guys I'm here with Ben Weinstein the owner of that Sushi Spot located on Clifton between 2 and Third Street the only Sushi store here in Lakewood the big Kish by the way yes can you explain me out of all the food establishment in Lakewood how come there's only one Sushi store so the honest answer is I don't know why but I could tell you what we do we specialize in sushi you have to have a lot a lot of volume and you have to offer it to a lot of different platforms you have to have delivery you have to have the in-house you have to have take out you have to have curbside pickup you have to be able to go to Tom ziver to Jackson to Howell it it it's a very difficult uh business model just to have sushi and be so all over the place listen you're right in the center of Lakewood so you're probably closer to all this places we definitely are there's also a lot of traffic so it's Al you know it's I feel like I run delivery service and a sushi store it's like two uh separate things show us what's going on inside let me show you inside wow guys check it out beautiful store they have the front kitchen back kitchen and then they have oldie seating over here how many seatings do you have probably 30 or 40 seats caval all right tell what's tell us what's going on over here so every morning we start out we always have uh deliveries um which can range from anywhere from Tom River Jackson Lakewood howl wow this is all from like an hour ago all these everything's made fresh everything we only open at 10:00 so everything was made today um we have also a curbside pickup which means you can literally drive up to the store call us up when you're outside we'll bring you to your car so there's no issues about the cliff no parking yeah we also have additional parking in the back if you want to come inside during launch hour gets very busy um for with seating um we're open also for night hours with seating and delivery oh to one you open tonight 9:00 night to what 9:00 9:00 beautiful from 10 to 9: okay yeah and we're also on Uber Eats door Dash we actually are on kitchen one also I don't know if you ever heard of it kitchen one yeah it's through it's through Mike's Chicken it's a delivery platform which delivers every single day to the office is the same exact time so you can order in the morning and there's no delivery fee come straight to your office the same time every single day any office anywhere you have to be registered to Kitchen one but yeah but it's it's fantastic caval amazing so Fran this is actually our manager y he is very on top of the game he makes sure deliveries go out on time he makes sure the orders are correct any issues you call up the store and he's he very good customer service there you go what's up this is one of our delivery driver Diego he comes to your house with a smile gives it to you no problems at all wow guys check it out they have four full-time Sushi chefs over here working non-stop F we actually have six chefs yeah two basically the these bowls pop inside your mouth they get this is a tropical tango strawberry so it's a tropical tango tea with strawberry bowls and it pops your mouth you get a burst of that strawberry I really would love for you to try it on camera can we try it on camera not on camera we'll try it after these are hottest cells ever this is actually a watermelon pomegranate flavor these are the perfect for the Heatwave right now now let me show you something else we have over here this is a salmon plate now the salmon that we use this is premium belly cut this is the fattiest part of the salmon the salmon will melt in your mouth it is delicious we have our in-house Coast La Israeli salad I'm telling this is one of the best items we have over here delicious wow another item we started selling is these nachos and we sell with tuna cooked salmon or raw salmon with avocado and purple onion some sauce these are literally crunch your mouth like next level they are delicious I mean obviously everything's delicious here now these are our buffalo cauliflower now the buffalo cauliflower we had for many years already these are breaded cauliflower in our homemade buffalo sauce people sometimes believe that eating chicken that's how good it is it is delicious yes unbelievable these are obviously some of the few items that I'm trying to show you over here obviously Sushi we're known for I don't have to show you my Sushi these are the things that are aside from Sushi F I want to before we finish mention this is our longtime manager a lot of people call him zi his name
