Everybody knows about the stores called Juice by Julie Zkar. 12 locations in the tri-state area. Here we are at the Lakewood location with the owner Jack Hass. And Jack, how are you? If you can please tell us a little bit about when you started this business and how did you start it? Why did you start it? No, it's a new concept. Not not new now, but it was new years ago. You started 10 years ago. 10 years ago. Who was it? Your mother-in-law. So 10 years ago, Julie, who was my mother-in-law, started the concept with juice cleanses. And we got such a good response that we were almost forced to open stores. And once we opened these stores, the concept was simple. We need to give people healthy options that make them feel good, but also taste delicious. What we did was we created a name for ourselves by using highquality, healthier ingredients that taste delicious, but also are good for most diets or pretty much any diet. And Brian, before I show you everything, we just made this order for a customer. They ordered niri sashimi. And if you look over here, you could see our combo lunch special that many of the men in the office like. Not too many people know about our sushi yet, but I think it's one of the best kept secrets in Lakewood. And this is uh our chef Kenny torching one of our specialty rolls. Jack, if you could please show us your I know your salads are not a typical and people love it. It's a talk of town. Tell us a bit about your salads. F all our salads are made daily and we have about 25 different options to give to our customers. In addition to salads, we have wraps and we have our new hot bowls and plates. We are best known for our kale. Kale tuna is actually our number one salad. We go through a lot of these per day. And the reason why all of this is so loved is because we use the highest quality ingredients and make sure everything is fresh daily. I was like, what's this? This looks like a sushi wrap. So, this is our avocado and salmon rice wraps. These are some of our best sellers. And the best part about them is these are some of the healthiest options in the stores. And it's tasty. And it's tasty, of course. This is your salmon and tuna. Wow. Tuna. sear tuna. We have different options with salmon. We have quinoa options. And then if you come over here, you can see some of our whole wheat wraps and our salmon bowls. Different options that we have here as well. Also known for our date balls, which we have two different options. We have our juices. This is where it all started. And then we also in addition have our our own brand of healthy bark with it which is chocolate that is also good for you. Some of the best hidden secrets in our store is our snack section. So we have all these healthy options of chocolates and different things and people something that people are constantly coming in for are Urban Pops where I think the only distributor of Urban Pops in Lakewood other than Urban Pops themselves. You can see here that we offer the boxes. People come in before all Yantiff before Shabas every week and they're very excited about this. And then we also have our options of healthy cookies. We just got a new uh shipment in today, so that's why the shelf looks a little bit empty. But many of these are gluten-free options, healthy options that uh that are not really seen elsewhere. Fri, let me introduce you to our sushi bar. This is our head chef, Kenny. He has over 25 years of experience both in the kosher and in the non-coosher markets. Um and I want to show you the freshness that of our fish that comes daily as well. This is our Toro. Wow. This is our blue fin tuna, our salmon, and our yellow tail.
