ever seen in one man when he said he's going to do something he does it when he said he will not do something he will not do it he's a man of integrity and professionalism what I mean by professionalism because he's been a board the the board itself has a a a a professional way of hand handling everything you know I OB have to say probably because he's a lawyer and um the other part that he does he works very closely with the volunteers not just the volunteers of the firefighters but every volunteer organization that is in Lakewood commissioner Lyman is either a part of it or has had a hand in it to help him and that's what he's about he's not only here to help the board but he's here to help you as a constituent so please on February 21st between the hours of 2: to 10 come out and vote for Larry lydman I've known Larry lydman uh for many years now um he actually walk several miles having shabas to DAV at my Shore from the archive he's a man who um in his quiet way does enormous enormous uh with many people um he's a an attorney par Excellence uh could charge really big bucks but a lot of the a lot of the cases he handles are done what they call pro bono uh which means for free bottom line is Larry is a true Isa he's been doing it he's been the fire commissioner for three years and my opinion is that he should have another chance to do the same fire commissioner l is one of the is a is a great guy great person a great servant of the community he's done a tremendous amount and uh we greatly appreciate the hard work that he's done for the for the fire department not only for the fire department but he's the kind of individual that you can ask to help you in any matter that it may be and he'll be more than willing and happy to help you in any which in any possible way that he can Larry lugman has done an incredible job as a fire commissioner till now and we owe him a tremendous debt of gratitude for the great service that he's given to the Lakewood Community one cannot overexpress and talk about the obligation that each and every individual has to go out and vote this is our chance and our opportunity that if we really want to make a difference in our community this is the time M shabas February 21st depos this year on closing at 10:00 shabas is ending later we only have that small window of time to vote it is of utmost importance that each individual try his hardest to go out this mon of shabas and vote the ability to vote is someone's opportunity and ability to actually make a difference sometimes people say what's my vote can it make a difference what's one vote can make a difference everybody votes my my one vote is not going to make a individual win or lose but we've been shown time time and time again how elected officials have literally won elections big elections by single digit votes every single vote counts hi my name is Ralph pornoy and I a Lakewood fire commissioner and have served on the board of Lakewood fire Commissioners for the
