[Music] Ricky is amazing he is an unbelievable husband an unbelievable father he is involved in every single thing that I do that my kids do he's very interested in helping um community members Community organizations when Ricky is involved in a project he's totally committed so my father's always been dedicated to the community to Israel to community service it's really something inspiring he's always involved something that's he's shown that's important to him and therefore we've grown up with that value and it's it's been something that's important to us as well although my father is very involved with the center and meetings and stuff he still needs family time and even when I had an event he put me before that so Ricky novic is a very low-key guy you don't know what he's up to you really don't know what he's doing um until you hear about a project one of the most extraordinary things he's done in every position he's had um is to bring people together we don't know all the things that he does you know it's all all of a sudden a project comes about Ricky novic is involved he got a lot of people a lot of organizations together to do a thing and it's unbelievable Ricky was involved in barai still involved in APAC the center when Ricky started at the center he started an Israel advocacy program he worked on a huge yamas ma celebration it was I think I don't know thousands of people attended for the first time and since then they've been doing it every single year um it's highly successful it brings the whole Community together one of the most extraordinary things he did was getting one of the anniversary one of the yamat celebrations at the center he brought a number of schools together and then he brought a bunch ofanim together to March down the aisle and to sing together and to collaborate he's very deistic um he brings in the last speakers from Israel and um brings in the community for every all the schools to hear from and everyone to know about what's going on in Israel so because of all of our support my and Ricky support for Israel and everything that we've done it really impacted our children my oldest son um bamin he served in the tank unit and now our son Rani is um serving in say sanim in the IDF during this war um he's been in and out of Gaza many many times um since October 7th we're very proud Rael and Ricky worked together he couldn't do it without his wife's support but Rael is also running things behind the scenes he'll let Rael know these are things that are needed and she'll just with her children get together make a baked sale have people come do things together and and those are really important things I guess I call them the dynamic duo I remember ibly see me when he was a teenager he was always a presentable guy trying to do good for people he moved to Israel he at some point or other he opened up the the special school for rabis sapharic rabbis around the world and um it was tremendously successful thank you so much Rabbi Sammy and the sapharic Shar Center for creating leaders in our community and all around the world that you've been doing for many many many years um um and we feel that it's very fitting that um my husband get this young leadership award um and because of his involvement and his advocacy for Israel and we're very blessed and very honored and very proud Rook is unbelievable har he get so along with everybody in the community and they all go crazy for him thank God he's around what a privilege it was to watch Ricky grow into the thoughtful kind and loving man that he is wonderful husband and fabulous father congratulations uh Ricky and Rael on the this tremendous award and we wish you both are very well deserving of it and take it for additional further and further with all your act activism in this community and in Israel amen ra and Ricky we want to wish you both the best of luck we want to wish you koak strength and fortitude to to keep doing the work it isn't easy just wish you all the best of success and long may you continue to do this and to be an example for not just our family and your children but for the entire community dad thank you so much for everything you do I really look up to you for everything and you're really my role model and you really deserve this and I'm really happy for you I want to wish you congratulations over the past four years you've done an outstanding job at the center inspiring me our family and most important in the community I just want you to know I'm really so proud of you and you inspir me here you inspir
