Twenty seven plus years ago, I had the unbelievable Zechus to marry my Eishes Chayil and I remember at the time that I asked my Rebbe, Mori V’rabi, Haga’on Rav Tzvi Berkowitz shlit”a, I said: Rebbe, what happens if the photographer asks me to take certain pictures? He says: Eytan, let me give you a Klal. Only take a picture that you wouldn't be embarrassed to show me. We all know the Gemara in Eiruvin 13b based on the pasuk, in the Navi Yeshaya, and this is a tremendous Segula. The חיד”א, the בני יששכר, the מאור ושמש, and many others talk about an unbelievable and very potent powerful Segula, by imagining, conjuring up an image. If you can't see your Rebbe directly, at least imagine it. Draw up that image of what your Rebbe looks like. And I have to tell you, it's been a tremendous Segula when it comes to Shemiras Einayim. The same way Yosef Hatzaddik, what prevented him from falling prey to the incessant allure and seduction of Eishes Potifar? ראה דמות דיוקנו של אביו. See, each and every one of you could do the same thing. A big Segula. Take your Rebbe, take your Rav, take an אדם גדול, someone whom you respect, who you revere, whom you venerate, and what? Every time there's a Nisayon of Shemiras Einayim, and the Yetzer Hara is trying to get us, day in and day out, 24/7, 365, the ubiquitous presence of the Yetzer Hara, a great Segula. Always imagine what if your Rebbe would be standing right here, and you'd be holding on to his hand, you'd be walking with your Rebbe down the street. Imagine the greatest Segula. Whether it's on the computer, whether it's walking down a street in the city, always imagine, what? .דמות דיוקנו If not of אביך, of רבך.
