Welcome back, Professor Dubovik. We got a question somebody sent in. He's a oneman show business owner, a small business, and he's busy with so many tasks that he can't fall asleep at night. He's anxious. What would you say to such a person? >> Well, first of all, I would tell him it's amazing that you're able to run a business by yourself. Very few people are able to do that. Um but as you see from your question it's causing you uh difficulty with your life and we could look at it this from two different ways. A practical way um and a business model and also for mental health. Uh for a practical method is to find someone that you can hire that you will be able to trust that you could train. Now, that could be a little bit of a difficult thing. Uh, but it will help in the long run. As far as mental health goes, I've seen and I've heard that there's one true way that people have found to really change their lives, and that's joining a dafish or something else that is kava. Yes. Shout out to Rabbi Ellie Stfansky and the amazing MDY. Um and that has shown that there's a lot of very very big people who have tremendous businesses and business pressures that they take that 45 minutes to an hour to go and sit and listen to a shir and that's 45 minutes to an hour that they have certain amount of so I'm not saying that everybody should go learn dy even though it is a very helpful thing and that I found that a lot of my clients who do start a kav uh learning say it has helped uh with them relaxing, but also breathing exercises. You don't need to go off to the jungles of Panama to to discover how to breathe. Um it's in and out, you know, taking a few seconds for yourself. Realizing that we are just human, that there's only so muchadas that we can do in life. If we find ourselves doing too muchadas, I've heard from many, then we're not we're not doing the anymore. We're letting the work overcome us. Um, this is easier said than done. But my advice to someone who is having difficulty sleeping uh because of his business is if you're Mats you're Mats and you should have that in mind when you find someone to work for you that you that person will help you become even more mats the business will be able to grow >> right some people have a problem they don't know how to delegate because they have to micromanage every single thing >> yes that is a very big difficulty And that's what they have coaches for and business managers who help you with your business. >> Right. I saw some business coaches are LCSWs. I see some people are um social workers that are focusing on business coaching. >> Yes, I have a lot of colleagues that I know who that's what they primarily do. They go into businesses and they uh are consultants. Um they give lectures to business owners to >> a lot of business success is actually in the mind and the communication world then. >> Correct. >> So let me tell you about something. If somebody comes to you with this problem, first let me give you here a present. >> Oh, thank you. >> Here I give you a present. It's from globekeeper.co. Open it. Look at it.
