If you completely nullify yourself and your ego, you get to a point where everything is just in a state of complete equinimity. Good word. >> It's a great word. I'm going to ask you what it means. Is that like >> I think the state of everything being seen as ultimately the same whether it's good or bad regardless of what your experiences is. It's ultimately all I know I think if a person has a lot of faith in God they're sort of encouraged to um see everything as very much balanced and I think sometimes when you get thrown curve balls in life it can really hurt >> and I think the ego gets a bit smashed up. And I think the ego can either be used in a in a in a as as a positive experience. That sort of process of the ego betting smashed the pieces. You can either let it completely break you or you can channel it into something positive. If you're very egotistical and you sort of have assumptions that what people think about you really matters. If you like if you have that delusion of grandeur then I think the ego is very very unhealthy because the songs you write will be very much I and me and very self-centered. I think if a person understands that when the ego gets a bit smashed up and a bit rubbed up and and you can sort of look at it from a a third person perspective then you can create very very nice things. >> Observe the ego.
