Ingredients: โข 1 roll frozen flaky dough (set aside 1 strip for backup ๐) โข 3 medium onions โข ยผ cup oil โข ยฝ cup sugar 2 tsp salt โข 2 tsp garlic powder โข โ โยผ tsp white pepper โข 2 eggs (1 for filling, 1 for egg wash) โข Sesame seeds Directions: 1๏ธโฃ Slice and sautรฉ the onions in ยผ cup oil with ยฝ cup sugar until deeply golden and soft. 2๏ธโฃ Let the onions cool completely. 3๏ธโฃ Meanwhile, prepare your dough and beat the eggs. 4๏ธโฃ Once cooled, mix into the onions: โข 1 egg โข 2 tsp garlic powder โข โ โยผ tsp white pepper 5๏ธโฃ Spread the mixture evenly over the dough. 6๏ธโฃ Roll it up like a kokosh cake. 7๏ธโฃ If it flops or tears โ no stress.
