The joke I say in the office, "You know the number one job working at Amudim is? To make me look good." How do you make me look good? By helping people that need help. Wow. That's the key. Also, let me ask you a question. Yeah. How do you define an emergency? Quickly. A bleeding. Right. An ambulance, fire, right? >> Yeah. You know, I tell the Amudim family how we define an emergency? Mhm. Whatever that person is calling us for. That is absolutely >> That is the emergency. To that person. Now, we might have to prioritize which emergency and how we're going to deal with what. But, the empathy that we give that person that called is the emergency. Whether the person called because they have a stubbed toe, or whether the person called because somebody's on the moon, I don't care. The emergency is what that person's calling for. And if there's one message that I I I I I feel that I want to give over to people and everything, it's that message. Don't minimize anybody else's pain and suffering. You don't know what it is. And you shouldn't know what it is, and I don't wish anything upon what I deal with or what I see on anybody, on anybody. But, if you hear something from somebody, validate them. Validate the feelings if you don't want to validate the story. Validate them. Don't judge. Don't judge. You know what? We don't want to We don't want people to judge us.
