hello there I am the hell of a cook and
today we're going to be discussing the
different i love us on mash foods
including potato Garrett's apple and
your favorite of all mashed bananas
the first thing you got to know about
meshed food breakfast is that you only
make the same breath as the original
food item if it looks like the original
food item if you can tell that your
mashed food came from that food you're
going to make the same roof as that food
however if you can't tell it's actually
going to go down to show how call most
cases
so we're going to do a little experiment
and our first experiment is going to be
with carrots what we did is we took some
carrots and put them in the microwave
and almost blew up the house so we tried
again and actually came out pretty good
and over here our carrots are pretty
mushy and we're going to be putting this
into a pot and making into mesh carrot
stuff and we're going to see if you can
tell that it came from carrots or not

that we just made and here's our
original raw carrot and as you can see
they do look very similar there's a lot

you can tell very clearly that there are
chunks of apples and it looks like that

can see the mashed apple which is
applesauce does not look exactly like
the apples if you just showed that to
somebody randomly I don't know if they
would say that that is applesauce
without the label with the mashed
potatoes it was very clear like the
texture was exactly the same and it's
just so clear that it came from the
potato it just looks like mashed potato
over here it's not really so that's why
the applesauce is Chicago
next on the list is banana everyone's

and we're going to put it into this bowl
