The ACTUALLY Late Parsha Show!

okay I know it's late but I mean it's not the late gosh oh I gotta live up to the name right I also know that it's a nice day today so a lot of us are taking it easy and can use a clip like this one so here we go or the actually late parsha show [Music] don't we are pretty close to entering the promised land and we asked some nations for a peaceful passage through their land to get to the promised land they do not allow us that peaceful passage and instead of waging war took a detour no big deal but you know we were attacked by these very mighty scary nations and uh we made a way with them anyways this nation may of thinks it's next and they appoint a new king named Bullock to figure out how to deal with this threat that is threatening their nation because that's usually what threats do they threaten all excess listen I want to figure out what is their secret weapon now we're gonna combat that it's pretty simple well finding out the secret weapon was pretty simple cuz it's not such a secret we've got God and His blessings so but looks like we've got to find someone who's on our team who also knows God and can use his connections to curse the Jewish people so he enlists the help of this anti-semitic prophet named Bill oh no bilham's on his way to curse us and of course God does not agree with what he wants to do so he's unable to do it right because hi I'm bill omen I have an agenda that doesn't fit with God's agenda but but um bill um huh um sir bilham's riding his donkey his way to curse us and God places an angel with a sword in his path interestingly animals can see angels sitting a sword swinging an angel in his path the donkey moves to the side and bill him gives it a hit what's going on donkey moves to the other side bill and hits it again donkey just won't move bill hits it again as donkey said why have you hit me these three times I am your faithful donkey that takes you everywhere what is wrong with you bill um and bill was like a talking donkey no actually he wasn't and he got into a conversation with his donkey you know that's just the attitude of unholiness it's like whatever talking donkey oh okay now hold up hold up when he was leaving in his eagerness to curse us he saddled his donkey by himself instead of having any of his probably many servants or and just anyone do it for him in doing so bilham was trying to remind God of how your own people your Jewish people God are eager to do evil things themselves they are eager to sin as you can see from the many times God but they said against you in the desert so I think that you God should let me curse them right because God is gonna give you permission to curse his chosen people actually that yeah that might be a good argument I know I'm a genius so God tells him nice try bellum but Abraham the forefather of the Jews when I tested him and told him to sacrifice his son Isaac he did not only not question me but he eagerly saddled his donkey himself to go perform my will so you trying to prove me that my people are eager to do evil just like you saddled your donkey as well yeah no it's not gonna work and just by the way you might ask but they sin they actually thin and they are eager to sin you should know that every single Jew inherited this eagerness to do my will from their forefather Abraham and any desire that they have contrary to that is just a temporary lapse but not their true identity and as we said this morning in a special prayer for the fast day mayhew answered Avram when his son was bound on the altar answer us today may we see Messiah now
