Chabad Yeshiva. I was religious with the
hat and the beard and everything. I
started cooking Yeshiva and I had this
like dream of always wanted to be TV
chef, I [music] guess, and like Google
Gordon Ramsay and all that. And dude, I
kind of like blinked and it happened,
you know?

>> Yeah, I did Hell's Kitchen with Gordon
Ramsay season 23 and I also did Chopped
not long time ago.
>> So, okay. How did you get into kosher
though? And like how why did you end up
cooking for the community?
>> I've always done kosher. There's like
such a beauty. Every single person that
comes in will say a bracha, will say a
blessing as soon as they sit down and
they'll do a blessing right after. Like
the fact that my rabbis can come in here
and eat my food,
it's just such a good feeling. [music]
Most people are like, if I have the
chance of like cooking not kosher or
kosher, they'll be like, you know, it's
just so
it's so absurd, [music] you know, I
can't use this, I can't use that. And
like, bro, if you're a chef, you'll make
it happen with anything, you know?
