shalom everybody hope you're doing well
it's a privilege and a pleasure once
again to be sharing total with the
kolhatorakula community this time of
year as rosh hashanah is approaching and
then a series mechuva the new kipper
certainly something that we are all
focusing on is chupa and that can be a
very overwhelming task a very
overwhelming idea we are burdened by so
much some of us we're burdened by maybe
the misdirections of our lives or our
feelings of unfulfilled potential and it
could be overwhelming can be sad it can
be difficult and unfortunately that is
the feeling that some of us bring with
us as we approach these auspicious days
but perhaps we can have somewhat of a
different perspective a different
appreciation of the light that shubha
can bring into our lives
that was one of the seven things that
was created before the creation of the
world itself
what does that mean for us that not only
for the world in general it's true of an
integral part of existence but for us
individuals as well we must have the
opportunity to do truva to return and to
repent
and many of us many of us view chuva as
the asham
which is true that's part of the true
process that's viduay
but shubha is more than that and it's
deeper than that and it's more
significant than that
in terms of what it does for our soul
where cook explains it also
that the act of truva is an incredibly
healthy process for the soul and the
reason being is because we have a
natural inclination to return to the
bonus ola our soul deep inside of us so
that we may not we might not feel it all
the time
struggles with our burdens and our
misdirections and our misdeeds and when
we do truva we allow our soul to
reconnect with our true self and with
our bonus
and that is an incredibly happy and
incredibly healthy experience
so as we are unburdening ourselves
through the algae and through the
process of trevor over the next 10 days
through the metamorphosis of ourselves
as our salvation explains in al-achuva
we should keep in mind that although it
might be difficult for us and it might
be overwhelming for us it might have be
a little bitter for us reminding
ourselves of what we've gone through
we have to focus on what we are doing
for our true selves for our souls by
allowing ourselves the opportunity to to
return to the border shoulder so
it's not only to do
but to focus on the positive aspects of
it and to allow our souls to reconnect
in the strongest way with our source to
that of it hashem will make ourselves
better people in the world a better
place and happiness came here may know
