one of the hardest parts about trying to
lose weight is when you finally start
eating all healthy and then something
stressful happens and you are so used to
stress eating that it's almost
impossible for you to control yourself
and unfortunately throughout the average
day there are so many stressful things
that happen that can trigger you to
start stress eating but I am going to
teach you a trick how you can experience
something stressful without even feeling
stressed out see all you need to do is
stop and remember that when anything
annoying happens it's not just an
unfortunate coincidence rather it is
your creator who loves you who decided
