after the attacks on October 7th on simra everyone was completely devastated and I was scrolling through my Twitter feed on October 9th and I saw a tweet from in St Lua RAB super I didn't follow him or anything but his tweet came up searched my phone on like Jews all around the world and I saw the the of what we had heard had happened and my gut reaction was what am I going to do live on the little island in the Caribbean what can I do to help the e n to thr and this situation and he said that if there's one man that wants to start wearing to fill in every single day I will get him to fill in I've been in the business of trying to get people to put on to fill in for a long time and it's very hard to get someone to put on fil every single day and now within no time I had someone that's every single day is going to put on film comment started flooding in and people that said I'm going to start PR on phone in Merit of the Jews and when I heard the news that we had lost 1,200 souls to Hamas on October 7th I um I got very upset and honestly angry and I knew that there was more that we had to do that I had to do uh FY St for the yiden for for the Yen that we lost and I decided there and then that I want to get 1200 PR filling to men that commit to start wearing them every single day you know we originally thought we'd have a problem finding 1,200 people we wanted to at least have one pair of fill on for every one of the Holy Jews that were taken from us and we wondered if we'd find that many Jews that were willing to commit to putting on tan every day for the rest of their lives and somehow we surpassed that number we had thousands of people who said that yes this is in a moment where there was an Awakening that we've never seen before something unprecedented nothing moves a person more than the Mitzvah of thrillin it changes the way a person perceives himself you giving somebody a peer of thrillin and you have just been M of another Jew you have just given a Jew access not only to the Mitzvah ofan but you have given him access to the full gamut of T Mitzvah to every single Mitzvah and at the time friends of mine told me you're crazy you're going to have to fund raise a million dollar to be able to do that and as of recording this in the beginning of 2024 we're at over 1,700 presents fill in that have been donated and distributed to men that have committed to start wearing them every single day U my name is Tony pelli and thank you for the the gift of the uh to fill in this is a MIT that I've been working accomplishing for a very long time and I appreciate the the the the gift uh another member of our community who wasn't a member of our community until you guys found him uh he lives around 45 minutes away and under normal circumstances he wouldn't really come across uh Us in Indianapolis but he found you guys via this fillan campaign and now he and his wife are involved in a very substantial way and it's all thanks to uh your creativity and we have now over 3 and a half thousand people that have committed to put on Fone every day we distributed thanks to JJ and Dan deals and the whole team over, 1600 pairs fing to Jews around the world the reason that we started to fill in connection is because we wanted to connect a yid that wants to start putting on F every single day and a yid that wants to donate to fill in to someone that's going to be wearing their toil in every single day they're getting a mitzvah for the rest of that person's life and that's really a beautiful amazing thing today as we Face an unprecedented threat against the Jewish people both physically and spiritually we have an opportunity to reach out to our brothers in arms and make them feel like they're a part of something larger and that we're a part of something larger we're a part of their story every person that we get a parot film to is going to put on every single day but these people are going to change their lives they already are it's been an amazing experience being able to share the Mitzvah ofil and being able to participate in this global conflict and support my Jewish Brothers every place where they are [Music] be able to get those at the lowest prices assemble them ourselves have our own mum those are the people actually checking making sure that the parus AR kosher and our own people to close the fill in by doing that not only were we able to ensure the katas are of the highest standard we're also able to produce the most to Fillin with the donations that we have and that's something that I want to continue for years to come to be able to produce kosher quality to Fillin at a good price for people that can't afford them and that's where your donations go towards they go towards
