guys I'm back here with this Ro climbing from the Cuttery for those who don't for those who don't remember we did an interview around 6 months agole months ago a couple months um basically um doing custom closets for a fraction of the price how was the feedback since last time a FR anybody with the business has to go on your status I mean we we we haven't done any advertising everything has been directly through you and word of mouth and read your customers and we're so busy that we just ordered another another CNC machine that's bigger and faster and triple the size and we're going to put it we had to take more space wow so how much how much how much money do we for cl you throw six figures six figures it's it's people are people who just it's so expensive it's so expensive when you're able to do it and you're T guy you could you know you can put it together yourself you can find someone you're you're that type of guy wow you just save much money let me remind you for those who didn't see my my interview like 6 months ago maybe I'll post it again maybe the link so basic basally a explain us exactly how the business works so you want custom closets you want a built-in you want to study you meet with my programmer we send you a measuring guide you take the measurements and then on the screen in 3D she draws out for you you can see it coming to life exactly what we're going to make and then that program sends all the computer code to this machine and you can see it's cutting a job right now and you have all the parts wow and what happens you have the labels over here we lab them and then every part has exactly what it's like Ikea literally it's like custom Ikea so basically you are paying only for the material correct and then you can have any any handyman put it together yourself have your kids do it have a handyman do it you know you come pick it up you take it home and you save more than more than 50% is what you save we say cost 30 between 30 and 40% of what it would cost full retail to have someone do it wow wow the guys we put we actually put drawer boxes together that's a little tricky so we have the team do that they put this together um he's he's making sure that the order is going on probably's checking we do quality control you know what I mean I you know you learn these things after the first couple like hold on one second we have to make sure we have everything now let me ask you did he ever have a story which uh he didn't know how to measure and the master he made an old order and the master the handyman or the guy comes home and his kids help him set it up and they see it's not the size that it was listen we send the measuring guide you don't have to be a racket scientist you have to be a you know you have to you have to know how to use take measure it's not so hard and we we've had it happen and very often the way the way the systems are designed is you can you know we can cut out another couple of shelves down cut it down by an inch and all and and it fits but mostly it hasn't been an issue it's worked out we build in some margins to safety so we don't take a but we try to help you out you know we're not we don't we don't hang you out to dry all you have to give in is basically the height the width and the length we send an exact card this weird to measure you have to about to measure you have you have to make sure you get the shest spot if you make it too big it's a problem but we send the measuring guard like we you know we we we we we thought about this and we wanted to make sure that people able to get it correctly wow over here you have some finished these are finished jobs ready ready for pickup from customers we send all the hardware and the bags we send all the screws right these are again this is like a Cy you see over here this is drilled exactly for this you know this connects in perfectly here are the drawer boxes it comes with the it comes with the with the handles with the rods um we do curved shelves over here you have some colored material oh you're also looking this color look at you can get we have we have dozens and dozens of colors real wood we can get shipboard whatever your budget is there's something there's always going to be something so we have we have you can see over here have the closet rods everything cut exactly to size so you're not sitting there trying to cut it everything is cut exactly the size the rails you got a paper it tells exactly what you need wow so it's it's it's we got a lot I'll tell you something we got an enormous amount of repeat business people do one and then they want to do another and then they bring the Sher and the schagger and the Aiden this is what's going on people do it and they get shamish they're like looking for job let me ask you a quick question before we finish when are you starting to do kitchens like this so we actually we actually we've done we've done a couple I did a PES kitchen and we could do for people it comes out that if you get the really cheap kitchens made in China which a lot of people want to get then it's actually comparable in price and sometimes it's Kai but if if if you want to do for example like a like a nice high-end flat laminate acrylic could really really save a lot of money so you have that option open to people people are doing custom th shrs really
