beam up now so what happens once a person starts meditating on this and you start meditating in the fact that God created you so now what do you want you want to create a deep connection with God because the more you connected to God guess what the more you live you are so when you study Torah you're connecting with God because it's God's Torah but also we know the Torah tells us to follow in God's footsteps what does that mean so for example the Torah says just like God is compassionate God full compassionate that means you couldn't basically be not nice to God you can be disgusting to
