I place a lot of value on the relationship with the companies the personal relationship it's obviously we interact on the professional professional level but I think it's also important to have that it's the people behind behind the organizations the people behind the company to interact with them personally and we develop that sort of trust and that sort of closer relationship so that really accomplishes our goal and gets them to where they want to be some companies prefer to have a personal relationship with their conscious administrator they want to have somebody that they know they could count on to be there for whatever they need for their in any way that we can service them and I try to convey to them that I'm here to serve you I'm here to be as helpful as I can be in this relationship that should be beneficial if we're providing a service for you it's we're here to benefit you I try to emphasize and I we I emphasize to the companies that we are partners that we're trying to enhance your product you you honestly are coming to us for kosher certification on your product to reach a larger market and we're here to help you reach that market and that way we're Partners together in ensuring your success when a company makes a requests for me and I'm able to help them out together no one here acts alone when I'm able to help them out together with the rest of the Starkey team and I received feedback from them that says Rabbi that really helped thank you so much that's what makes my day I feel like I've accomplished something that day
