Ouch. Ouch. Wow. Um, unfortunately [laughter] in the future. >> So the sh came about there's coupling a lot. Yeah. Would you mind giving in English? Why they picked me? I don't know. I guess cuz I they figured I'm I can I'm multilingual. So uh okay. It's not easy, but but I'm fine. [laughter] I don't know. I don't know. >> The latest. What's the the English brain or Yiddish brand? >> Yeah. Is my my favorite. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I dislike reading Yiddish, which I know I know how to read. >> Yeah, >> I dislike even English. English I read in the bathroom. But um I'm as I said before, I left I left when I was when I was 12 years old. >> Yeah. >> So I I never had a English education. >> Oh, okay. My education is street smart. The girls are but so the is >> so so she's in because that's what they wanted for Stein. >> Yeah. So we started the she started the first first couple of weeks uh and then they said why don't we post it on online live live Shia >> yeah for the first three weeks online and we we have between I say between 500 viewers that's besides the live the live gets gets gets erased once once you put it online. [clears throat] >> Yeah. >> But sometimes a few hundred live and then there's hundreds more. And the is the is to bring it to bring it to the to the Yeah. is the power of mention. Got to be this way. Everything is soft. Everything is go with the flow. And um this is the basic difference between between >> is got to be this way. Yeah. Say you're right. It's got to be this way. But doesn't have to be with pressure. Be with can be only with Another one of these guys are coming around. He wasn't the only one. Frank. So fundamental. It gives you a a light. Shabas mention diligently guaranteed. >> Yeah. >> No way. >> The intricacies of the law. Yeah. Okay. That's that's one. But the second is to connect to the shabas. How did I connect to the shabas? So that's already you know that's a different level. >> Sure. >> Okay. >> But to understand it to to to really understand it what happens from until the end. This might what happens the connection that we get to the condition of Shabas we get through their cipher is the heroine of Shabas. Wow. So it was why because people have no clue what shalashidas is that I don't I don't I don't eat I don't do shalish but >> I don't do sh I don't do shashidas like a pig by the by meal huh it's called time the kdish is Mhm. Sushi platters, fish platters, meat platters. Everybody's standing around. [clears throat] What in the world is that supposed to be? It's also unhealthy. >> Besides the fact that it's unhealthy. I know. Tell me about it. Besides the fact it's unhealthy. But there's a saying in America, you are what you eat. >> Yeah. >> If you eat healthy, you are healthy. If you eat junk, you become junk. Your body becomes junk. But it's much more than that. I mention what happens to the food that we eat. The pure the the body has a diabetes which designed mur systems brilliant computer. It d takes apart the food. The vitamins of food go into your blood. >> Yeah. the oxygen and whatever and the rest goes. >> Yeah. >> So when you say you are what you eat, you automatically you're done. You're finished. He's got you what he wants. >> Wow. Foreign [laughter] speech. Foreign speech. Nast salt, it's enough pepper, enough whatever is enough sweetness. That's that's Drink in the kitchen. You're plastered by then. It's unbelievable. We're the brains. Read the cycle. The highest. I'll tell you something interesting. When I was a kid, back going back when I was 12 years old, as I told you, I had I didn't connect. I didn't. >> Mhm. Whatever. I wanted to connect to ever since then has been maybe except for the few years that I was floating around. But shall see this. shoe and shoe a thousand times. It's everything whatever it is is times a thousand. You imagine >> Wow, that's powerful. >> Yeah. So we can imag the most purest time in the world. Everybody's sleeping. Yeah, like like what ladies do best blah blah blah shabas. Okay, you're right. >> I didn't know it was that easy. [laughter] >> Yeah, not every woman is the same, but shouldn't shouldn't feel that you're ignoring him. Mhm. What should I tell you? You're doing something beautiful. >> [laughter] >> Yeah, I don't um I I stay away from junk food. Basically, any junk food. What's my junk food? I don't remember the taste of potato chips. >> Okay. Any fried food. Love French fries. >> I have awak fries. Happens to be >> me too. 99% of the time it's over. But in general, I I eat very healthy food. >> No, not only junk junky oils. >> Okay. Os no processed foods. Only only virgin olive oil, uh avocado oil, >> okay? >> Stuff like that. ate vegetables and every morning vegetables and six grain bread holds a multigrain bread. Sourdough bread and sour white bread. >> Yeah. >> Fish. >> No meat. No chicken. >> No. Only Friday night chicken. >> So the protein comes from fish. >> Yeah. And a lot of sardines and olive oil. >> Oh, they say it's very healthy. >> Very healthy. Yes. And there are different qualities sardines. Obvious research. >> Okay. >> [laughter] >> But even more than that, once you eat music, >> I'm not a music listener. I never listen to music. I don't I disregard them. The igl say the igle behind us and the music is boom boom boom and it's not because I'm old because when I hear nice the nice nice normal music it doesn't the the level of the music doesn't bother me. >> Mhm. >> I grew up in studios my whole life. >> Yeah. But this is the music. I I don't listen. I don't listen. I don't listen. I don't know. I don't know what's going on. >> Okay. Music. >> No, I'm not a music listener. >> That's so interesting. >> Even my own music. I don't. So, I don't listen. >> I almost as recorded has as many shows. >> No. goes on the shelf and whatever and I listen to it. Wow. So just Oh yeah. I wanted to ask you about that. energy something very special. I feel bad for the for whatever political reason. I don't know why. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. They were connected to Yeah. fort ponytails earrings looks like it didn't belong there what's going on what's going on here this guy he has a list of homes in meur and they have a open house they're taking every shab's guest that and he places these people were so impressed by it blew me away. So I it was in times I didn't have time to work on an album. I come off stage once in Brooklyn College. >> Okay. in heisting ding. And they say to me, we know that you're busy these days, but the reb you don't have time to do an album. We have a whole album ready to go. Just have to come in this studio and sing. Sounds interesting. I think that was whatever. But then they did the just album and they were missing an English song. We did an English song. We need a Yiddish song. But to make the album complete, I was traveling somewhere to do a concert somewhere on the plane. >> The the lead the melody the melody. >> Okay. >> I wasn't even sure if it's good or not. I liked it. Whatever. Came back and I played it. Then them said, "Perfect." And he had words. I sat down and gave him but he wanted to show me wanted to make it clear to me that I'm not writing the lyrics. So I got lines few lines from the middle verse and then few lines from the last verse and then from the first verse and was like like a puzzle didn't make any sense and that's what came out. Such a special song. Yeah. So the only only time I I wrote lyrics before that was >> Okay. Yeah. >> So that was also a song that I I it was an English song that I liked and I was sitting one night I was on vacation in Miami looking up at the the sky and it was the the stars were like so overwhelming that we all stars a star and the closer you are to the star the bigger is the star. That's the that measures the sun. That's when that's that's when I wrote lyrics the first time just when I was the second time and then they needed lyrics for English lyrics. Mhm. On that album. So they took a song from from a Broadway play from Yoshiel in English. Joseph and the technicodes look it up in Google. >> Okay. And this Eden no the melody. The melody. Okay. again my game. I wrote I wrote these lyrics and um here and there, but that's that's not my not my specialty. as a grammar and as talented. He had no clue about the syllables, you know, has to land. Okay. Has to rhyme. He didn't came in that put him in the put him in the path and then the rest is history. >> Yeah. mention a career for maybe 50 46 albums next next >> I don't know truth I have no idea Wikipedia says 46 okay I have no idea okay Right. Okay. Okay. So, concerts inspired a massive massive career. Entertainment. Thank you. A massive industry music. This is looking back this is the what's your feeling about this whole career? I thank doesn't make a sense to me why where when the whole thing doesn't make sense but I'm one of What can I tell you? >> Oh, we spoke about before. So, I told you I was a Michigan fan of his. push to the mic. That was the first time he pushed me on stage and viewer stage and the lights and that you you look like you have so much confidence like you're commanding the whole that you cannot imagine. Imagine. But once you start singing, it's like skitting skitting on ice. You come to a ice patch and you start skitting. You do whatever you can. You do what you can many many years ago in the country. And I forgot the words. Forgot the words. I started from beginning again into it. You start again. >> And they thought to the point that I thought it was there was a stickick. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> Wow. Yeah. The >> Mormons complex. >> Okay. uh >> with intentions of drawing missionary. Yeah. the other side demonstration against the Mormons. Wow. and they picked me up from the airport and really had no with him cuz once I checked out never turned back. >> Yeah. Okay. Dimension to dimension. So I was I was standing actually singing toward my back to the mdish. I turned around to started crying. It was like unbelievable. So at that time that's another song that I wrote the lyrics. Shalam not for sale. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. They're still trying to sell it. still trying to sell it. >> Yeah. But the moments the the complex never really went anywhere. It's phased out. I don't know. I think it's not easy complex. Spent millions of dollars is domin the the most amazing experience. Nothing. >> No, it's a lot of lot of amazing moments. >> Okay. >> It's a bunch of a lot of amazing moments. >> Any any really terrible moments for >> Oh, yeah. Sure. Talk to me. [laughter] >> We got that concertus. They're building up some new uh new mush somewhere and um they were expecting like 5,000 people. The master that was like more like 20 30,000 people there was in an open place with blood horrible. They had a stage and the sound system which was built for 5,000 people. So people didn't even hear me. Supposed to be separate seating. I said, "As long as there's no separation in someone actually threw a stone at me from the crowd." Says, "One more thing that's thrown, I'm out of here. Bye." I had a [laughter] had a similar experience in a different a different level, different manner. I did a uh a sim with somebody in Tel Aviv, China, a fancy fancy sim lesson last few years. >> Yeah, few last few years. And somebody was standing in front of the stage. She must have been drunk smoking a cigarette [sighs] [laughter] >> into my face. Stop it because it's cigarette smoking to a singer like >> for anybody but you're killing me. I can't sing. >> Terrible. So after three warnings, the guy didn't stop. Put on a microphone and I went home. This same guy just hired me. It was now for his daughter's wedding. >> Yeah. Hired for his daughter's wedding. So just to show come to show you it happens. >> Wow. >> Any message for careers? >> Yeah. I tell you one one one important thing few important things. It makes sense. you're thinking sad words. What's going on? Think most important thing is if you'll project feeling to the people they will feel it. If you project hyalus they'll feel hless >> and most important most important said only he can help you only he can take you further only he can give you success of flowers colorful flowers that will do it for That's the way. push it to the guilt. Tell you interesting story. Just remind me a story. The first year that I quit on Haskiting. Yeah. >> I was supposed to get X amount of money. I'm not going to say how much, but it's a lot of money. >> You're making me very curious. >> [laughter] >> Uh a short while after that the exact amount totally different place somewhere else completely. >> Wow. For me, it's not an assignment. Money doesn't talk to me. >> Mention I don't take credit for it. People have different things in life. I mention billionaire, a millionaire.
