another piece of history is that uh at a certain point of Salman havlin who was in charge of the property for the cadaver he needed money for his Yeshiva and jerusalemus and so they had they wanted to I believe sell this property and he asked permission from the best then and the letter is printed and he told us if he could do so there's no response there but the bottom line is they never sold it I'm not sure if they wanted to sell it or just rent it either either case it didn't it didn't work and that's uh very interesting because I'm not sure if the fried wanted that to happen really you know Africa was hopeful that it will would remain a talmateria Yeshiva shul in 1924. and from Heaven it never sold and never I think rented out at that time and in 38 after the Chabad student came from Russia pinatas and all of those clever it became ala Babaji Yeshiva
