"Stranger" Music Video Interview || Mesivta of Waterbury

people welcome to another coach your bed I have here today to the most talented people in the United States of America Ellie Dax right over here mm injure they are amazing amazing guys and they just composed a new song called stranger and they're gonna play it live for us today but before they play live we're gonna have a little interview of how they came up with this gorgeous what inspired you guys to make it so you know it started back last year hey some little intro intro so I was a new kid in each receptive waterbury last year came in 12th grade not a lot of guys knew me I was very nervous meeting new guys and I always like doubted myself that you know the guys didn't actually want to talk to me in it one day just before group of guys just came over to me you should invited me like Ellie we want you to come with me such a better chair with you and then just half a day kept guys coming over to me you know making me feel so loved and you know really like made me think for a second like okay what was I afraid of like these guys are my boys what is the message you're trying to portray through the song and what are you trying to get across to all those listeners like when they listen so with everything I just said I really thought about it and I was like why was it being so afraid you know I go if I wasn't so scared no I was like a lot of new kids just know just like me probably and they're probably feeling the same exact thing so like that I myself I try to take upon myself to introduce myself to all the new kids take them around we really are loving placing everyone is welcome and I stranger if a stranger was named you know it's not it's not it's not that hard to go over to someone and make their day just by giving him a smile or just by doing just saying I'm here for you you know alright next questions for David I know that you and Ellie have been working on a few projects together over the last year and the beginning of this year did you guys know each other before last year did you like meet last year had your friendship so quick question awesome I I did not know Ellie actually for Waterway and it is a shame that I did but I remember actually meeting a marrow failure members but I remember I met him right in front of the base mattress first night that we came I remember and actually Ellie's character sort of had like he's been here for three years he did have a character like that but if you really know Ellie he's really a shy guy and he really was looking to uh you know fine find some great friends in this is Shiva so then I started showing him some of my music he started telling me enough you guys know Elena but he was I don't even think it was out yet so or then he showed it to me I thought it was incredible and just started from there like we just knew like like we both had the same ideas on where we want to be in life in the same passion and from there like who you know we would call with welcome back features in which was I think I had a great time recording that and she kind of pulled me closer and and and just he you know we were both ended up cavae he's singing ave and we both love it up here people finally after about a year and a half I'm stranger doing this together and come out the music video anymore nice cover there's gonna be a nice song and hopefully everyone list and it's you know in the Jewish world can you know correlate I saw like this because everyone does go through this you know so she wanna say something about Dave real quick after making me blush over there but I I feel this energy when we performed together I look at him and he just has so much passion to his music and just gets me still like wow he's so into it you know he's he's ready you know he wants this and gets me so excited I mean you know we might look like fools to people because I like going on crazy you know but we're doing it together and that's what we have that relationship together and we're ready to do this together give me some hug yet that's good one can we expect the song to be released as there is do a music video so about the release we are hoping to get out soon is a lot that has to go into it there is a music video that's what will take a little bit longer yeah we paired up with productions and onaka mofo power but yeah so the music video it's going smoothy best music video you'll ever watch anyways we want to get as soon as possible and I think everyone's be able to relate this video and I want everyone to enjoy it just as much as we do yes we can't wait and with that I would actually like to call up a guy who was not in this video but he will be in a song he's a gorgeous voice for free drinking your safe-side [Music] have you ever been the new kid before [Music] you walk in and feel so alone you look around you see everybody's face deep inside you're just begging for someone to say don't be afraid [Music] you
