So, Mustafa, the chef, brought us Moroccan salmon. Let's hear if you could explain to us what it is. So, today like we got like uh uh Moroccan salmon. And uh it's not spicy like uh get the real flavor of Moroccan fish. You'll be transcended into a different universe. You'll feel like you're in Morocco tasting the spices in your fish. Uh we serve it with toast bread and all type of vegetable like uh going with the Moroccan salmon. And you guys should uh should try like uh it's really good. Now, let's hear about the Silk Sampler cuz I was trying to figure out which appetizers to order and all of them sounded so good. So, I took this whole plate with all. Could you tell me a little bit each one what it is? Yes, sure. Truffle truffle fries and uh sweet uh sweet chips sweet potato chips. And here we got like broccoli breaded broccoli breaded cauliflower. And uh tomahawk roll Italian roll also, mozzarella sticks, zucchini crunch. And the dips like we got like uh chipotle aioli, uh sweet chili, and uh basil. Okay, this is amazing idea like that if I don't know which one to choose, I could try all. >> That's it.
